Address: Haryana auto motors sec-14 gurgaon near AFS

I have mahindra gusto scooty 2015 model and registration number is DL8SBV-5197 and my service is always done from authorised service center its Haryana auto motors sec-14 near AFS gurgaon and total running of my scooty is 16020 kilometers, till today 25th Nov 2020 I have full service record.. After last service held from Haryana auto my scooty suddenly breaks down after 2 or 3 days. My scooty speedo meter was also stops. It's very shameful for the mahindra company if the person comes to authorised ser ice center and the ingeeniers are not experienced. My scooty is not starting and parked at home pls rectify my problem as soon as possible

        Mahindra gusto DL8SBV 5197

        After service from Haryana motors sec-14 gurgaon my scooty missing problem starts from 2nd day of service and meter was also not working and now after every 3 or 4 days my doesn't respond me well some time they say battery issue or we will check if anything else we found. But after servicing these problms are coming. I have never seen this type of work in any organisation. Pls help me with the best solution u have. Thanks..

          Dear Sir / Madam
          My husband had purchased Mahindra Gusto from Quadros Motors Pvt. Ltd. Mapusa. Goa India.. on 27/02/2018.. the problem with the bike is, it cannot run for more than 12 to 15 kms it gets heated n stops in the middle of travel this has really made us upset with Mahindra company.. we don't know where to go to get it repaired as Quadros Motors have closed the showrooms across Goa. There is no service station too, the one which was there in st. Inez that too has closed down.. will the company compensate for the loss of our hard earned money... Or will it be kind enough to give us a new bike..

            Spares parts ate not available in pune area and your maharashtra area manager are not proper respons given about spares parts .. he called me change your company if you want to immediately service i.e bike purchase other than mahindra company. So what is this. What we want except from you and your company. This kind of third class service .
            I'm calling to your showrooms almost 15 days continually. But till the date not given this spares parts.

              मैने 2015 मे विलसिनि ऑटोमोबाईल भंडारा maharashtra से gusto मोपेड खरेदी कि है, अभि भंडारा मे mahindra moped का service center बंन्द किया गया है, और spare parts उपलब्ध नहि है, नागपूर शहर मे भी उपलब्ध नहि है, on booking 15 days मे उपलब्ध होंगे ऐसे दुकानदार बोलते है, 15 दिन तक गाडी बंद कैसे रखे ?? काम धंदा कैसे करे ?? कृपया बतायें, भंडारा मे फिर से सर्विस सेंटर सुरू करे ..गाडी के total spare parts उपलब्ध कराये या फिर कंपनी मोपेड वापस ले ले ..कृपया बतायें

                There is a huge delay while claiming extended warranty for mahindra mojo xt as people at taj motors mangalore are playing blame game when it comes to extended warranty. Requesting you to resolve this issue as its creating a bad customer experience and delay in claims since my issue also not resolved yet.

                  Hey, arnab.. I am the owner (I wish i could say "proud owner") of a mahindra mojo abs bs4 here in kolkata. Bought it from mexx world and that's about the day things have steadily gone southwards.. I had been informed that the bike is available for delivery on the 13th of march 2020, i said i would take it on the 14th and i was told that i could come anytime after 10:30 am as the bike was totally ready for delivery.. I went to the showroom at about 12:30 pm.. And eventually got the delivery at 5:45 pm!!! That too the delivery wasn't proper.. Leave alone any ceremony, i was made to run from the service center to the showroom 5-6 times, each time being told that the delivery would be given from the former place - all to avoid the delivery being given in front of mr. Jayant das from mahindra.. I still don't know why.. It felt like i am buying some smuggled goods - but i did as mr. Dhandhania said. Was too exited really, inspite of all the harassment. Just one day after the delivery, that is on the 16th of march, my bike wouldn't turn on, inspite of the me turning the key on.. I am not talking about the ignition, the meter console itself wasn't coming to life even after the key was turned on.. On enquiring with mr. Dhandhania, and having a conference call with the mechanic, i somehow got the bike started and got it to the service centre somehow, with the bike just switching off in the middle of the road 4 times on my way. On reaching, the mechanic said that the battery wasn't wired properly - just a two day old bike.. Yeah the glitch wasn't major, but it just reflects on how careless they were while delivering the product - no proper checks done.. On another incident, my bike's rear break just jammed (Inspite of it being an abs model)! The bike couldn't be moved, and smoke was coming out of the rear break calipers.. Had this happened while i was riding, i would had quite a fatal accident.. Again, on visiting the workshop, a small piece of sponge was found in the rear break oil canister - that was preventing the oil from properly getting transferred to the disc - again very minor, but could have caused a fatal accident.
                  • as the lockdown happened right after i got my bike, i couldn't ride it much, i used to cold start the bike every 2-3 days.. Right after "amphun", when i went to cold start my bike, i noticed that the front tyre was absolutely flat.. I couldn't fathom why, as i didn't ride it, so the chance of it getting punctured didn't arise, still i took it to a petrol pump nearby, and they inflated the tyre, but didn't find a puncture.. Infact they claimed the rim was responsible for the leakage - as bubbles were appearing on the left hand side of the rim.. I went to some other petrol pumps and local puncture repair shops - no one could find a puncture or any problem with the valve.. From june when the workshop re opened i have been going there, but the problem hasn't been addressed.. I was told that they have sorted out everything, but after some days again the tyre went flat. Finally i showed people at the workshop that on spraying soap water bubbles were coming out of the left side of the front rim. They were convinced, and asked me to come back after a week. The day i went, the front tyre was taken out, and the mechanic went off to shop to get the tyre out of the rim. He comes back after some time only to tell me, that the problem was with the valve, so he got it replaced. I reminded him that about the bubbles coming out from the edge of the rim, but he insisted that it was the valve and he had solved the problem and i could safely take my bike out for a long ride. But then again my tyre went flat.. I realised it happens when i ride in the rain. I had really lost my cool by this time, having to go to the service center time and again for the same thing. This time i demanded that my rim gets changed under warranty. The service center manager said he has placed the order, and i should be getting it in 7-10 days.. On the 9 th day when i go to the service center, i dont find the service center manager there, as he had taken leave for a few days, but the person who was filling in on his behalf was totally clueless.. On asking when my shipment was arriving, he couldn't even check the computer and tell me the status.. I asked the showroom owner, and the showroom manager - everyone was just blank. I was astounded at their sheer incompetence. Later on mr. Das took up the matter and assured that the shipment was sent. Finally when i go the service centre again to get the work done, the mechanic after struggling for hours realises that the rim acquired is not meant for the abs model, rather it's for the xt variant. I had to again wait for another 1.5 hrs before the mechanic could again fix the old, disputed rim onto my bike so that i could come back home.. This was on the 24th of august 2020, and i was yet again re assured that my shipment was ordered right away, and i should get it by 3-4 days.. Today it's the 7th day.. There has been no updates whatsoever, and neither have i called up to check because it is honestly getting way to irritating now.
                  After buying a bike, well over 2 lacs of rupees, one does not expect such after sales service in their wildest of dreams. The bike is robust, no doubts about that, but such unprofessional behaviour is absolutely not acceptable. Getting a number plate fixed on my new bike takes 1.5 hours.. People just don't want to work here, the rest are just clueless (Including the owner). Mahindra spares are not available in the market or else i would definitely have bought spares and got my work done locally. So here i am stuck, having such efficient people working here for mahindra. It feels like i have actually set fire to the 2 lac rupees. If mahindra feels that it cannot run the kolkata wing, then might as well shut it down.. At least then people like me wouldn't invest their hard earned money, and make a fool of themselves. Mahindra 4 wheelers have such high regard amongst everyone, and that gave me faith to try out the mojo, only to face continuous harassment. However good the product might be, if the after sales service is this then there's no point. Totally disgusted.

                    I am sadam hussain, i bought the bike at 12/9/2018 and i payed money to dak shen agencies. Still now i could not get my r. C book. That agency was closed. What can i do. I called dak shen agencies, but no response. I need to register my bike to chengalpattu r. T. O office. Kindly please give my r. C book otherwise i don't have choice, i will go for legal action against mahindra company.

                    Note:- this is urgent and i need to register my bike and get the number from r. T. O office

They repaired but when i drive i found heavy noise checked the engine they replaced my moped engine without my knowledge.. When i asked them they are threatening me.
                        The dealer is rudra motors

                        Please check immediately and solve. Or i will launch police complient.

                            Sir i am sajal my number is[protected] sir in 14 may i had done my mahindra 2 wheeler gusto service in vikas auto agency, but in 28 may problem found to start vehical in 31 st may they not start but after some efforts vehical run and i will go to my work but in the way vehical stopped and not started after this vehical chacked by local mechanics say engine oil very small as per requaired. Due to this engine heat up. And problem found in vehical sir they will not change any oil and filter but they charged 870. Due to negligence of agency i was suffering from this problem. Due to cause of negligance iwill pay 1000 extra from above amount. I was request to refund all amount.

                                1) mahindra gusto scooty bought — 7/5/19

                                2) starting problem from 1st month — 5 times complaints of starting problem — not with starter switch nor by kick — every time jmd service centre done the checking, assured it will not happen again, 3 times servicing done mentioning same problem (Documented on job card)

                                3) solution given — daily ride kiya karo, kuch der start kar ke rakho, battery recharge kara lo, starting switch change kar lo, choke on kar ke kiya karo etc etc.

                                4) finally on 28/2/20, jmd service centre told me to go to amaron distributor to change the battery as it was dead (Not mentioning mfg date)

                                5) amaron distibutor refused to change the battery as date of manufacturing of battery exceeds as per warranty.

                                5) gusto model 125 mfg date — 03/2018
                                Sale on — 7/5/2019
                                Battery make — 15/8/2017 with 1 yr warranty

                                6) they had already sold expired battery to me and top of that no one is actually repairing or checking the mfg date of battery or may be hiding this.

                                7) due to this there is lot of mental, physical, financial trauma for 10 mths to me and my family,
                                As there are 20-50 times kick every time we used to go any where.
                                Wastage of 20-30 mts for starting every time we go.
                                Sometimes we have to cancel our programe
                                Sometime scooty will stop in between and we have to come back by dragging the scooty.
                                We are planing to sell this scooty as it causes so much of pain

                                8) finally i have bought new battery from my pocket (Despite battery in warranty period). I already spent so much of energy, mind and time that i dont want to see or argue them.

                                9) this experience has ruined the image of mahindra company and its dealers.

                                  The mojo what i have purchased is been already invoiced in 11/04/2018 but this was not been intimated to me from the dealer but now when i opted for extended warranty nafs person checked in mahindra dms & told me that it was been already invoiced in the name of kangtani automobiles. But the kangtani automobiles people has provided me the new invoice in my name (Please find the attachment) now i have only 1year warranty for my bike instead of 2years as the nafs person told, i'm totally disappointed with the mahindra service & i felt its totaly gambling here as a customer i'm feeling why did i buy this inspite of knowing the resale value is less😔 please do help me sir & the dealer hasn't been update my service history of my bike in mahindra dms.

                                    Dear mahindra people, the real reason why your good bikes like mojo don't have sale is market is their awkward names "mojo" it sounds too weird, a 300cc bike which you are expecting to have good sales, other brands like bajaj have names like "dominar" you hear that with the name it sounds like a heavy beast, but nobody gonna buy you silly named "mojo"
                                    Second reason off course your poor service and other reasons like you don't have a big name in two wheeler segment among youth, and also you don't give things on mojo which youth likes, like good instrument cluster, gear indicator, upside down forks, and the most important a good design, btw the headlight of "mojo" looks quite good, it looks like kawasaki. This is it, its not a complaint, its a suggestion to you so that your good two wheelers like "mojo" can have a big name in the market. And yeah please, atleast, name your vehicles properly.
