I have been scammed and robbed by the service center.
All parts are charged at double price.
Insurance claim was taken no work was done and the condition of bike is ruined to maximum.
The owner is just sitting to rob the customer.
Please take action

    I bought this bike at 2013. The company said the mileage will be 59 km/ litre. But it never gave such mileage. First it gave around 35 km/ l and now it is 20 km/l less than. As it is a fail model why the company didn't get back the bike and provide a refund when it is applicable for cars. Iam from a lower middle class and thought of buying a low budget and nice km giving bike. But it's useless. No resale value and nobody is ready to buy this bike. I can't use it or sell it. Pls do something and solve this matter. This means a lot to me.pls consider . I will be very much grateful to you.thank u.

      I bought a Mahindra Centuro NXT Bike before 5 year. After 6 months i faced so many problems the showrooms/ service centers not responds. Now I facing the antitheft alarm problem sines 3year no one repair that so i need your support.

        Dear Mahindra Team,
        I have Centuro 7yrs old bike purchased from Bangalore n I moved permanently to Jharkhand Bokaro steel city.Last week my bike is not starting so I took to local mechanic. After seeing back side wired damaged by rat n amarture coil is broked in two parts, I ordered new amarture coil from Hazaribagh showroom. When local mechanic replaced by new one n all wired is tapped then also my bike is facing current problem, when it's start sound comes dhuk dhuk full current is not supplying.
        I don't have mahindra showroom in bokaro steel city Jharkhand so local mechanic facing two much problem as mahindra bike wiring is too complicated.
        Kindly send some one mahindra mechanic here so that my problem will be solved.

SRIDHAR ([protected]) I am booking mojo bikest perfect motors kundrathur Tamil Nadu Chennai on 10/7/2021 5000 rs they send a bill at 12/7/2021 and 14/7/2021 I am pay 145000 through NEFT and they still they did not send bill copy to me and the booking time they tell waiting period 7 to 8 weeks now I am asking they tell more than 10 weeks wat is correct position and why they or giveing wrong and today 06/09/2021 I will call customer the executive they sent the same person who give wrong information from perfect motor that person number wat about my money 150000 two month holding in perfect motors

            I have Mahindra gusto vehicle.it was driven only 20k km only.the vehicle haveing starting problem and also In running missing and suddenly Stoped the vehicle.the service centers are closed in our area.we are facing too much problem with that.local mechanic not taken the vehicle for repair, said some power coils problem plz attend to authorised service centre.

                It is requested to you that i had purchased Mahindra Gusto in 2016 and it was working quite well but yesterday all of sudden it stopped and when i got it checked from the nearest available mechanic he told me that the engine is seized. Inspite of getting regular service the engine got seized which is really very shocking . I m also using a hero Maestro since 8 years but had not received any problem yet .
                This complaint regarding of mahindra is very unsual.
                I kindly request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible .

                  Your two wheeler Mahindra pantero is not satisfactory. I bought this bike and its engine is damaged within 28000km only. I want to repair my bike or otherwise i want my money back. Shocker of this bike doesn't work properly from the date of purchase. Always give suggestions by the showroom it good after some km run by the bike, But its not good till date.

                    I am using 2012 Model stallio vehicle. My chains pocket and 3nd gear are not working properly. when i given for service in authorised showroom in chennai they too doesn't have parts and even couldn't able to arrange also. Also didn't give information who is the spare part authorised dealer to purchase directly. Even i contacted customer care they too didn't response properly. Facing lot of issues while riding. Plz help.

                      I've booked MAHINDRA MOJO bike from Hyderabad, raja motor's(Anand Reddy and KP Reddy are the delaers)..and due to some reasons I've cancelled it. I didn't get any refund from Mahindra after cancellation. As per company rules I should get my refund if I cancel my delivery.so I please request you to refund my money as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir,
                          My MAHINDRA DURO TN47 AC5989 TWO WHEELER has run 17000 KM. 20 days back i finished the regular service and took delivery of the vehicle. Next day it didn't start. We brought the vehicle TN47 AC5989 to center again and they told the following problems one by one
                           It is because of battery problem
                           Then they told that it is because of the fuel flow problem
                           Now, they are claiming that, it is because of insufficient compression in the engine and the engine has to be dismantled and serviced
                          I would like to know, how this kind of serious problem comes within 17, 000KM of running hours. We have not given clearance to execute the repair and the vehicle is still in service center.
                          We feel that this service center M/s KARUR AUTO MOBILES, KARUR-639002 is running the show with unskilled professional and they are trying to sell the spares in an unethical way.
                          Hope you will consider this as a genuine feedback and do the needful.
                          Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same.

                              Dear sir, you are selling mahindra gasto for a long time in dhaka Bangladesh. but problem is that your authorised company is not properly competent for this type of service. Becuase last 5 years ago there were four table for providing service at Nabisco premises now i.e. after 5 years there is also 4 table for service. so it is taking time very much for a two wheeler service and there is not adequate sitting place. The owners are standing here and there.

                              last week I gone over there for a cable (meter) change they want to sell but they are telling that they don't have enough time to fix the cable.

                              Moreover your slogan was 63 per kilo in different poster but I get only 22-24 per liter.
                              so please do the needful and give me a servicing time to solve all this problem.

                                I had given my Mahindra Centura bike for service on 26 February 2021 to MSquare, Kochi, kerala. Took delivery on 01 March. Neither was a written estimate given to me nor it was explained to me regarding the cost of spares before payment which amounted Rs. 2791/- .On asking the detail bill, their reply was once payment is made, then only computerized bill will be generated.
                                This is against customer's satisfaction.
                                Request RECONCILE.

                                  This is to bring to your perusal that while browsing the Facebook page I stumbled upon advertisement for Jawa42 without giving any second thought I abruptly booked Jawa 42 Galactic Green order no: Jawa[protected] by paying ₹5000/- & on 01/02/2021 paid full cash of ₹ 217889/- since I am paying full ready cash they gave me discount of ₹1000/-
                                  I had taken the delivery of my Jawa 42 Bike on February 7th 2021
                                  While delivering the delivery guy did not give me any instructions & promised to give me the free Jawa Helmet on my bike's 1st Service which I had agreed .
                                  After coming home while perusing Jawa motorcyle webpage I am annoyed to see that the back rest without back cushion was exorbitantly charged was ₹1650/- which I paid on delivery day i.e., 07/02/2021 instead of ₹999/- which is mentioned in Jaws Motors web page www.jawamotorcycles.com
                                  On 13/02/2021 while starting my bike from the parking area at 7.00pm the bike was immobilized and after many efforts to start, tried calling Sales Executive's mobile number couple of times but it was switched off I finally gave up & parked the bike at one of my customer's residence creating agony & nightmare.
                                  I tried calling you're customer care numbers[protected] &[protected] but no avail stating I had called during working hours though I had paid ₹1050/- for RSA did not get any assistance and left in despair.
                                  On 14/02/2021 I called[protected] who is the Customer Care Manager at Jawa Authorized Dealer- Classic Motors Thrissur but she never bothered to respond and after 5 calls she conveyed me she will call me back but only hours went by but till date she never called me.
                                  I called Jawa Customer Care number and they provided me the Customer Care Number of Jawa RSA when contacted but to my agony my vehicle was not having RSA facility.
                                  I again called Jawa Motors Customer Care Number[protected] and they provided me the Kochi Classic Motor's Customer Service Manager Mr Nikhil's mobile number with his intervention finally RSA was done & got my bike serviced as well as delivered to me at my doorstep.
                                  *While riding from my office to my hometown which is 110Km away the seat is very hard I sprained my buttocks I need the seats to be refitted
                                  *With repeated request I have not got the detailed cash receipt they had given me only for ₹184000/- though I had paid ₹217889/-
                                  *They had not given me the free helmet which they had promised to give me on my 1st service of my Bike
                                  *I have not yet received the refund of ₹5000/- paid as booking amount.

                                  Jawa motors must ensure the right price and quality of products they sell lest it affects their credibility.

Now I have received my booking amount and cash receipt, I wanna vouch I am one of the satisfied customer of Jawa Motors True to its tagline Forever bike, Forever value.

                                        I had given my mahindra gusto for normal services and when it came back, the petrol guage started malfunctioning. It was quite baffling that the service center didnt even try to check if all the functions where working before returing the scooter when we specifically mentioned to check every nook and corner.

                                        So once we found this malfunction we tried to contact the dealer to rectify the issue and was connected to a rude person who when tried to book. Since i am working person i wont be able to guve it to yoh as i need to reach office before 9 and when asked if my husband could take it to them after he dropped me at 11 which he refused.
