I serviced in ruthra motors, gandhi nagar in tirupur... But i am not satisfied in my vehicle mahindra centuro...in my service date that show room will call to me that day i was serviced... That day my speedometer is working after service my speedometer is not working i am really shocking to me meter is not working... I also go to showroom and also ask to technicen... But he never reply to me. And also ask to claim my warranty of meter... Showroom i refused to claim or not given any warranty to me... Same day i will check in your mahindra 2wheelers website... I have read its easy to claim but showroom will refused to calim my speedometer

    जब तुम लोग सर्विस करने के 230 रु लेते हो तो फिर कोई part लगाने के extra पैसे किस बात का लेते हो l दुसरी बात यह है कि गाड़ी service करवाने के फोन आते है और service करवाने जाते है तो कहा जाता है कि गाड़ी दो दिन बाद मिलेगी l कारण पुछते है तो कहते है एक ही मिसत्री है और तो ओर बदतमिजी पर उतर आते है l क्या हम पैसे नही देते है? क्या हमारा समय किमती नहीं है l अगर कोई part लगता है तो पहले मालिक को पुछ कर लगाना चाहिए या अपने मन से ही ?
    हमारी ऐसी कई परेशानियाँ है वो कौन सुनेगा? हम चाहे तो बाहर से ही service करवाले पर वह समस्या का समाधान नही केवल विकल्प है l अब यह अन्तिम बार है आगे से कुछ अलग कदम उठाना पड़ेगाl

      I am using 2011 Model stallio vehicle. My chains pocket and 2nd gear are not working properly. when i given for service in authorised showroom in chennai they too doesn't have parts and even couldn't able to arrange also. Also didn't give information who is the spare part authorised dealer to purchase directly. Even i contacted customer care they too didn't response properly. Facing lot of issues while riding. Plz help.

        I am complaining about stalio our bike.
        Parts not available our dealer and our service manager and hi says i can't help you.
        Our bike mahindra stalio engine part drum cam machine and his other parts are not available.
        And i am complaining our customer care executive hi can't registered complain my bike 15 day ago in our dealer for working so i can what to do.

        Centuro bike book in menson battery name exide and I see battery in my bike there no exide battery here wrong battery give me your company..I do many times complain, but not give me right answer and not do solution..what I do ? Why mahindra do it with costumers?

          I would like to bring to your kind notice about the defective two wheeler sold by your dealer to me. The brief facts are as under :
          I) i had purchased a two wheeler “duro dz” model from your distributor m/s guneet wheels pvt. Ltd. Plot no 271, ind. Area, phase –ii, panchkula on 25.01.2016 with vehicle registration no. Hr 03t 3763.
          Ii) the vehicle is not working properly from day one. The vehicle was having problem in self start.
          Iii) after waiting for a few days, when the matter was reported to your dealer, i was advised to wait till first service of vehicle.
          Iv) on 21.02.2016, the vehicle was taken to dealer for first service (As it was mandatory to run vehicle 350 km before first service). Although, the vehicle was serviced, yet your dealer did not mention the details of problems on the job card.
          V) there was improvement in vehicle’s working but again problem started again after few days.
          Vi) it was again taken to dealer’s premises on 20.3.16. The vehicle was detained by dealer for detailed examination and finally was handed over to me on 25.03.2016 i. E. After 5 days. I was told by your engineers that there was problem in battery and now battery has been recharged. I was again promised about proper working of the vehicle.
          Vii) again there was problem in vehicle’s working and it was taken to dealer’s premises on 13.04.2016. Again, at this time, my vehicle was detained by dealer for detailed examination and was handed over to me on 20.04.2016 i. E. After one week. This time, it was claimed that battery has been replaced with new one. However, your dealer kept the warranty period of battery as per old battery which was totally unethical. However, this time, your one of the engineer indicated about manufacturing defect in the vehicle.
          Viii) although there was improvement in working of vehicle for few days, again it had to be taken to dealer’s premises in 3rd week of may, 2016. This time, your dealer smartly did not prepare any job card and vehicle was repaired.
          Ix) again there was problem in self start of the vehicle in last week of june, 16 and was again repaired. This time, it was advised by your dealer’s engineer that vehicle’s working will improve after second service.
          X) in july, 16, vehicle was again taken to dealer’s workshop for second service and for repair of self start. After service, there was marginal improvement in vehicle.
          Xi) on 07.08.2016, vehicle again had to be taken to your dealer’s workshop as i was facing problem of self start and other related problems. This time, your dealer’s engineer categorically told that vehicle will run properly only if it runs more than 50 km daily.

          Sir, it can not be a condition for smooth running of vehicle. The other accessories/parts used in vehicle is also of very poor quality. So, it is requested yourself to ensure that either vehicle is properly repaired and problem solved for all the time. I can not take the vehicle to your dealer every month for repairs. Alternatively the vehicle itself may be replaced. The vehicle is well with in the warranty period.

                I bougt a mahindra centuro bike(kl16 p 3285) from st: antonys dealer showroom near sn college jun: kollam kerala, on 12 october 2015.dealers told me there was a special offer"5000 rs cash back offer"but they didnt give me till now
                Pls do me needful.
                And now my bike has some problem with engine. While riding engine suddenly stopped with sound.
                I already given the bike to dealers for repearing . I didnt get back till now since 2 weeks.

                  facing a lot of problem in mahindra rodeo scooter

                  i purchased in june 2014 and facing regular problem in fuel indicator meter.

                  some time meter will show furl empty when i full the petrol tank.
                  some time petrol will less and will show full or half.

                  i have faced very badly .and told dealer for this complaint, but problem is same.

                      Ready to get a money from customer for service, but problem remains same even after the many service. No proper reply for the problem. Pertrol indication is not working in bike from the starting, but no reply from dealer.
                      The bike is getting auto off while driving. This problem also not solved after service. For this auto off problem, they have raised the raising power.
                      And no mileage on this. I have buy this product because of the indian company and indian make. But i felt bad about this product. Buying this bike is totally waste of money.

                        I have purchase mahindra centurio bike dated on 6-jan-2014, on 13th aug-2016 on running condition i have face ignition issue, when i have insert key in ignition it's alarming hence bike engine are not started. On that condition i have pushing my bike toward service center (Shanti auto-dombivali-east) around 8km. As discuss with service center he says bike wireing faulty need to change complete bike wireing, how it is possible complete wireing is faulty. Cost approx-2200/-

                          I have purchased the above two wheeler on 13-02-15 at varsha motors rajahmundry. Since first servicing i made remark that self start not working properly. For every start i am using the choke lever. Even though 3 services over the trouble exists. The same i brought to the notice of showroom incharge but in vain. Now, the vehicle due for 4th service. So, plz do needful to overcome the trouble. More over the milage i am getting only in-between 35 to 38 only. The engine no. Uke - fao 19474, frame no. Mcdaeibivfia 16292.                               This is third time in last couple of months two wheeler in service center for same problem for replacement of starting clutch outer part.

                              Fault has been recognized by LAB technician the another part also need to replace. Can i know the technician in service center are not capable to find out problem even case has repeated.

                              I am not sure why the part is not releasing from warehouse. Two wheeler has given in service center on Saturday 6th Aug. Still i am struggling.

                              I have logged complain oh 12th Aug 2016. still ticket no INB55578 open status and no action on service center.

                                Mahindra gusto is the worst scooty I have ever seen.
                                Too bad mileage, worst self start, auto engine stopping in middle of road, lowest level tyre quality...

                                My scooty is one year old, mileage is 30kmpl.
                                Self start is too irritating.
                                I'm from patna, Gaurav bharti.
                                Got the scooty from R K Enterprises, bahadurpur, patna, 800020.

                                I will advice nobody to buy this crap.

                                    I'm purchese a mahindra gusto (Seat adj.) scooty from nahar motors, ahmednagar from ahmednagar at 5 july nahar motors price is rs.64500 (Without passing and without discount) when i bought scooty cash payment showroom give discount rs.3000 on scooty then scooty price is 61500 (Without passing). I bought a gusto then i enquiry other showroom in ahmednagar district gusto (Seat adj.) scooty price was rs.61200 (Without discount and with passing) cash paymet scooty price now with discount rs.58200 (With passing) and in pune district also gusto price is near rs.61000 (Without discount) with discount price is rs.58000.
                                    Problem is that nahar motors increase actual gusto price by 3000 and then he gave discount on it. Nahar motor fooled costumers by giving discount on gusto nahar motor say's mahindra gusto price was rs.64500 and cash payment with discount price now rs. 61500 but other showroom price was rs. 61500 and cash payment discount 3000 then price is 58500 nahar motors fooled costumer's increased price by actual price and company take action on nahar motors

                                      I booked a mahindra gusto-vr in my wife name v. Vaishnavi at m/s omkar vaagans located at avadi on 05/01/16.

                                      During that period the showroom (Also mahindra) advertised to give a 1 gram gold coin for gusto model vehicle.

                                      We took vehicle delivery on 11/01/16 with delivery receipt no 736 with chassis no: mcdae 1b1vf1m55403 engine no:uke - fm061277.

                                      The showroom manager informed as they have no stock of gold coin, they will handed over along with other original documents.

                                      Since then we have followed many times, neither manager nor the excustives give proper responce for the coin.

                                      My better half followed in personal for more than 3~4 times, though we have no positive clue for our gold coin.

                                      If i have not given with in a week time, we plan to go for consumer forum.

                                        I am a working woman in reputable bank had a mahendra rodeo which was bought by me in 2013. In nandyal there is a mahendra dealer named Lalitha Motors which is very poor in scooty service & response to customer. My scooty completely shut down from last two days (06/08/2016) and continuously calling the supervisor n worker who are working in show room; they are cintiuously telling dat we will but til nowl they wont come. I[censored] r not able give service then y u open those worshops. I[censored] r maintaining such work shops them give me a good service; otherwise i have shift myself to other company. Please take an immediate action about complaint.
