Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — Overcharging and delay in transfer of car ownership

I bought a car through Mahindra First Choice Dealer at Ghaziabad on 18/10/2022.
I was charged by Rs.5000 for transfer of car ownership, but it is clearly mentioned on their website that it is free of cost. Also, the car ownership is still pending.
