Dear sir
I purchsed mahindra gusto scooter hx model from jmd dealer at tilak nagar new delhi on 6th march 2015. On 18th march 2016 when i was coming back from my office, it suddenly stopped running, i tool it to jmd automobiles for get it checked, they told me that no engine oil is there and due to that engine is seized and kept my scooter for 10 days for changing the parts.
This is a shear negligence from company and dealer that within 370 kms of running this happened.
I want my total amount back otherwise need a brand new scooter.
Please tell me how can u help me in that.

    I have given my scooter for service and repair on 04/03/2016 it has not been repaired till date and they are asking for one more week. The reason of delay as told me was non availability of parts required.

      i surinder singh purchase a new bike mahindra rodeo from SAINI AUTOMOBILES, GARHSHANKAR, DISTT HOSHIARPUR, PUNJAB, but after one month when Mr Avtar singh(dealership owner) give us registration cert., i am shocked to see that it was 2012 model bike
      dear sir what is my fault i like ur mahindra bikes but because o[censored]r dealer faults i m not happy

          Hi, am Vivian Albert I have bought a Mahindra Gusto VX model with find me lamp feature from KBS Automobile, okhla New Delhi on January 16, 2016. I am having problems with my find me lamp as its not functioning. I got it checked at the service station though but it's still the same. I am very unhappy with the Services as they are unable to solve my problem. kindly look into the matter

            After obtaining the details of authorized dealer in Mumbai(Andheri- West) I went to show room to make inquiry about two wheeler.

            Surprise to know that Mahendra Show room-Shri Laxmi closed long back. Now same show room takne by SUzuki and that to also close No one is available on number given. The details of show room address is as follows :
            Shri Laxmi- Laxmi Auto Shop no.-1, Opp. Amboli Phatak, Amboli-, Andheri (W) Mumbai. Mobile no. [protected], [protected].
            My simple question : can't you give up date information about dealer.
            I know my complaint will not be taken seriously and some routine reply will be given.
            I would have have save my time .Make In India ???????

              I am purchased mahindra centuro O1 on Sept 2014. Due to low mileage, low pickup, etc bike was serviced at Service Centre but they are not servicing good hence bike problems are remain as it is.Now my bike having problems are...
              1) Low mileage ( Company mileage 85 km but bike giving mileage 50 km/ltr )
              2) Very low pick up
              3) Heavy Bike Vibrations and erratic sound.

              I purchased the bike with good faith and for good Mileage...but now I dont want to see my bike...2 times am said to my dealer to let back my bike..
              So, Please solve my problem

                  I purchased mahindra gusto on 11jan2016 from Khandelwal Automobiles in Ganesh Nagar and next day the hotter problem will start . from that day I complaint that problem in your work shop and today date is 12feb2016 1 month was completed they will not solve my problem . they tell me that this problem is company fault plzz tell me what I do . and solve my problem

                    I bought the Mahindra Stallio bike on Dec’10, from Yuvan Motors, Taramani, Chennai. I underwent many complaint starts from starting onwards, in this bike and gave service to the company. The Chennai Dealer and Service engineer said that the bike has more than 13 complaints. They said that the company will rectify and replace all the complaints within 3 months or otherwise will change the bike. Mahindra two wheelers stopped the product of Stallio bike due the major fault on Feb’12.
                    In RTO office registration, Yuvan motors enter the wrong model name in RC book. Every time I pay the fine to traffic police checking and till now it continues. Later on, I shifted to Salem for my business. I started my own Medical diagnostic laboratory in Salem. As I underwent many complaints frequently, I gave the bike to service. But no use. Spares and qualified technicians are not available in dealer side in Stallio bike. Every time spares are got from the Head office. The dealer hold the bike until they got the spares. The complaints are not rectified. Each and every time, I mailed the complaints to Mahindra customer care. They kept my bike for service and returned to me. At that time the bike is ok. But within 1 month again complaints starts. It continues from the purchase of bike. I spent money more than the bike amount . it leads to mental tension. The mileages also very poor. Past 2 years, I asked to replace new bike or refund the amount. There is no response on Mahindra two wheelers side.

                      Mahindra centuro vehicle is not giving the mailage as more than 65 km/letter. I have told the dealer as VERMA MOTORS, at BIDAR. Every time of servicing. But no use. Till-today I have not comforted to feel smooth riding of two-wheeler vehicle. Please rectify the problem.

                        I faced trouble within 12 Hrs ( i.e. date of purchase 1st Feb 2016), called service branch ( ESQUIRE MOTORS, Bangalore ), they replied after lunch i.e. 3:00 PM mechanic arrived to vehicle breakdown pt. & checked. It was started after his verification & I said him to take back this 2 wheeler ( i.e. RODEO-RZ ) & should not be the problem similar again FORCLY told to mechanic for which they said yes will check this if any issue at service centre only & will call back E.O.D with status. I wasn’t received any call on same day neither on next day until I call back to them on status. They said vehicle is ready now because of mechanic not available we won’t be able to send your vehicle back because mechanic is not come to office today.

                        At this situation you can see my situation newly brought vehicle paid full amount but that vehicle gone to service centre very next day. They played with our sentiments of new brought 2 wheeler which is not with us even after paid full amount of 2 wheeler.

                        I feel at this point your team is not ready to take responsible of customer & not interested in stratification !!

                        I want to return this vehicle & interested in cancelling of this invoice #[protected] Receipt No # 11615 ) ASAP.

                        Need your immediate response on same !!

                          I purchased mahindra gusto on 16/10/2015 after looking the advertisement of mahindra gusto on TV Chanel in that they are showing the average of the vehicle 63 KM/ liter but from the purchasing the vehicle to till now am not getting above 30 KM/liter average in my vehicle to many time i complained on service center but every they are not answering on that.

                              I have purchase the Mahindra Gusto before three months and it is not functioning the well.It's Autostart system is not working and service centre(Anand, Gujarat) sent us a exide battery shop and they told us that deposit Rs. 1000/= and battery charges Rs.100/= and you will get back only 1000 after one week but why should I do this it's responsibility of the service centre of Mahindra.Moreover, The tank is not working well.

                                After a good market search i decided to purchase Gusto vx in March-2015,
                                I don't knew that it was my worst decision to buy it.
                                After 2 months of purchasing i constantly facing multiple issues with product. the customer support from the dealer is very poor and very misbehave they cannot resolve the issues up to months!! issue not resolved yet, but become more worst day by day. I would like to request to Mahindra company that, If they or thier representatives cannot resolve the issue then They must have to reimburse the amount the customer

                                  1) Damaged Fuel Indicator since October 2014 but after warranty they replaced it and took its cost.
                                  2) Took money for my last free servicing
                                  3) Oil is changed without checking and with more bill
                                  4) Not provided proper vat/tax bills

                                  Request a refund.

                                    my problem in bike service not good . one month before my bike cdi problem .
                                    service centre change in cdi . but again this cdi problem continue. call the service station of binda automation varanasi and complain this. but not answer this solve this problem and not pick the bike in my home .
