My father is now 75 years old and is unable to support me financially. This may cause a girl to abandon the degree prg. Hence look into the matter and give justice to me.

My mother bought maitreya plotters and struckers policty in jan. 2012. Maturity date of policy jan. 2018. But in jan 2015 maitreya shut downs their offices. She paid the installment of rs 330 per month from jan 2012 to jan 2017 regularly but now company is not giving money back. Even not providing any information. Even hon. Court has ordered them to repay all customers money.

I want to apply for repayment. I have already tried to get the money online many a times but i could not get. Suggest me any solution to get the money back because i have been not recieved yet.

I have paid all 12 installments i had applied for 3 year and now it's more than that.

Respected sir/madam,
I kailas badmore local level agent i have 50 clients under me. Maitreya plotters and structures pvt. Ltd (Which is now know as maitreya realtors and construction) and other maitri suvarnasiddhi pvt. Ltd, this both the companies belong to maitreya group only. The companies had promise to the clients that if the clients pay specific amount of money every month they will get money with interest, 2-3 years there was no problem regarding repayment of money, but from last 2 years the company is not repaying the money.
Regarding this the nasik clients had filled a complaint in police station, and the case was heard in the court, with inferrence of court the nasik people got the money back through the court, but other branches of the company are not responding regarding other people money. The seniors are also not responding regarding the repayment of the money. Now the clients are started harrasing me and troubling for the repayment of money, my family members are supporting me in this situation and, my seniors because of whom i am in this situation are not responding me or nor my phone call. It seems like each branch people should go to court file a case to get the money, if you go to court you will get the money seems like this.
Thereby i request you please see into this case so we can get the money as soon as possible.
