Mahindra Finance — Was asked to take insurance policy for obtaining personal loan

I received a call from Rohit from Mahindra finance on October 2021 for a personal loan to be sanctioned it i take an insurance policy from Bharti AXA. I was asked to submit documents and that the loan would be disbursed in fifteen days and till date no response. The Mr. Punit Sharma called me for another policy as the sum insured in the first policy was a bit lesser and made me to take another policy on 26th of November 2021. Till date he has been dilly dallying and now both of them are not picking up the phone. I will lodge an FIR against them in cyber crime and expose this nexus by which they are looting people.
