Mahindra Finance — Required NOC for my car loan

Dear sir&madam, in 15/11/2013 mahindira finance alloted me a loan sum of rs 1 Lakh 50000 thousand my agreement number 2896092 and i have closed the loan pls provide me the NOC as soon as possibel its very urgent too sell my vehicle.. the branch staff's are saying that, it will take one month to come? pls forward me the NOC with in 3 to 4 days that's my humble request to you sir&madam thanking you
