I have purchased a Scorpio VLX HAWK BS3 special edition on 11/06/2010.

Since day one the free services as per our buying agreement were conducted very badly due to which we chose to
service the vehicle from private garages. Since over a year the inner cabin lights are not in working order. This is the third time that we have been told that 'because your vehicle is special edition, certain parts such as the bulb is not available with us and we cannot help you. Try to get it fixed from any one out side.'
With an attitude such as this we have started to believe that buying a special edition has been a mistake.
The vehicle no doubt is an excellent one but the servicing crew are either not trained or bothered about satisfying us.
