I registered with MailTranscript for my WES evaluation transcript process. Immediately after the payment I didn't get any confirmation email. I called the founder Mr. Shivam Agarwal and there team to get updates on my application and also requested for a refund since was unhappy with the decision. So, they replied back that application has been canceled and refund has been initiated. It will be reflected in account in 15 days. After 20 days, they replied back stating that no refund is applicable for your cancellation. They also didn't send my transcripts to WES. Also, they didn't clarify the reason for no refund and digested 10000 INR without proper explanation. I request you to kindly take strict action against them.

They are not a legit company and their only modus operadi is to loot money from helpless people who trust them in getting their transcripts.

They are corrupt, low-life human beings and should rot in hell. They will loot you and will not give you any transcripts. I can assure you 100%, IF YOU PROVE THAT THEY PROVIDED YOU TRANSCRIPTS, I WIL GIVE ALL YOUR MONEY YOU GAVE THEM ON TOP OF THAT...
If there is GOD, I pray to him every day that Shivam and Sunita should rot and vultures eat them alive. They looted me and all others.

They are not humans...Their parents should be ashamed of giving birth to these skunks.

They are completely Fraud. PLease do not entertain the CHEATERS.

I paid money for 4 transcripts through Portal. After numerous follow ups, they finally said after a month that University is asking extra 300 per page. This amount is not written at any place on university Portal.

They did not give any receipt of this fraud.
Finally I had to give up and reducce the amount from 3 to 4 as I wanted to see if they are FRAUD.

I finally received my own marksheets instead of transcripts at name of transcript and they ate my 18K.

PLease do not come in FRAUD. PLEASE PLEASE, they are CHEATERS

I wanted my b.com transcripts from calcutta university, mail transcripts charged me inr 10000 for transcripts + 3500 for courier and another 2000 for obtaining the first date of admission.

They made me pay 18% gst for all fees and never really sent any invoice. After 2months my transcripts have not reached wes canada office and every time they change the expected time of arrival on their portal. When i asked for tracking details of the shipped document, the customer support told me that they are not authorized to share this information. I wonder why is that?
Having paid 3500 for courier and more than inr 12000 for services, they are liable to answer this question.
I have not received any response to my complaints and queries. This company is a sham and all the reviews and testimonials appear to be doctored to which people like us fall prey and they extort money out o[censored]s after the initial service charges are paid. There should be a strict action against them.

I had initiated a request for degree - transcripts from west bengal university of technology, through mailtranscript.com (On 28th may), for wes evaluation.
As assured by the team that university takes 21 working days for the transcripts, and charged me rs. 8024, for the service. But post submitting all required documents, they demanded another rs. 826, which was never disclosed earlier. I had to go through a delay of another 18 days, to initiate the process because of their unawareness of the procedure, now they are stating that the above mentioned university might take upto 6 weeks.

Moreover as confirmed with west bengal university of technology directly, i found that the required documentations for transcripts are completely different, from what mailtranscripts team are following.

As educational degree transcripts are of important and confidential nature, i requested mailtranscripts team to stop their action and refund my complete amount, due to the negligence of following reasons-
*causing delay.
*demanding extra charges (Post booking their service).
*not sharing proper process information.
*following incorrect documentation process, which mismatches to the west bengal university of technology.

Though i have raised a request for the refund, but mailtranscripts team is denying to the refund request. I would appreciate if you could kindly check the above complaint.

I registered on april 4th, paid in 8, 732/- and courier charges to send transcripts to wes. They took first 2 weeks to just sit with all my documents, when i contacted them after 2 weeks, got to know that they needed original for 2nd year, i went to their office to malad and gave original then went again after 3 days to collect it. They said i will get my transcripts by may 4th. When i called on 4th, they said its delayed by a week due to elections. Then i called up on 7th and the representative said that the university said it will take one more month. They were asking 2 months to get the transcripts which made me furious as my wes evaluation is waiting for this. I think they do not understand the seriousness of the situation.

I went to the office to check what was goin on with my file as the customer service is useless. When i went to their office in agarwal centre, kanchpada, malad, its a small documentation office with 3 yound ladies sitting who have no idea about what they are doing. The owner shivam agarwal, i do think if i should be calling him the owner as he did nothing great apart from covering his rewp's mistake. Now he told me that they have submitted my file on april 11th when i asked asked to show me the receipt he said if i show you, your case will close from my end. Weird, i have full right to see which stage my files at especially when i have paid so much.
He then said it is stuck for 2nd yr marksheet unclear while the lady had told me election as the reason, i lost all trust on them on this. My first question, if the issue was for the marksheet why did they not inform me and kept sittin with it for the month.

They only respond till you havent paid, once they get the money, it you who keep running after them.
They general enquiry is nothing but a bunch of robots with learnt dialogues and excuses.

My piece of advice.
Apply online on https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/. they charge only 1200 as opposed to this guy who charges 6000 for the same thing. And the transcripts come in 21 days hassle free.

Please do not waste you time and money with these bunch of frauds.
