Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — full refund of security deposit not received from mahindra first choice service center

Hi,

i have submitted my car UP32HN3151 in Mahindra first choise service center Aliganj Lucknow in Dec'18 and also i have deposited Rs.21000 (Rs.1000 Cash + Rs.20000 through Credit Card).
service center person fails committed to me that vehicle will be repaired maximum 20 Days. but they have taken approx. 3 Month for repairing it.
also they have return only Rs.14000 to me while i have deposited Rs.21000 as a security. i am chasing with service center for my rest amount but they are not responding.
also the repair work of vehicle is very bad and not satisfactory. they also charged amount with insurance company for those parts which they have not replace in my vehicle.

Check Light show in display. And scorpio is not starting I am very helpless. When me entered in my car ND I try to start my car continue check Light in display ND not starting

Meri scorpio ka engine blocked Ho gaya h or Scorpio start Nahi Ho Rahi h.check light display me dikh rahi h
