We paid 10, 000 per year for 6 years as policy made. But now they are not refunding our money and the jamkhandi branch also closed they are not opening the bank. People saying that company has closed. But what about our money. Now i'm thinking to go to court..
We trusted agent but they also saying only that company will open. From the last 2 years they are giving same answer only. Now everyone have to go to court and make a case on maitreya company...

Myself policy no.[protected] the policy plan has completed on march 2016. And the payment of rupees 2400 per year we had payed the annual payment till 3 year as per policy rule and the period was completed on march 2016 but still the payment of policy is not refunded. So we are humble request that please take some action on company and clear my problem as fast as possible

I vandana badmore local level agent i have 21 clients under me. Maitreya plotters and structures pvt. Ltd (Which is now know as maitreya realtors and construction) and other maitri suvarnasiddhi pvt. Ltd, this both the companies belong to maitreya group only. The companies had promise to the clients that if the clients pay specific amount of money every month they will get money with interest, 2-3 years there...

I am virendra deharkar from chandrapur district of maharashtra.

I had invested approximately 5 lakhs in this maitreya group (Including of my family members). One of the policy matured in the month of november -2015 and balance matured in the month of dec-2016. Still we had not not get any update on any of the maturity. Its more than one and half year delayed for my first payment maturity. And six months delayed for my balanced maturity.

When i paid one of my installment 10 days late then that time they charged me 85 rs extra now they are not returning me my mine when all dates matured and more than a year completed

I requested maitreya group to return our money. Varsh satpalkar who is writing good sories and now she cheated us. This is illicit trade of businees practice in india.

Varsha, please return our money. We are really in big trouble.

We are trying to reach with you through various communication but unable to reach you all emails and contact numbers are not working.

I Mumtaj Shaikh A/C 0666595, had invested Rs 10000 on dated 31/1/2013. Estimated Maturity value was Rs 15500. I have been cheated by company over repayment as company shut down their office from Aurangabad.

I belongs to EWS class.

I therefore request you to accept my complaint and take appropriate action and transfer amount to my registered bank account.

I have policy taken from maitreya group. I need my money back. But, no body picks up the call in maitreya office. I tried sending emails but their emailid for contact us do not work.

Please register my complaint and give me justice.

I was nri when i invested money into maitreya policies. Now, i am canadian citizen in united states of america. Should i also go to international court of justice after your decision made?

Since I (On behalf of Baburao Ganpatrao Gawai) was being your customer from 2013, but due to some circumstance which your company was faced in 2016. I was unable to pay the premium and your agents are also denied to accept and return the premium amount as well.

In maitri suvarnsiddhi pvt ltd branch at kasar wadi, near shiv udyog photo studio, pune on 16/08/2014as yearly investment for 04 years. Before the due date of next installments on 15.08.2014, the branch was closed along with all branches in the city. It was learnt that there was police complaint against the maitreya group and hence all the branches has been shut down...

My self Raju Ashok Tayade from Bhusawal dist. Jalgaon. I have invested some amount on 21.12.2009 for six years with the name of my Mother Sharda Ashok Tayade and on 21.12.2015 maturity amount should be credited to my mothers account. All the documents has been submitted to Faijpur branch and they acknowledge us that the money will be credited within a month, but still I am waiting for the same. Now the branch is closed and no one is there answer my query.

I have starting 16/09/2012 investment in Maitreya plotters and structures pvt ltd and last few month this company Ahmedabad and Baroda office close so my deposit amount not received and not reply this company any member and i have many mail but till date not reply my mail.

I had invested in Gold Product Maitri Suvarnasiddhi pvt ltd Per year Rs.20000/- on 27/03/2014 and Rs.20000/-on 29/03/2015. My customer ID is G[protected].Now I require money for other purpose so I am not interested to continue the same .according to scheme I have receive gold product on 27/03/2019. But taking consideration of my need of money. you are requested to refund the amount invested along with interest thereon immediately.

I bought Maitreya plotters and struckers policty in October 2012. maturity date of policy October 2018. but in jan 2015 Maitreya shut downs their offices. I've paid all the installment regularly but now company is not giving my money back. even not providing any information. even Hon. Court has ordered them to repay all customers money.

when i'll get my money back.?...
