I had applied for part time jobs and i got a call from this company. They said that they will provide data for 10 days and because they will give that data to us so we have to pay 300rs. And we will get the work and if we'll complete the work they'll cut money from it only. But they asked me for adhaar card, sign, pp photo for submiting them. And using those details after one day they used my details to make an agreement with the company and wrote in it that i have to pay money to them any how. They are frauds and blackmailing me and lot of people. And they are putting such blame that i have abused and bla bla. Please do something.

got a message on whatsapp about the data entry job. They asked me to pay rs 300 in order to join the job. I have paid the said amount. After that in the name of processing steps they collected my id card copy, photo, signature, email id. I asked them for the legal papers about the company and they replied that i need to download an application, in that application all the information that i required will be there. I downloaded the application and they asked me to upload a photo and a signature. After some time i received an email regarding a legal agreement. I was totally confused at that moment. The agreement says to pay 10000 if i didn't do the work or i failed to achieve 90% accuracy. I felt something wrong about the whole process and i asked them to provide more about company information, they gave the company is in swatantrya sainik colony, aurangabad, maharashtra. I searched for this company on google and i couldn't find any matches. Afterward, i read a few complaints about the same company on the internet regarding the same fake data entry job frauds. Now they are constantly threatening and sending a legal notice. I need help, please help me.

Please tell me did u find any solution to this? They really are harassing like anything . This is a total mental torture. I'm having such a hard time dealing with them. Today they sent a msg that they have filed the case. They keep calling I've blocked them but still. Please give me some solution. What to do ignore ?
