As per above subject l had a loan account with you I had submitted advance cheque s against my loan 2 yes back but due to negligence of your Bhopal staff they arenot duly updated in mean time and not produced timely due to which delay payments are shown in your act .l had stated same situation to Bhopal branch manager but they hadn't give any satisfactory answer to me pls do take neccssasary steps and inform me at mob no[protected]
