I registered with MailTranscript for my WES evaluation transcript process. Immediately after the payment I didn't get any confirmation email. I called the founder Mr. Shivam Agarwal and there team to get updates on my application and also requested for a refund since was unhappy with the decision. So, they replied back that application has been canceled and refund has been initiated. It will be reflected in account in 15 days. After 20 days, they replied back stating that no refund is applicable for your cancellation. They also didn't send my transcripts to WES. Also, they didn't clarify the reason for no refund and digested 10000 INR without proper explanation. I request you to kindly take strict action against them. Was this information helpful? |
