Sir I'm Ashutosh pandey. I'm a old customer of your finance company I have register a complain against an employee name Nripendra singh branch manager saman Rewa madhya pradesh pincode 486001 as he misbehave with me with no reason so i am closing my all connection from this bank if any strict action do not took up. this guy is very un professional and uses very wrong tone. the manager misbehave with me, date of 18.11.2022 i communicatie with this branch how i close the loin.

A loan of amount of Rs. 527000 has been sanctioned by my father, I wanted to know about the schemes or plan which is provided by the mahindra finance, but he refused to show the schemes and was talking in a indecent way. Asking information on the schemes or plan is a customer's right and the person denied it, do you people prefer to interact with client in this way??

I'm applying for personal loan at mahindra finance and I was aprroved and they told me to pay agreement charge 5500 rupees and I paid and the next day they told me to pay pay insurance fee 19999 again and I paid again and the next day they told me to pay income tax 7200 rupees and I was saying I couldn't effort to pay that much and they said the company will pay half of the amount due to fever I couldn't pay in the exact date but I said my problem to them they said ok and I paid it in the next day and after paying they told me my payment was late and I need to pay again..if my 36000 was expired where will it go?? Refund my money or I'm fiiling a complaint

Hello, myself Sangeetha, I am Having a vehicle loan account no 6425921, I am living with my mother and brother. Now am in my husband home town. The recovery agent mr.Thirumoorthy misbehaving with me he call different numbers and talk wrongly, 7 installments are unpaid. Last 3 month before my husband paid 1 lakh. Due to the covid situation, we are facing financial issues but we will try our best to clear all the due amount. But Thirumoorthy call my mother and also went my mothers home threatens her that he will be sending some people to our home for insulting us or pick our vehicle. My mother is a heart patient and he is torturing her, He is also using abusive words. If he again behaving like that I will file a police complaint against him.

One of your company man called meto provide loan of rupees 3lakh but they didn't give me any loan and they harsh me to pay money for the loan. I want my money back as soon as possible.

I have purchased a HONDA WRV with registration no. MP06CB0956 from MAHINDRA FINANCE AUCTION and the vehicle was got released on 29/04/2022. Today is 15/08/2022 i. e. 168 days(around 3.5months) and still I haven't received any document to transfer the vehicle to the new owner. It is a frustating thing that i haven't received the proper documents of vehicle for which I have paid full. Please provide me the documents as soon as possible. I am attaching the release letter of the vehicle below...

I had taken a car loan from Mahindra Finance in JULY 2019. The loan amount was 4, 50000 (4 lakh 50 thousand), at that time the EMI was 15680*36=564480. That amount was final. The loan was not debited from my account at COVID time. After that, I got a call from the customer care agent. They are offering me an Rs75000/- loan, at that time they told me that this loan is sanctioned by the government side of the customer who is not paying the...

We have taken Maruti Car from Agartala with the help of Mahindra finance. We are giving EMIs on time. But we got late in giving EMI for the last month. It's on the name of my mother Mrs Supriya Das. One o[censored]r employee from Agartala office named Mr Gopal Sarma phn no.[protected] called and used filthy language. I request you kindly instruct them not to talk any customer like that especially female. I want to lodge a complaint against MR GOPAL SARMA. So that he should remember from next time not to talk any customer like that. For this reason reputation will also ruin.
I don't think it is the professional way of recovery.

I would like to inform you that i had financed 2.5 lack Rupees by Mahindra finance Saharsa for purchasing a Car. i have repaid all the amount many year ago. when I asked for NOC, it is being said by the Branch Mahindra Fianance had never given me a loan amount, because they don't have any record while i have the payment reciept of the deposite amount, which I am attaching.
Kindly order the branch to issue my NOC immediately.

We purchased Mahendra Vehicle bearing registration no RJ27GC7933, through Mahindra Finance and as you can see from the statement, we have paid all the EMI's and balance remaining was Rs1, 20, 000/- approximately which we were ready to pay as one time payment and were in discussion with team of Mahinda Finance. We were in regular touch with Srinivas (mobile- [protected]) and Ramakrishna. We were asked to get in touch with Mr. Suresh for further communication as this team was suffering from Covid.
In the month of March-22 My daughter marriage was there and I was on leave on 10 -15 days when I came back after the leave I approached Mr. Suresh Branch manager is (mobile-[protected]) he informed me that vehicle is sold. This was shocking as we were not informed about this and matter was under discussion and figure of Rs 1.2 lak was under consideration and approval from our HO. Many calls to Suresh remained non answered or were rudely cut after stating we have sold the vehicle. We tried reaching Mr Harishwar Reddy ([protected]) several time but it was futile, as he kept on diverting us to Suresh.

This vehicle was used by Panchayat for delivering water to underprivileged people of villages. it was fitted with Stainless steel 2000 L 304 water tank, Electronic digital Automatic Dispensing Unit, GPS and other accsessories costing over 4.5 Laks.( Not financed by Mahindra)

This vehicle was with out informing us creating in convenience to large number of beneficeries in rural area. Despite of our efforts no information has been provided to us except on phone calls. we have not been informed on status of our vehicle, status of costly accessories (NOT FINANCED BY Mahindra), at what rate the vehicle was sold, what happens to balance money, who gave right to Mahindra to sell costly accesories not financed by them and depriving villagers of drinking water.

we need answers to above questions and also vehicle with all accessories back and with adequate compensation.

We have many vehicles of Mahindra and have great regard for your organisation, however our experience with Mahidra Finance was disappointing ( we hope this as an exception), as your employess have no human values ( at least the one whom we dealth with) and treat customers in a very bad manner, please look into it.

I had a loan on my school vehicle UP62BT4582. We had missed the payment of Corona Period due to school closure, which we were paying little by little with monthly payments. Two days after paying ₹50000, while our vehicle was going for fitness checkup it was sized (7/5/2022) by some goons illegally without any valid documents. We were also not informed about any such action prior. Now it hasn't been two months also. When we contacted the loan agent to know about details to close the loan account, he said that the vehicle had been sold already(on 10/06/2022). But as I said before there was no communication from company about selling of my vehicle also. They took our 2 vehicles but we got back 1 after paying the amount they said. Now we are in an urgent need of our vehicle. So, please take an action as soon as possible.

This Kranthi kumar Maruboyina, having vehicle loan account 7842489 with you since 6 months from Ongole, Andrapradesh Indai branch.
While granting loan amount I have submitted blank cheques with signature and singed all of your required documents.
But your said branch team failed to deposit cheques in time and asking to pay instalment amount through phone pay or at branch office.
I have paid my two instalments (Feb-22 and Mar-22) amount through phone pay as per your said branch executives Mr.Ravi and Mr. Sai Babu request.
After that for the month of Apr-22 and May-22 instalment amounts credited from my account. Now from Jun-22 they are stopped to present cheques in my account for clearing. And asking me to pay the instalment amount through phone pay or at branch office.
I am ready to pay your instalments through phone-pay or at branch office after receipt of confirmation from your end in letter format consists of installment amount will pay always using phone pay and returning of all o my blank cheques which I submitted initially.
Because of your team negligence I am losing my credit score and it will effect my feature loan approval.
I request you to please look in to the issue at priority.

I had purchased honda amaze white colour number PB02 DT 6691 car on february 2019 which was financed by Mahindra finance, on 30 july 2022 i.e. Thursday in evening they came at my place for taking money i requested them to wait for my brother as he was coming with money but they refused to do so and asked me to go there at his place at shakti nagar we went there and firstly they misbehaved with me at my place and snached the car keys from me and said they will drive the car i said its ok you drive in mid way they stopped the car car gumtala chowk above the bridge and asked me forcefully to sign on some blank paper i disagreed to do so and asked them that i am going to give you money that why to sign i said i will call my brother here we will wait they even talked with my brother on call from my phone they went out from my car while i was sitting on front dseat one of them came to me and said please come out sir is calling the moment i came out one of them a body builder hold my arms mean while the other person sat in my car and drove away and the person who was holding me he pushed me and he also went in his car that two persons were in eartiga . They did not informed me for any thing where my car was being taked i was suppose to to to a family function i even told them my gold hain cash which was aproximately 45000 and 3 sweet boxes were there in the car but they did not respond and snached my car. No notice or letter or any intimation was given nothing. Iwas very much harrased by the person they tortured my mentally and physically. I asked them that i am give you part payment, first they agreed but after few minutes they snatched the vehicle from high way and ran away i did not know where they took the car, they might have replaced the spare parts of the car i dnt know what they have done. As i had not signed any paper as i was giving payment. The act done by them was very offensive and illegal, way of them how they did and snatched the car was very wrong that all incident has been recorded in the CCTV camera which were on the flyover facing towards airport road everything will be cleared through it what act was happened. On the spot i informed the gumtala police station which is hardly 200 feet away from the spot of place from where they snatched. All the act was on a malafide ground done by that persons they robbed me. There names are rashpal singh mob no. +91 [protected] and harpal singh +91 [protected] i got there contact from mahindra finance employee mandeep singh +[protected] who even agreed that the insident happend with me was illegal and wrong which is against all the ethics i have all the recording of them. I am very much disturbed for there bad act, its a humble request in front of you please give me justice they just missused there power and snatched my car and valuables.

As my borrower is paying the installments on delay which causes a great impact on my credit score.
I'm unable to take up a personal loan on my name as every bank is rejecting my loan and stating that my credit score gets due to the default made by the borrower..
Its became a burden for me and I don't want to act as a guarantor for that person and not to lose my credit score anymore.

So I kindly request you to remove my name as a guarantor and the borrower is ready to add another person as a guarantor on the loan.
