It is requested to you that i had purchased Mahindra Gusto in 2016 and it was working quite well but yesterday all of sudden it stopped and when i got it checked from the nearest available mechanic he told me that the engine is seized. Inspite of getting regular service the engine got seized which is really very shocking . I m also using a hero Maestro since 8 years but had not received any problem yet .br...

Your two wheeler Mahindra pantero is not satisfactory. I bought this bike and its engine is damaged within 28000km only. I want to repair my bike or otherwise i want my money back. Shocker of this bike doesn't work properly from the date of purchase. Always give suggestions by the showroom it good after some km run by the bike, But its not good till date....

I am using 2012 Model stallio vehicle. My chains pocket and 3nd gear are not working properly. when i given for service in authorised showroom in chennai they too doesn't have parts and even couldn't able to arrange also. Also didn't give information who is the spare part authorised dealer to purchase directly. Even i contacted customer care they too didn't response properly. Facing lot of issues while riding. Plz help....

I've booked MAHINDRA MOJO bike from Hyderabad, raja motor's(Anand Reddy and KP Reddy are the delaers)..and due to some reasons I've cancelled it. I had given my Mahindra Centura bike for service on 26 February 2021 to MSquare, Kochi, kerala. Took delivery on 01 March. Neither was a written estimate given to me nor it was explained to me regarding the cost of spares before payment which amounted Rs. 2791/- .On asking the detail bill, their reply was once payment is made, then only computerized bill will be generated.

My mahindra duro Scooter DL 7SBU4417 alignment (i.e. move to right direction while driving) is not corect while i have recently spent 2000 at khandelwal automobiles, ganesh nagar, east delhi-110092.

They repaired its fork andchanged the tyre but still no result.

I had given my mahindra gusto for normal services and when it came back, the petrol guage started malfunctioning. It was quite baffling that the service center didnt even try to check if all the functions where working before returing the scooter when we specifically mentioned to check every nook and corner.

So once we found this malfunction we tried to contact the dealer to rectify the issue and was connected to a rude person...

I have mojo Bike. I am in chennai. Service is very poor. I gave my bike 2nd Dec 2020. Till now no update. Also only one engineer for Mojo Bike. He is not at all responsible.
DP Motors is the service dealer. Whenever I ask for the service appointment they always says come later. Twice I went and returned without appointment last year and prior year 2019 also.

Spare parts not available...

The behaviour of the staff in the mahindra two wheeler service centre of kolkata was absolutely not acceptable. The incident happened on 7/01/2021 around 11:30AM. I went there to purchase some spare parts like brake shoes and all they told that I have to pay the labour charges also for just purchasing the spare parts. I asked them if they have received any notice from the company stating so, they casually just replied that they have told...

The price of the kick shaft of my mahindra gusto scooty is around 500...not more than that at anywhere... But the dealer in ambikapur, chhattisgarh (anand auto service ) is selling the same kick shaft at 850...this is the worst service of mahindra... Totally unsatisfied... First there is less service station in chhattisgarh and then this type of ### is going on......

I'm Pawan Jat, my bike MP41MR2774 Mahindra Centuro purchased in 2014, i am requesting to Patel Motors for duplicate key of my bike, it's more than a month but they are not providing me duplicate key and now they are telling me to change whole kit and costing of kit will be around 3500/-
Kindly look into the matter and provide me the key of my bike asap otherwise i have to take legal action.
