Mahindra & Mahindra — Headlight not displaying since first 2 service | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, my name is Sumit Udeshi, I am Owner of your great company's vehicle Scorpio.I have buyed Scorpio from Rajkot Marshal Trading.In first service DONE IN RAJKOT MARSHAL TRADING. I have complained that in side area Head Light is covered with Dust.They said we does'nt look like that.then i am out of Country in Business meeting.2nd Service time came and i have done in Junagadh at your Sub Dealership Point Marshal Trading.they said we don't have Mechanics.they don't have Air Compressor for washing inner Area.They are Washing Car with Vaccume.HEAD LIGHT DUST COVER IS WITH PROPER FITTING THEN ALSO DUST CAME WHY ???.HOW CAN I DRIVE IN MONSOON SEASON ???.RAJKOT MARSHAL TRADING IS SAYING THAT WE DON'T HAVE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE.they have taken photos for Approval but still today No Answer ???. SIR/MADAM I AM ALSO DEALER OF ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET BIKES IN JUNAGADH.I KNOW ALL THE AUTHORITY'S & HOW TO CHANGE FROM DEALER OR IN CONSUMER COURT...SO I AM REQUESTING LAST TIME PLEASE CHANGE MY HEAD LIGHTS ASAP OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST COMPANY & DEALER... 1 MAIN QUESTION WHO WILL CHANGE THIS IS YOUR SUB-DEALER OR RAJKOT DEALER PLEASE ANSWER ME ASAP...
