Date: 05/12/15 Location: Noida Car Point, C-82 B Sector-8, Uttar Pradesh, Dealer Contact Number: [protected]/ [protected] I have booked a car [SX4-VXI - UP16V8804]. I have given 10K as an advance and after 2 days of booking I have given 10K as a part payment. But due to some personal issue, I am not able to buy the car. Now they deny to refund any amount and also misguide us by given fraud number of car owner. They directly told us that "DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN, WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT". We have the proof of their fraud car owner number and his voice recording where he is accepting that he is the car owner but in real he is not.
