I am having Mahindra DURO. Yesterday[20Jan2016], When i was travelling to my home the belt was cut and am not able to move the vehicle even single feet. Unfortunately there was a mechanic shop and i inquired about it. He said that this belt is not available any of the auto mobiles shops. we have to buy it from showroom sale only. I hurried to showroom sale center (Its around 15 km from that place) and i bought the belt (Rs:480). Then i rushed to mechanic shop. Finally The mechanic shop guy told that he was not able to fit the belt. Then I catch a goods AUTO and i carried the bike to showroom . I reported the showroom, The receptionist told that today they can not fit the belt due to "NO mechanic available" in that show room and she replied that the bike will be ready tomorrow before 11 AM. So i left the bike in showroom and returned to home. Today[21Jan2015] i called to showroom . Same guy replied that today also no mechanic available in the showroom .

So don't by Mahindra vehicle at cost. Show room service itself Worst .

    After a good market search we decided to purchase Gusto in March-2015,
    I don't knew that it was my worst decision to buy it.
    After 2 months of purchasing we are constantly facing multiple issues with product. the customer support from the dealer is very poor. they cannot resolve the issues up to months!! Even after recommended 3 services; issue not resolved yet, but become more worst day by day. I would like to request to Mahindra company that, If they or thier representatives cannot resolve the issue then They must have to reimburse the amount the customer.

        I am M.Shiva kumar from Patancheru, i purchased mahindra centuro bike on 11th-October-2014, still now 8 services completed same issues are in bike before and after servicing.
        1) Oil leakage ( Chain oil leakage heavy)
        2) Low mileage ( Company mileage 85 km but bike giving mileage 50-55 km )
        3) No pick up
        4) Running engine suddenly stopped at traffic at first gear also
        5) Heavy sound of engine and Chain
        6) Back Tyre damaged at on sides only at 13000 km with in 8 months i changed new Tyre. my bike tyres is MRF they are telling it's not tyres problem it's bike manufacturing problem.
        7) Wheel alignment is not proper and back wheel not balancing properly. service center are not doing wheel alignment they are sent out side they are charged Rs 500/- in warranty period.
        8) I purchased bike at biramguda mahindra show room and also servicing giving to same authorized service center they are not solving the problems.Service person are not experts and bad service centers services.
        9) Bike servicing not done properly same issues are suffering.
        10) Heavy Bike Vibrations.
        11) Shakeup gears is not good heavy back pain is coming on driving.
        12) Service center are not fight the all parts at service time. but taking keep bike at full day at Service center.

        Dear Sir,

        I purchased one Mahindra stallio bike from Mehta motors
        Bike registration no:MP09 ND 8676 Geeta Bhavan Indore on 28/10/10
        After one month I started facing problem in this bike I went to
        service center

        They told me to kept bike in service centre for two three days after
        two three days .I taken bike then again after 15 days I started facing
        problem there are so many problem in this bike in description details
        of problem giving below :-

        1. First time its speed meter stop working they changed

        2. secondly Gear not worked properly they repaired but I didn’t satisfied

        3. AS.company commitment its Average very poor around 40 km/l

        4. Petrol tank leakage then petrol tank changed

        5. Silencer problem

        6. Again speed meter stopped working

        7. Gear problem again startaed

        8. Two times they kept bike in service center for modification its
        more than for one month


        So its conclusion comes that within Seven month my bike lyied in your
        service center for more than Three month as per todays 30/07/11 it is
        still lying in your service center for repairing .I invest such a big
        amount for my comfort not to build problem for myself but from the day
        one I facing problem .Now the situation is that I am unable to handle
        my tempor

        So I requesting you tha please refund my Amount because I am not in
        condition to take that bike or replace it with another modified model

        So please do the needs as soon as possible

          I Om Prakash Upadhyay purchased Mahindra Centuro in Sept 2014. Since then all the services are done through your authorized service center in bhayandar. Three months after purchased I faces a issue with liner making noise. I was told it was due to dust. Finally In month of April I was told that liner is spoilt and need to change which Idid and again yesterday same issue liner was changed. Within 12 hours of service same issue and I was told to change Mac wheel as it is damaged very badly. Bike has traveled only 15000 km yet and Mac wheel drum should not damage in such a low traveling which means Mac wheel was damaged at the time of purchase. Cost of Mac wheel is 3500 as told by service center. My only request is to replace my Mac wheel and liner and for sure I will not pay for it. If no response received in 14 days I will contact consumers court with all the service receipts.

            Mahindra centuro is one of the worst bike experiance company promises the milege of 84 kmpl but it fails to give appox 50 kmpl and quality of material used in it is also worth less twice my bikes stnd is broken and twice the seat back coule gort broken with any pressure just once stuck through the bumper and the most important the worst quality of service in mahindra centure service centeer in kolkta rajarhat (bishnu oil company ) they take charge for the service of the bike and on top of that they chrge a hell amount of labour charge if i want to change any part of the byk (on 14/01/2016 bishnu oil company (service center) claimed me the LABOUR CHARGE of 700 rs including service tax (14%) and SB.CESS(0.5%) but refused to pay and shouted than he downgraded it to 286 rs including the taxes and on top of that mahindra two wheelers parts are one of kind when ever any kind of damage happen its really hard to find that and sometimes impossible to find that as well.

My bike millage is 42/45 but the company promise is of 84.5 .                 I am Sarma from Bangalore. Bought a Gusto from Esquire Motors HSR Layout, for my daughter (in her name). This vehicle is also having the same issue reported by Anamika in an earlier post on 4th Jan 2016. With-in one month battery is down. They replaced it. Then with-in a couple of weeks it did not start while trying to return from a place we went to. We had to leave it there and bring it next day. The dealer said choke is spoiled. Replaced it. It was serviced also for 300 km service. Yesterday (just one week from service), it stopped again when I went to a shop. I had to push it back for about 3 km. Possible issues: (a) Mahindra vehicles suck. Their quality control is bad. (b) Service guys in Esquire Motors are unqualified. They dont know what they are doing. (c) I (the end user who bought the vehicle) does not know how to use it. (d) I did some sin & god is teaching me a lesson in this way! Thanks, Sarma.

                  Sir I would like to inform u that I have bought a Centuro Black motor bike on 27/07/2013 from Pulimoottil Automobiles, Kottayam, kerala, .The chasis No.of the bike is MCDKGIBI4DIG08158, Engine No.UPEDG010667. From the beginning itself there was a sound from the chain box. After every service the told me that it will go after the service. But the sound was there and it really disturbed me and my riding.Now after two years and after all free service and warranty period now they are telling that it has a complaint and it should replaced. This is something painful for me and it is not so easy to buy a new one.. So I request u a free replacement of the damaged chain box. thanking u yours faithfully Dr.P J Chacko

But after service again starting these problems like scooter gets stops in between road, horn not working properly .main problem scooter gets stops in between driving on road Its very mentally harass to me . when in case problem does solve then company take money to me last time they has taken many charges .                       I would like to complain about my scooty Mahindra gusto vx, I recently purchased this scooty and it's been just a month and I have been facing problem with the start of this scooty, It's been 5 times that I have gone to the service center for repair in just a month. The self start gets spoilt every week and kick also doesn't work well. I would like a replacement or refund for this scooty. And also I would suggest everyone not to buy this scooty.

                        Dear Sir, I have purchased my mahindra centuro bike (DL 9S BC 1855) from Najafgarh on 4th of Jan, 2015 for INR 56, 465. For which I was told about the mileage of 85 Km/Pl after the 3rd service. I completed all my services as per their instructions, after the 3rd service on 20th April, 2015 when my bike drove about 4, 873 Kms I was expecting the full mileage. But my expectations of good millage and reduction of noise from engine was not fulfilled. When i asked to the showroom and service center about the problem I was told that it would be solved after the next service. After the 4th service my problem was not solved and I was told the same thing which they said in my earlier complaint. Now I have completed 7 yes 7 services but the noise from engine is still not reduced also my bike gives the millage of about 45 KM/L. My bike never faced any accident and I have never got my bike repaired from outside the service center but I never got the full reliability of my product. I have filled numerous complaints to the authorized showroom and service center about the problems but they never listened to my queries. Every time I ask them about the solution I got the same answer that from next service my bike will be ok but last lime it crossed the limit as they said that your warranty of one year is about to crossed and we are not able to address your query regarding the product. I barely used my bike due to noise problem and aforesaid mileage problems. I belong to a lower middle class family and not able to use the bike for my business and other household works. Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to get it resolved. I would be very thankful to you. My last complaints numbers which are available with me are as under. 1.                           Hi I Rahul Mandolikar own Mahindra Centuro bike No. MH14 EA2079. In the first week of Sept 2015 I requested Gupta Auto Service Center for the Duplicate Key of my bike. Now its more than 4 months they didn’t gave me the duplicate key: now they are telling me to Change the Whole Kit and it costs around Rs.2500 instead of giving me the duplicate Key.                               I've given my centuro bike accident vehicle on 24/10/15 in Zoom motors coimbatore service center. They have delivered vehicle after spending Rs. 29, 000 on 26/12/15. Service Manager told truthless reason also he told, we have delivered a vehicle after 6 months also and you are asking within 2 months itself. After service also my vehicle is not good.

                                I have booked mahindra gustovx through paytm on[protected] by paying netbanking of rs.51160/- vide order no [protected]. After that i received a message your paytm cashback of rs.5000 may get stuck due to your current limit of rs.10k. Increase limit to rs.1lqac free of cost. Then i contact my dealer. He said that some problem have arise in paytm orders. Shortly you may receive your amount. If not received within 15 days you can contact directly to the company through customer care complaint. Now more than 20 days gone. Till now i dont receive my cash back offer money of Rs.5000/- or any message from company for delaying. Please rectify this immediately and send money immediately to my account. I can wait upto 31st December, 2015. After that i have to approach legally on you. This is for your kind information.                                     I purchased Mahindra Gusto two wheeler form SHANKER MOTORS E-6A JYOTI COLONY, 100 ft. ROAD SHAHDARA, Delhi-110032. I had done payment from PAYTM. I was told that i will get insurance cash back. The dealer has taken the insurance money and told that i will received money from paytm. But i have not received insurance money. I called up to paytm but they told that they are not having any information regarding this.                                       I purchased Mahindra RODEO 2 wheeler scooter during 2001. Recently the showroom where I purchased the vehicle shutdown its business. For some time I did not knew any other dealer of Mahindra vehicles in my city. When I did find about Kangtani auto, dealer of Mahindra 2 wheelers I approached with the vehicle for a opinion about too much carbon emission. The machinists who checked informed that the engine need to be dismantled & reassembled, which costs about Rs.15000--.i am really shocked. A new vehicle of Mahindra company cannot serve its customer even for 5 years without trouble? What is then in the name. I purchased the vehicle only on the good name of Mahindra name brand, for which I am now suffering. Can the company help me in saving my investments in the vehicle I purchased. I hope in the positive that company will respond.

                                        Hello I neha Sharma R/o H-390/A, Raj Nagar 2, Palam Colony, New Delhi- 110077 purchase Scooter Gusto top model (DL 8S BX 1824)on 21/09/2015. I did first service from JMD Automobile Tilak Nagar. But after 1st service problems starts like scooter gets stops in between road, horn not working properly frequently Due to which i had to face one accident also. I did complaint several time at service station JMD and leave my scooter 2 times their for full day but at that time they said now problem will not arise but I am facing the same problem again and again. And now the position is this my new scooter is not at all working . Kindly solve my problem Urgently

                                        My last complaint resolved by the RIDERS CORNER 6/1 6/2, Mahavir Enclave, Main Plam Dbari Rd, New Delhi, Delhi 110045. But after service again starting these problems like scooter gets stops in between road, horn not working properly .Kindly solve my problem Urgently.
