Hi Team,

I purchased used car from Mahindra First Choice. They provided me 9 months car insurance along with used car which was registered with the previous user name.

I met with an accident within 3 month of buying the car and contacted to Insurance company to claim, they said that if your car registration and insurance papers are registered with different name then you can not claim the insurance.

My query is that why did my seller not inform me prior to sell the car about this legal fact and if I met with an accident then who will be bear the cost in this conflicted situation (previous user or seller) because I paid the insurance amount along with the car cost at the time of buying.

I purchased a wagon r 2015 model from Mahindra first choice in December 2018 (18/12) they promised me to get rc transfer within 90 days and changed rs 5500 as transfer change but they failed to do so there fore I want my transfer fee back as they failed to do so
