Mahindra Finance — seized my vehicle

Hello,
Myself Rathinakumar, I have took vehicle loan on 2015. I am not able to pay the loan so they ceased my vehicle. So, we lost the initial amount of 2.5L . But they book a case against me for loss of vehicle cost. Please release from the case. I am not rich. We are daily workers. This is big loss for us but still we are not asking anything from ur side.we need a calm life pls don't torture me again

30th July 8-10 executives of alipurduar branch come into my rented home, threated my wife & used slang laguages, Is it the company's guideline of recovary? If company'll not take any action early I should proceed legaly. Thanks Arindam Goswami loan ac no.4945690
