[Resolved] Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — Not getting support for waiver of Extremely High Cancellation charges

Hi . This is in reference to a deal for selling my Nissan Sunny 4418, with Mahindra First Choice Gurgaon Branch dated[protected]. They transfered a token amount & took the Orignal RC.
Name : Ankita Rustgi ([protected]) However, due to personal unforseen reason & situation this morning in the family. Will not be able to carry out this transaction right now. Really sorry for the same.

However, as i spoke to the person on[protected] who was co-ordinating for the deal. Mr. Khagesh at Mahindra First choice & Rahul in thier finance team. They have asked me give Rs.10, 000/- i.e additional Rs.5000/- to be given to them to cancell transaction to get my RC . I am willing to return thier token amount right now with fair & nominal cancellation charges for the customer considering the situation.
This complaint is: They are Not allowing me to cancel the transaction & return the token amount of Rs.5000/- and returning my RC
They are demanding Rs.10, 000/- to return my RC (5000/- additional amount) .. Kindly help in waiver of these cancellation charges

After escalation the issue to CEO, it was finally resolved - I returned token money of Rs.5000/- The person from Gurgaon office -cancelled the transaction acknowledging that he never informed me about cancellation charges, took One thousand of cancellation charges and returned my Orignal RC.

Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
