Hi, I would like to bring to your notice about the poor customer service provided by MAhindra Two wheeler service center located at DP Motors No:34, GST Road, Sanatorium, chennai, Tamil Nadu pH:[protected], [protected]. My bike MAhindra flyte was given with a complaint on fuel Meter gauge not reading and given for general service.these people claim to change the fuel gauge meter, and did the service. The fuel meter never worked after that it shows the fuel to be full always, this was informed to service center notice by physically taking it to them twice. They don't care for it and keep saying this is how it will work, they dont know how to treat a woman with a toddler visiting the service center, one Siva who is the supervisor speaks rudely and says it is how it will work and asks my wife to leave or come back next day in most un professional manner . This treatment to a customer whose with a toddler signifies the quality of the people there and the culture the company practices. Inspite we keep following up with them for the same, many days my bike breaks down with no petrol still the fuel meter is showing full tank. We are having endless walking with the bike back to my home from where ever it stops, just thought if the forum can help me with this before escalating it much bigger.

    Sub:- complain against defective vehicle sold to me.


    Sir,

    This is to inform you that i have purchased mahindra flyte sym scooty from bishnu oil company, one of your authorized dealer at vivek bihar, howrah, west bengal, in the year 2013. Sir the day i purchased that i was in trouble. That time the said dealer don not had the work shop, so they done my first free service by the local (Footpath) mechanic and then the story begun. Please note that it was also informed earlier to you via mail. There was some mechanical issues in the vehicle, i repetadely requested your dealer to resolve the issue, but it seems that during warranty period he was not interested to resolve the issue. I personally asked one of work shop’s mechanic about the fault, he told me that there was a major issue in the vehicle and that time stock was not available and this go on and on and on. You can not imagine that petrol of rs.100/- use to finish for a distance of 1-3 km. Such a low mileage is beyond my imagination. I am getting fraustrated mentally as wel as financially. Now the said dealer has closed their showroom as wel as their workshop. I am really dis hearted by such behavior. A reputated company like you can not treat their valued customers like me. I already lodged complain in the customer care. But nothing is happening. So i once again request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue, or i will be compelled to go into appropriate authority for further action.

      I own a two wheeler (Mahindra flyte)
      1. It got a technical problem & was approached to infinity motors kayamkulam. The service done by them was not satisfactory & got the repeated trouble within one month.
      2. Bought a spare part (Back break cable) which was not matching the vehicle with its appropriate length
      When approached to the service center their behaviour towards myself was very bad though i got the refund of the spare part
      I suggests them to improve their service as well as their behaviour towards customers.

        Dear all,
        I herewith share my trauma and pain about my "mojo" motorcycle - which is just about 40 days old.
        The story unravels as under:
        1. The motor bike was purchased from yuvika automotives, hyderabad on 12th may 2016.
        2. Delivery challan no: 413/[protected]. (Volcano red)
        3. Engine no: ufegc000818.
        4. Chassis no: mcdke1c16g1c00762.
        5. At the time of taking the bike i found that the bike would not idle at all, unless it is revved and held for atleast 2 minutes, at a higher rpm. Same was brought to the notice of the sales person (Yogesh), who advised that being a extremely new machine this phenomena would resolve on its own as the bike is used, and if it persisted same would be addressed during the first free service by a trained technician attached to the dealer.
        6. However after riding the vehicle for several days and
        Clocking 500 + kms on the odo, i landed at the above said dealer point on 14th june '16 with 552 km done.
        7. Though the first service preliminaries were carried out at a cost of rs. 1285-00 (Oil change, oil filter replacement + washing) the core problem as not taken up as i was given to understand that the technician at yuvika will not be able to diagnose the defect of not idling at cold start every morning & that very soon a company engineer would be coming down from bangalore for a small service camp and this vehicle will be on his list for inspection at hyderabad.
        8. On 24th june '16, i took the bike with hopes that the
        Bike would be rectified and would operate like any other "mojo" (No hiccups during the first start of the day) and met vinayak maladkar - service engineer - mahindra.
        9. The vehicle was cooled down first and then checked for several parameters such as air filter, ecu etc, etc, and it was decided by vinayak to open the spark plug also for inspection and from there on my torture, pain and trauma started.
        10. This above said inspection was being carried out at silver motors, hyderabad as vinayak was present at their work shop on 24-6.
        11. However 24-6 turned out to be a black friday for me as the silver motor technician working on my bike (Toufeeq) mishandled operations in such a way that the spark plug broke into 2 pieces while attempting to remove it out from its chamber, resulting in one piece of the plug out and the other piece stuck in the chamber.
        12. As i was physically present at the workshop while this episode took place, i insisted that any further attempts to remove the stuck spark plug - by way of lathe machining work not be done and only a highly trained and fully knowledgeable mechanic of mahindra be deployed for corrective action from here on.
        13. Can you imagine my panic, depression and mental torture to see a brand new bike which has clocked just 600 kms and is only 40 days old, fully stripped down before my eyes all for a inherent defective motorbike palmed off to me.
        13. But i do take this opportunity to highlight the customer centricity shown by vinayak and also some words of encouragement from mr. Deepak khanna in this time of crisis, who assured me that a fully knowledgeable technician would be assigned on top priority and urgent basis from bangalore - to put back the bike in order (Running condition) the very next day i. E. 25-6.
        14. Yes mahindra did rise - by way of rapid response and
        Deployment of kartik the technician who arrived promptly from bangalore to hyd the very next day.
        15. It took a whole day and 9 hours for kartik to put back the bike as a whole after successfully removing the broken spark plug from its chamber.
        16. But unfortunately the core problem of the bike - not idling for more than 30 seconds during the very first start up of the day - still remains unsolved-un resolved.
        17. I attach a few visuals of how a brand new bike had to be operated on within 40 days of its purchase with a high apprehension that the factory settings were now gone and had to be re-set manually again.
        18. Now there are several scratches on the engine due to this tragedy and am apprehensive whether this bike will run like the wind - just as a new bike does.
        19. The critical point here is that a defective vehicle has been sold to me, resulting in a heartbreak, mental torture and trauma of seeing a brand new bike stripped down within 600 kms & undergoing major operations and that too in about a month of sale.
        20. If mahindra - wishes to rise, think bigger and wishes to refuse to accept limitations - as its manifesto says - i hereby put on record my view and demand that a new mojo be given to me in exchange of this existing one., for the root cause is a faulty machine in the first place itself.
        Expecting a customer satisfaction response from one of india's oldest and reputed conglomerate, as we customers are your silent brand ambassadors - who promote new products like the mojo at traffic signals and parking lots to give positive feedback to would be buyer's.

          I have purchased Mahindra century in june2014 but from inception the millage is very worst 25-30 km/ltr. I have contacted several time in Mahindra service center patna Bahadurpur but result is zero.please tell why I keep such worst Byke.
          Please do the needful otherwise I will go to consumer forum.The Byke reg.no is BR-02-V-9635.I bought this motorcycle after selling my bajaj scooter for good millage but this is more painful than scooter as far as millage is concern.

            This is Rajkumar, Mahindra 2 wheeler customer.I am the one who purchased Mahindra Centuro 3yrs back on august 2013.Since that day I am unable to drive my bike due to technical flaws and this has been reported to the authorized service center located nearby my residence Rithala Delhi.The service provided by the local Mahindra service centers has not been up to the mark and moreover was not up to the level of expectation as promised by your team members.Even after constant complaints I am roaming like a horse without a race course.The flaws in the bike are speedometer not working, Mileage issue and Engine jerks.I have already complained regarding this quite a many times.1 year ago I also complained regarding CDI unit of bike that also proved to be cumbersome for me as resolution was provided after 2 weeks.Right now my bike is in Teh. Dhanora, district Amroha U.P(Uttar Pradesh) and over there also the required service is not being provided.Now It's a humble request to you that please provide me the optimum resolution for this Mahindra 2 wheeler conundrum or replace my 2 wheeler .Else I will be provoked to knock the door of the consumer forum court.Awaiting your suitable response.

              Sir, i had bought mahindra gusto bearing engine no ukefe013941, on 11/08/15, from surya motors neredmet, hyderabad. From the day one there is starting problem. I had done 4 servising & during 4 servising i had complaint about the starting problem. On couple of times i had to push the vehicle upto 2 kms to show to the showrrom for rectification.
              I ignored family advice to go for tvs /honda scooters since i have trust in mahindra products. But i am totally disappointed with the vehicle. You can immagine what sort of message it conveys to the onlookers when i am pushing the vehicle.

              I ernestly request you to look into the problem & advice the nearest showroom to rectify the problem. This onadvice of the showroom people, who say factory has to advice regarding the starting problem.

              Please do the needful at the earliest.

              My gusto goes off in the middle of the road suddenly without any comprehensible reason and once it goes off it does not start for another 10 minutes or so, not even by kicking. This problem occurs about any time on an average once a day. Imagine my plight when it happens in busy city roads on a daily basis. Mechanics have so far been unable to fix the problem. I am clueless.

                Sir i am having mahindra centuro bike bearing reg. No. Ga-03aa 4561, registered in my name sarvesh p. Goltekar in goa.
                Recently my bike is giving some noise in the engine and i had taken my bike for servicing in quodros motors pvt. Ltd in panaji, the said agency in panaji on 16/06/2016 told that the bike is having the timing chain problem and the said part is not available with them to replace and i will have to go to mapusa for replacement in their service centre.
                Today morning i. E. On 17/06/2016 i had visited the mapusa service centre of the said agency at about 9.15 am and the officials from the agency are saying that i will have to keep my bike and collect the same on the next day as it is the major work of replacing the timing chain. Hence i had to take my bike in the same faulty condition back as i am the government servant and cannot spent my full day after the repairing of my bike.
                I am repending as i have purchased the bike of mahindras as this is the sort of service i m getting. I also say that the product of centuro is excellent but the service in goa is very poor.

                    I purchase mahindra gusto from ur dealer at jodhpur. but after 9 month the sylincer of my sccoter is burst . I visit mahindra showrooms for removal of defect . But they does not accept my vehicle and denied to repair and said about non availability of part although that part is availavable . I visit 6 to 7 times but they does not heard anything and aleays denied .


                    Please help me in removing my problem as i feel myself helpless

                      I serviced mahindra gusto @ Sri vignesh motors - chennai. After servicing i getting mileage only 25 km/lt. problem here is they are not taking my vehicle for service for this my compliant and they asking me to do mileage verification trips.their language is not good and they asked me to take back my vechicle and i am not sure what should i do next. mahindra toll free no is not accessible.

                        I bought mahindra gusto in dec 14. From day first there was starting problem. On my complaint to mahindra it was rectified twice but in vain. My scooter is lying dead for the last few days. Please arrange to rectify the same or replace my scooter with a new one. Also the behaviour of your dealer ms binda automobile is very poor indecent and objectionable. He even refuge to attend my complaint. This is very disgusting and canot be expected from a deale ofmahindra. Please take immediate action in both the case.

                          I have a vehicle mahindra rodeo rj14dl0321 which i have given for service at dev autotech kalyan motors building, vidhyut nagar corner, main ajmer road jaipur.
                          They called me at about 5.45 pm pm that your vehicle is ready for service and i called back them at 6.00pm to know the bill amount for service and reached there at 6.20 pm. The service center's shutter was down that is it was off.
                          I was shocked then i called on number [protected] from where i got call regarding service and it was switched off.
                          On the job card: the working hours was 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
                          I have to come back without my vehicle and tomorrow is sunday.
                          Its very complicated for me to move without vehicle.

                            I have purchased centuro nxt model on 25/10/2015 from gupta auto near thermax chowk chinchwad pune 19. Tax invoice no 442.

                            From the day i have purchased the vehicle from the above mentioned showroom the mileage was 50-55 km / ltr.
                            I have completed the three free servicing from same service center gupta auto.
                            On every servicing the service center people have committed me for improvement in mileage. Company also have declared the mileage up to 86 km /ltr. So please take this complaint seriously do need full for the same.

                              Sir, today on 31/05/2016 i shashidhar singh advocate resident of dhanbad purchased parts for my flyte scooty parts no 30400-hpa-000-cdi one qty.from karn automobiles dhanbad .m.r .price mentioned on the packet rs 454.00.dealer refused to sell the parts for mrp .they charged extra price rs 22.00 .i had no option to refuse the buy because my flyte was breakdown.dealer informed that parts are not available in local market so price will extra. pl.note that as per motor vehicle act it is responsibility of manuf. to make readily available all parts in local market.
                              sir, dealer also not issued cash memo for this purchase rather they issued job card no nil dated 31/0/2016 for this purchase.this is serious violation of consumer act.
                              i am mentally and financially depressed.
                              pl.reply within 7 (seven) days why not a case be registered at proper FORA

                                - you have not refunded rs. 2850 which was wrongly charged
                                - your repairer has make me fantastically very fool. He has not done anything. The vehicle is eating petrol/feed is abnormally it is costing very high than the four wheeler vehicle.

                                - you have compelled me to advertise and make aware about the system of making foolish and bavkoof to the customers and small people. You are charging rs. 60000 for vehicle it straightway the official loot from the customers.

                                - now i have to take the help of grahak surkasha and all leading local news papers for the compensation.

                                  I want to register a complain against mahindra 2 wheeler,
                                  Battery of my scootty is getting discharge again and again.
                                  When i went to their agency they again charged the same battery
                                  And gave me again i told them that this is getting discharged after
                                  1-2 days they told me that we have checked now it will work properly
                                  And again after 2 days battery got discharge. I again went to them then
                                  They told me that you have to go to the showroom of battery and when
                                  I went over their they checked and told as that battery is of expiry date.
                                  I again went to the mahindra agency and i have told them and they are still
                                  Asked me for 10 days again. Currently i am working and i also don't have that
                                  Much time and i don't have any other option then my scooty. Now i am frustrated and want to sue mahindra at any cost.

                                  My bike pick up is so bad, mileage is below 50km/liter, service provider always take extra money . it's very difficult to take service.. Company say that the mileage of bike is 89km/liter..

                                    I have purchased the above vehicle reg. No. Ka-05 jj 7349 on 9-1-2015. For approx one year it was giving good performance. After dec 15 to till date 3 major breakdowns are happened (Service amount from 3 services approximately 7000/- (Only 6500 kms covered date from 10 dec 2015 to[protected]. Only free battery replacement was given. You can check case history and vehicle is serviced regularly by authorised mahindra dealer : synergy services, bangalore. Please make arrangements of reimbursement since 5 years warranty is there.


                                    I strongly believe positive support and reply is given by international branded company in this regard.

                                      Mahindra two wheeles are Worst in automobile industry ever seen. They have various inherant problem in their scooters. They don't don't bothers to resolve the issue. They take vehicles for repair and return without resolving the issue and everything is OK. This is not only their service station staff but theirs own responsible managers Mr. Datta Mahajan, customers care national head Mr Rajiv shama, their plant head Mr normal matharu, marketing head. Mr Sarosh Shetty, quality head Mr Rajendran and so on. List is bigger.
                                      I asked them for money back by seeing the repeated & genuine problem in my scooter.
                                      Service dealers also not ready to return the money they are telling to go anywhere you want.

                                      Now I am going to complain to their chairman Mr Anand Mahindra about my scooter issues.
                                      Let see what reply he will give.
                                      I am from panipat and i want to service my mahindra centuro bike but here is no service centre pls provide me best solution regarding this

                                        The complaint of button start and kick-start raised during 3rd servicing in Oct 15 since then there is repeated problem of GUSTO and I am unable to use since Oct 15.
                                        Mahindra team not able to resolve this issue even taking to service station many times and every time they are tailing vehicle is OK but this is not yet completely resolved there is inherent problem in scooter I guess this problem is on many scooters. Nobody is responding about my money return back. This vehicle is faulty I advise others also not to think about any Mahindra scooters.
                                        Once Mahindra gets order they never bothered about customer difficulty and their genuine scooters problem. Even customer dies they will not bothers. Just a letter of formality abt assurance and continuous support answer to customer.

                                        This is what Mahindra scooters brand.
                                        If any higher authority reads this they will just divert this issue to customer care to resolve the issue and customer care send only formality letter that vehicle is OK that's all.

                                        My rodeo got accident on last month, for insurance claiming they ( malang motors Palakkad) povided the estimate for ₹ 21, 610. After repair company submitted bill for ₹24, 500. We feels this is not a proper response from a sole dealer.
