Hello my self Sarita rajendra Deshmukh, I was invest RS 4, 30, 000 (four lack thirty thousand) in one time invest that amount was my daughter marriage, at that time invest period was 6 years . Now we are complaining and visiting to agent home but they are not responding and avoiding our phone also we taken 2 policy which amount was 44000/-, . Please kindly respond and please help me to out from this situation..

      On 19th February, 2011 - We had purchased a plot under 'Maitreya Plotters & Structures Pvt. Ltd', under the name of 'Archana Vivek Kadam'.
      Date of handing over the possession of the developed plot was 10th February, 2017.
      The estimated realisable value of developed plot was - Rs. 10.360.

      Update us with the current status of the plot and release the value of the plot to us.

      I have a legitimate 'Acceptance letter' from the company, with the company stamp and sign of the Chairperson & Managing Director of the company.

                        I invested in this scheme of maitreya group plotters and structures pvt. Ltd at the suggestion of a family friend. It was for half yearly instalments of ₹4, 160/- I have receipts of five instalments. Then the company shut down. Our poor family friend was shocked and helpless. But she is not the one to be blamed. So i am complaining here on this forum to please help me get back ₹20, 800/- of my hard earned money.

                              No Payment received for the Invested amount under scheme "Maitreya Plotters & Structures Pvt. Ltd.

                              Address: soygaon road, pragati colony,101,rajmani,sarve no-52/3,plot no.16,camp, malegaon,nashik

                              Dear Sir,

                              We came to know about the Maitreya Plotters & Structures PVT LTD. Scheme through an Agent located in Malegaon city (Pragati Colony, Malegaon Camp) in 2012.
                              As per the scheme we need to put Rs.960 Quarterly & we will get Rs.33, 780 (an anticipated value of a developed plot) & Plot area 181 sq.Yd. after 6 Yrs. So, I invested about Rs. 12, 480 in this scheme with installments of Rs.960.from 8/11/2012...
