I had a gusto two wheeler 2015 model purchased during july 2015. This vehicle is frequently going under breakdown. Last time it was during june 2015, mother board failed costing me more than rs.1500/-. Again yesterday went under breakdown. So far not attended by the service person. It is not known what went wrong.

I think these are the reasons for vanishing from market.

I repent for opting gusto leaving many others.

I never expected the mahindra performance at a low level/ rock bottom.

    I am from goal i have mahindra centuro bike i am facing problem since one month my bike is not starting due to cdi problem as service centres are not there in goa and its parts are not available with mahindra's service and its been handled by third party they do not respond properly as they tell we ordered parts and not yet received from last month i can't ride or sell my bike as its not starting please try to solve my problem as soon as possible

      I have purchase mahindra centuro before 3.5 year. There is no service center so i must have go in privet service center. Your authorized service center is 90 km. Away from my native place.
      Now there is a problem in noise of bike so i took my bike at himmat nagar show room. They have told me that problem in crenk so may be a cost of repair is nearest 3, 000 rs.
      What heppend your promise of 5 year warranty. Why i have paid 3, 000 rs.

        I am prince philip, i have a centuro. Kl-07-by-610, i visit your service center in kadavanthra - kochi, m squared motors pvt ltd, for changing chain and sprocket and some electric problems, engine noise also, but your service manger told me that its takes 30 days for repairing, i am working as a cameraman, in a news channel, so i want regularly my bike, its jest a entry level bike, not a imported super bike, if you are behave like this i will move a petition in consumer court, i am a costumer, i want better service from you.in minimum time. Please consider my compliant and take action...

          This is vency menezes from mumbai, maharashtra. I have purchased mahindra mojo.

          With due course of time the eco of the bike had stopped working, and due to which the ignition to bike was not working and hence i had to tow the bike, by using rsa service. Now thhe problem starts

          Problems faced:

          1. According to the policy there should have been a call given to customer from the service center to the customer once the bike was received at the service center (Sonia motors bhandup). Which did not happen and it was me who followed up on a regular basis to check what is happening, the reason when asked given by team was the manager has changed and new the person has no idea what to do.

          2. It took them 30 days (Submitted bike on 2nd sept 218 and received on 2nd october 2018) to just replace the eco and get the servicing done

          3. When i had submitted the bike, the condition of all other parts were good except the eco. When i took the delivery on 2nd october 2018, there some noise heard while applying the front brake, so i asked the explanation, and the reason i got was it is because there is no running since one month and was told if it persist after some kilometers then please get the vehicle we will fix it.

          4. On 6th october after riding 120 km still the noise persist and so i took the mojo to sonia motors bhandup. The service engineer started to work, he attempted thrice but still the noise was persistent.

          Now the first service men comes with a conclusion that my brake pad has to be changed (Well i do have a bill of thee brake pads which were changed at 32600 km and now odo is 33100)

          After this there another engineer who tries his hand and said "sir your brake pads are new but your disc plate has to be changed"

          So i come to a conclusion that
          A. Mahindra service engineers were not able to troubleshoot and if not able to fix the problem put the bill on customer and get the part replaced.

          B.in this whole servicing time i saw some parts of other mojo which were present for servicing were replaced to my bike, that means i assume the parts of my bike were also replaced in this one month of time (I do have a video footage of same)

          5. After some discussions, the management at sonia motors bhandup told that there is our manager mr. Alay who would assist you, (I had to wait one hour for him to assist me)

          In the mean time i got in touch with mr. Swapnil jakate (Territory manager), i asked him who is mr alay, he said there is none called as alay in mahindra.

          So i got to know one more thing that the whole sonia motors bhandup relies on mr. Alay who is a advisory of royal enfield right next to service station.

          And this is not known to mr swapnil.

          I would like to put this as eye opener to the senior management of mahindra two wheeler s that there are malpractices and poor services is making your customers go away from you.

          Requesting to give me a workable solution to the issues i faced. And what can be my next steps.

              I am gopal choudhary from faridabad, haryana. I have mahindra gusto vx model & i had purchased it in feb.2016. On 27th sept. 2018 morning i try to start my scotty but not started. I took it to mechanic on 29nd sept. 2018. After checking, he told me that cdi kit is not functioning, need to replace. I agreed to replace. Mechanic told me that i am searching the part. Four day passed still part is not available. He is still searching. I am much frustrated & worried that in faridabad cdi kit is not available. Very bed scenario. I am not able to understand what to do.

Service center person advice to change the stator plate but the plate is not available in the market as well as the center from last 3 months.                   I bought my vehicle Mahindra Centuro in 2014 at Bangalore. Its working great all these years, thanks to Mahindra for a great bike...!

                  However recently I am facing this problem. At times (now this problem has increased), when I insert the Key into the Ignition and turn-it to On position, the Anti Theft alaram goes on, and doesn't stop, and I can't start my vehicle. I keep turning the key to off position and then back to on, several times, trying various things, then suddenly the Alaram stops and it works normally.

                  What's the problem? How can I rectify it? is there any standard procedure to stop the Alaram when it sounds? (like pressing certain buttons on the Key in a specific format).

                    Service is very very bad because if any parts require related to engine then which is not available in the market as well as mahindra stores and also online... Like parts name campshaft etc. Of mahindra centuro... And also maximum mahindra two wheelers show room was closed. Not only that problem, moreover few days later after bought this bike, some noise have come from engine.

                      centuro cdi unit replacement

                      I have given my centuro bike with registration number tn78 w 0946 on 11.09.18 at pollachi service center because the bike was unable to start. After examining they replied me that the cdi unit of bike need to replace and i agreed for replacement and given advance. Now even after 10 days niether they replaced the cdi unit nor returned the bike to me. Please take necessary action....

                      The duro dz 125 was having problem and same was taken mahindra service centre, ananatapur. They are not having complete spares and they are asking customer to buy duplicate spares.

                      Finally, for rs. 100 item they have charged rs.600 (Without bill) and rs. 625 for other items like bolts, spring, oil labour charges.

                      This is one type punishment for buying brand like mahindra and no satisfactory service available.

                        Its second time my bike not starting abruptly. This time i have used their road side assistance, unlike earlier where i pushed the bike till service centre. Poor quality check by mahindra is causing lot issues in bike, which they sold as premium product. Many low budget two wheeler are better compared to mojo i think. Last time when it appeared they changed the sensor switch near clutch, which in turn regulates the power supply to engine to start.

                        Got problem with the start again it is happen for the second time once when I had free service and I had to tow it to the workshop now it is happened for the second time Mahindra mojo sucks I say when it comes to the machine I need help to start my bike now and it is too expensive to tow the bike and take it to Goregaon I live in Parle why are they making such a machine when it will not last for long! I mean my bike is not completed 3years yet if anyone who is thinking of buying this bike read my review and think about it, the cost is not for 1or 2 Rs it is in lakhs I am stuck now with this machine

                          I have bought mahindra a gusto 110 cc vx model in februray in pudhuchery under BS-3 Sales. The moment i paid i advance i faced the troubles, The dealer who handled that was a doing a pathetic service, He has delivered me a scooter without battery and said me dont try for self start for a month. After discovering thier fraud, , i have to call customer care and after a long battle they have replaced the battery, But they gave a smaller battery agained cheated me, For 1 st service they took one month kept my vehicle in thier show room, After that i moved out of pondychery, Now black smoke coming out of vehicle and every month the spark black damaged, Now they are telling they need to replace tha valves, The vehicle has just ran 7000 kms and this kind of troubles is there, Riding comfort is good but poor quality of in spares spoils the companys name,

                          I love mahindra brand they use to give value for money, But in this case they failed

                            I had spoken to the customer care [protected] informed them that I got my bike from Andhra Pradesh and moved to Karnataka.

                            For Road tax sake i need a duplicate invoice to submit in Karnataka RTO.

                            They informed me that Koramangala they have a dealer named

                            "Pratap Archade", 80th Ft Road, Koramangala.

                            Contact Person: Selva.

                            He informed me that its not possible from his end. So I asked him in written and he was very rude on that part.

                            It made me such an impression Mahindra employees just wanted to depend on Word of Mouth and play safe when we ask for written.

                              I have bought mahindra mojo dated 19 september 2016, as of runned 7800 km.

                              Facing very bad sound from front and back wheel, repeatedly visited service centre for same issue, they have done break cleaning, still same issue, i have paid three time for above issue, in third visit they are saying need to change chain sparket at 7800 km, mr. Nishchith is saying, due to dust getting sound, do mojo provide chain cover for mojo.

                              No proper response from service center and mahindra employee, very poor quality mojo bike and service, waste paying 2 lak for such poor bike.

I was purchased mahindra duro dz hp 12 j 1309 last year[protected] from vaibhav motors baddi, himachal pradesh during my job at baddi. Presently at my home town faridabad, haryana.
                                But i am unhappy to taken after sales & service (Regarding service) i had completed my all paid & free service. { firstly when i purchase this vahical the did not gave me service book they said me company not provide us service book for this piace but we offer u you will get all free five service from my services center. (Now five in nombers service is used)

                                Above all these things my complaints regarding the scooter are as fallows_

                                1. Poor millage (30 to 35 km)
                                2. On running its automatically swiched off (Engine)
                                3. When on road running duro scooter make abnormal scaching noise
                                4. At the first & third service time, i have already complainted regarding above all these all these problems to the show room manager/ owner mr. Deepak, and mr. Service enginner.
                                5. When i took my scooters fourth service at that time i am also disscussed the same problem regarding the abnormal noise, at that time he advised to service engineer and mr. Deepak for greaseing engine sound, gear box & clutch plate.
                                Currentlyi am in faridabad but i so upset about the my two wheeler mahindra duro dz.

                                  I sold my mahindra rodeo scooty in exchange mahindra rockstar to mahindra dealer kunihar teh arki distt. Himachal 173235.

                                  Manager and dealing hand gave me home delivery of bike. They came to me and cheated me. They took my and coated it 15000 rs value.
                                  Now they told me bike cost 58000 and less my scooty value 15000 left 43000.

                                  Now they committed me installment of 1620 rs.

                                  They know bank procedure.
                                  They played with my emotion.
                                  They told me they will charge of 14000 interest on 43000.

                                  Later when I got bank massage hdfc bank they fixed emi of 1854rs. Total interest is 12000 more than they said.

                                  Banker misbehaved with me.
                                  Dealer misbehaved with me.

                                  Later I said I will go to consumer court they said you can't do anything your installment is fixed.

                                  I said I want to make finance by my way.
                                  They said you can't do anything now.

                                  Hdfc bank manager name is mr. Mohan.

                                  Completely misbehaving with customer.

                                  Please mahindra company take action against these intermediary person who are making reputation down of company.

                                    I bought mahindra gusto from vishakapatnam one and half year back for 70000 and i paid nearly 15000 for its repairs since i bought the bike. Several complaints worst brakes, i changed the plug for 10 times and i changed the battery once and i will change engine oil frequently. They will charge 700 for every service instead of all these things this worst gusto bike is troubling me a lot. These service people in mangalore near pump well circle taj motors is the worst service centre. I think they dont know how to repair bije and they will not respond properly. Please dont manufacture such worst bikes like gusto and dont provide such nonsense service.

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      I have purchased gusto from shankar motors, durga puri, shahdara, delhi
                                      On dated 26.07.2018, i have received my rc after one week, but the number plate not given by the dealer till date i. E. Till today 24.08.2018 i have made so many calls to the dealer they said that there are some problems created with this issue, sir, what i do now? Please help
