Most worst experience with make india journey. I suggest to all don't book any tour package with them. We have to pay extra money to driver and in hotel.in every hotel we detained for more than 4 hours beacuse in every hotel, hotel woner or manager said, our payment not received from make india journey so we can not provide you rooms, then after 4 to 5 hours discussed in phone we finally get the rooms. During the check out the same drama start from hotel side, they said without pay you can't leave form hotel also from himachal pradesh, also said talked with make india journey and tell then clear our long pending payment.
The car: when i booked the package they said, the car will be new innova crista, but it was old model simple innova. And the driver, in dharamsala our sightseen was 1day in palampur, but the driver deny for it, he said if we will go with his direction it will be better for us other wise risk will be yours.
During booking make india journey assured us that pickup and drop point will be same, so we fixed pickup point in govindpuri but when tour finished they drop us in out side of nizamuddin rail station it was evening 8pm, then we booked two cab and spent morethan rs.1200 for our destination. The tour coordinator mr. Ram form make india journey assured us the the extra money you paid for cab it will be refund within 2 dyas, but very unfortunate alomst 1 monts spend no respence from make india journey.
So, i sujjest to every one don't book any tour packege with make india journey, one of the most worst tour operator in delhi.

After that, we call the ram and say that we want to go to the rothang today because on day 6 rohtang will be closed and day 7 we will go to the amritsar, so we want to go to the today for rothang. And we do not receive any response. Ram & sonu said on day 7 they will give the rohtang pass. We argued with them many times. But we have not received the good response. After that, we will go to the solang valley for paragliding. At 2.15 pm drive say that he received the rohtang pass but we already do the paragliding, so we left the solang valley at 3.15 pm. The police barikate and drive say it is very risky to cover the rohtang pass now and drive also not confident to drive the car. There is rs. 7, 000 loss. Before 1 month we already pay you rs. 7000 for rohtang pass. If you and your drive are not confident then you should already inform us.

Customer se bat krne ki tamij nhi n na unko bat krni aati h. Language sabse cheap as just like ganwar ho koi. Apne ese logo ko appoint kese kardiya. He was just like *. Hardly request you ki ese insaan ko ap nikal lo varna company ka loss hoga. I was completly thinking ki book krwadu but proper detail nbi mili. Nd its was fake frm my point. Agar customer se ese bat krte ho to matlab fake call hai ye.

1) took extra money then qouted

2) manager driver everyone misbehaved during trip

3) hotel room not proper as promised

4) food not proper as promised

5) trip days were cut off

15 सालों मे इतनी घटिया सर्विस नही देखी, पैसे लेने के बाद तो ये अपने बाप को भी चुना लगा दें. इन लोगों के चक्कर मे अपना फॅमिली ट्रिप मत खराब करो.
Make india Journey is a fraud company. beware of them and they are money looters. They will book any hotel without asking you.
Beware of Similar word written against Hotel List...
They will always book worst hotels.
They take Half payment in Advance and rest is taken by driver while picking you... so 100% in advance.
After that you cannot do anything. They will answer "Jab issue ho tab batana" aur jab issue hoga to inka answer hoga..
Ye to koi issue hai nahi... ab kuch nahi ho sakta...
If package is taken, you will get food which is given by hotel of their choice not yours.
Driver will show the site scenes which he want to show not yours ..

It shows they have hired you not you hired them... it will make you crazy...

so do not give them chance to spoil your trip...
Go with other brands like Makemytrip or Yatra..

#makeindiajourney - the worst travel agency ever! Whatever is promised, nothing delivered. Arrogant employees after they receive payment. Don't wanna listen i[censored] face any problem. Instead they fight with u over d phone.

I paid amount as per email received from their executive divya n kirti. Same email was confirmed by hridayram. Before check out they demanded more money saying forget email u hve to pay what v say else u can't check out. When i started questioning he said (Shubham goel) now even i[censored] pay u can't check out...

Worst experience, pathetic vehicle n worst driver.. Devender singh didn't take us any where for sightseeing v went on our own. Even rohtang was included but v did on our own.

16 hours in the vehicle that driver purposely didn't allow anyone to sleep. Was a tourtue not a trip

Horrible experience with make India journey. instead of make India Journey it should be make journey Horrible. since First day fake commitment given by sale agent guru. last moment everything was changed by operator.I booked Manali paradise hotel 3*but they guys changed without any intimation you changed to Davdhar cottages that was not even suggested in confirmation email sent by there sale agent, and it was 15KM far from mall road and don’t have any parking space, Driver has to park their vehicle at least 5km away from hotel and it take 30min to 45mins come near to hotel to pick up guests again.it was not the hotel it was "dharmashala" where won't offer mineral water they give you one Jug of water usually in every hotel 2 water bottle is complimentary but there was nothing. Without any notification you guys booked one extra room in hotel that was really really annoying.make India journey company they not clear payment to there vendors like hotel and drivers, that's why they irritate clients. lack of communication gap between sales agent and operation manager. I had a word with hotel owner he offering one room in 5400 for 3 nights on MAP plan but you guys are charging 10500 for Dharmashala. they guys not transferred funds to drivers, he stopped the car while going for a sightseeing, there was round 3 ladies and 3 kids literally they are almost crying, we went for holidays with our families but it was really frustrating with all these stuff. All family members was tensed.I got a lesson by this but I am not going to leave you like this only at least I am going to tell about your company. On the last day as per itinerary manikaran and kullu was included but driver denied to go, he said that there would extra 5000 INR for manikaran and kullu i said it's already included.i spoke with tour operator Mr. Hirday Ram he said we going to refund you for Manikaran and kullu charges but still i haven't received any refund from makeindia journey. You guys spoil my vacation
1. The staff is extremely inflexible and rigid. They don't understand the customers perspective.
2. The response and concern is lacking.
3. In case of minor problems also they keep passing the buck to others.
4. There are too many so called points of contacts and you have to speak to many people in the chain for finalising your journey.
5. The decision-making is lacking.

I have paid to make india journey 32k for a manali trip in march 2018. When i reach the booked hotel (Royal kalinga cottage) at manali the hotel people didn't provide us with the accommodation in the same hotel. They said the room is not available when i asked them why not as i have paid for this accommodation only they said first that the room is not available. When i reached pulkit khurana over the phone he said let me speak to the hotel manager, he spoke to the manager when he said that there is some plumbing work happening in the room because of this we need to adjust for one night in another hotel. I had no choice but to agree in that situation because we all were exhausted after the whole night journey but the alternative accommodation they provided was just #. Later we got to know that it was not only for that night but also for the entire vacation for all three nights. As per the policy if accidentally the book accommodation is not available they should provide the accommodation in the same category hotel. Here they violated the policy first of all. Pulkit khurana says that they are just the broker if the hotel people are not providing the accommodation then i should fight with them.

Point to be noted: if you are paying make india journey not to spend some quality time with your family but to fight with the local people. This is their business principle.

The driver was very arrogant, he didn't take us to all the listed places in the itinerary. We could not effort this torture and we decided to leave manali 31st but our booking was till 1st april 2018. I have the toll receipt copy with me just in case i need when i ask them to refund the amount against which they didn't provide the services. Like one-day hotel cost.

On reaching back to gurgaon, i raised a refund request to them but they just unheard my requests. After so many chases to the director amit kumar, i could not get the refund. Because of he the main culprit, he is the only one who is regulating others.

My request to all the citizens, if you plan a vacation please do not trust these bloody cheaters they will just punish you.

I have a plan, i want to run a website where i want to park all the review against this company and share with as much as possible people so that they don't fall into their trap.

I am sharing the hotel they provided and the toll receipt copy as proof of our returning date as well as the hotel voucher where we stayed as alternative accommodation also a call recording with pulkit khurana.

Make india journey is completely unprofessional company with dis honest staff members who are totally unprofessional. This is a big cheat company. Please be warned and don't deal with them. Let them know the power of a common person whom they cheated with bogus offers.

Had taken a holiday package from them for nanital. There bous sales exective (Mr sonu) showed all good pictures of premium hotel and committed booking in the same. When i reached at nanital, a very sub standard room in some guest house offered which were having water seepage walls and paint totally went off (This is they call as luxury room).
No alternate arrangement was done by their unprofessional staff (Pulkit & subham, so called operational managers). Their team even don't pick the phones marked for 24 x 7 support.
Mr amit (Company md) is the biggest cheat of them all and this is coz of him whole company is the bunch of the cheaters.
When he was contacted, he promised to refund for the package where i had been given no service. Nothing settled till date even after 2 months.
This company has tatally spoiled my hoildays trip and made much discomfort to myself and my family. Please be aware of the them and don't deal with them for any holiday package.
I wrote feedback over their official website which these cheaters deleted the same.

I had booked manali-shimla package to be started from 28th may, 2018. For this i paid a booking amount of rs. 2000/- to mij. But due to some personal problem i could not proceed on the proposed tour. This was intimated in advance to mij personnel/booking official. Inspite of repeated requests for refund of my booking advance, mij has not yet refunded rs.2000/- paid by me as booking amount. I am a retired govt. Servant and rs.2000 means a lot to me. I again request mij to refund the booking amount

I booked a shimala, manali tour package at cost rs.27000/_but they sent me package agreement of cost rs.28000/_at last moment. I requested them but their behavior was very rud. L have forwarded their mail of package cost offered but until they didn't refund rs.1000/_help me to refund the amount. I requested mr. Pulkit khurana one of it's manager to review their mails sent to me offering package. I have forwarded the mail but they are not agree to do so. Their behavior is very rud. So help me to refund amount rs.1000/_

Make india journey (Sonu n pulkit) contacted me for shimla trip and provided the packages with option of hotels. I only booked the trip with aplin hotel and denied for whistle pine hotel. I also paid the booking amount only for aplin hotel after their confirmation, but hotel aplin couldn't be arrange by them and delay the trip by one day. Second day, they were forcing to choose whistle pine hotel which i already denied. Then, i asked to refund my booking amount on same day but they didn't agree to pay.
Please help and arrange the refund of my booking amount @1000/- rs which we paid to make india jounery.
I had very worst experience with make india journey (Sonun pulkit), even after delay the trip one day, they could not arrange the hotel which was promised and booking amount paid.

I planned to travel with the make india journey for my honeymoon on 3rd march 2018. Basically i booked 3 hotels named The Hidden from shimla, Snow Villa from manali and Red wood from chandigadh. Actually i really pissed off with this tour. The hotel they booked for me The hidden from shimla had given me one of the bad and worst service in my life. There food quality was bad and there room service ohooo... i will give -15 out of 10 to there room service. Then the next hotel was Snow Villa from Manali...I requested for the room change there but they rejected with proper respect. Then the next hotel Red wood from chandigadh, , at the time of check in they said that you are from make india journey and we have not received any amount or any booking for you yet so please check with them. I called to customer care and the guy whose name was Ram who was with me to help on entire tour . Then he spoke with the owner of the hotel and then room get allocated to me.. Actually that room (Room no 203) was horrible. That room was too dirty and the room service too. at the time of checkout from this hotel again hotel guys said that we have not received any amount from this so could you please contact with your journey agency. I again checked with the guy from make india journey and then he said if you have change could you please give money to hotel for check out . this is completely stupid behaviour. I have already payed for this hotel and at the time of checkout i get to know that make india journey has not given any money to hotel. During my journey my driver was named Balinder he was showing us too much attitude. Every time i had to request him to close the window. Every time i had to tell him that please switch on the AC even the area is not hill area. I request all please don't go with this tour agency ...Fraud agency ...

Mr. Pulkit kurana ate my 22k plus on top of it he din pay our cab driver.. For him we had to pay extra 10k so that he reaches us safely to the hotel.. At de moment i am in whistling pine resort shimla.. When driver refused to go without payment. Pulkit told me to give him 10k n he will transfer mine but till now not done. I hv literally begged my amount as we don hv any cash left with us.. Grievances team do something so else let me reach goa i will do something which will be good for the company... I have all de documents and sis n whatsapp chats.. And mind you law i also know as you know who i am..

In a single word do not spoil your trip with them. They make your journey horrible. Owner is very rude & carry argumental attitude. They just pocket their package commission at initial stage and then put responsibility on you to pay hotel, traveler & other directly during the entire trip. Specialty of this company is they do not take any responsibility if any mismatch happened with planned itinerary. We suffered harassment in our whole trip. Not cover view point as itinerary provided.

When we called amit (Owner) b/w the trip complaining driver not covering point as per itinerary provided then he talked very rudely with no intention to solve our problem.

We didn't touch the point like kasol, van vihar, rohtang pass, kothi gorge, marhi, gulaba, kullu valley, beas river, dussehra maidan, tosh and malana which is mentioned in itinerary provided.

We already lodge a complaint in consumer court so that they do not repeat same malpractice with others.

Beware! Do not make your journey horrible

I booked a trip to manali during the christmas weekend. I will explain the things they offer me while booking:
1- indo-canadian buses, with very much punctual timing.
2- hotel, with private balcony, with bath tub, geyser facilities.
3-

I booked 20-30 days before the date of journey paying 15000/- for a couple.
They said to give 1000 rs for the booking then 7000 rs after 2 days. So i already paid half the payment atleast 15 days before commencing the trip. The agent previously told me that remaining payment can be done at the end of the trip.
The agents never gave me prompt reply or email after i confirmed the booking. They talk so ruthlessly, never pick phone, even cut the phone in the middle of the talk, the people are horrible.

1- one day before trip i got mail from them stating that i need to pay 4000 to bus conductor at the start of trip.
2- the bus was so local volvo types and provided me the extreme back seat. Even i communicated that i am going with my girl and i booked the middle one then too these # forcefully gave us the back seat.
3- the bus was expected to leave the source around 4-5 pm as communicated to me, but actual departure of bus was 10pm.
4- the bus was so bad, poor, and the driver & conductor was so god damn horrible that in the middle of night the bus gave us a strong upward push that i started bleeding through my nose and my girl got hurt in the head, she is bleeding too. But everyone was so casual as if nothing happened and conductor said that we are unnecessarily making an argument over this trivial matter.
5- the bus expected arrival time was 8am but it actually arrived next day at 5:30pm. Almost 10 hours late.
6- upon reaching manali the driver picked up and took to the hotel they provided "snow villa". The hotel was so horrible with poor staff, you even can not say as a hotel, its more of like a "dharmashala" with bad people. All the necessities they mention were not there in the hotel. No balcony, no geyser forget the bathtub. Upon asking about the geyser they said we can give you wire which can be used for boiling water. Seriously!! A wire!!!
7- we contacted everyone from this make india journey people but no one replied, whenever someone picks the phone and listen to our problem they cut the phone and never pick up again. I called the manager mr. Pulkit, one of the most stupidest guy i had ever talked with. Even didn't pick my call after listening to our problem. I was helpless at this time. I left the hotel instantly and booked piccadilly.
8- the returning bus was horrible too. There was even fights among people regarding the seats allocation.

It was really a horrible experience, and i strongly urge to give refund of my 8000 rs which i paid for the hotel but i didn't stayed.
Mr. Pulkit you can not call yourself a manager, because you don't deserve.

And i warn prospective tourists to never book any trip from this company.

P. S. Please remove the world india from company you don't deserve. Infact diluting the the name.

7. We had asked for only breakfast at the hotel but they didn't inform us that the vehicle will not move after 7 pm at all. This was not mentioned in the itenary either. Infact the itenary said a trip to munnar town in the evening.
8. The calls were also not picked up on many occassions.
9.in alleppy the houseboat provided was premium instead of luxury.
10. Overall a very bitter and dissatisfying experience despite paying rs 75000/- for two adults and two children for 5 nights single room everywhere in kerala. A completely fraud company.
11. Definitely not recommended for family and friends or any association in future.

I had booked trip delhi to kasol from 29th dec'17-31st dec'2017.
They have promised for one day camp and second day negi's hotel in kasol
And their executive rajnish mathur committed us to pay 5000 rupees and rest amount will have to pay at the time of hotel checkin at 29the dec in afternoon amit kasol's hotel manager called me up that there is no hotel room booked for you in kasol and shera is not an owner of that hotel as they will arrange guest house befor kasol in a village and there is no snow at kasol so they have suggested us that one day stay at kasol hotel second day at manali hotel so we need to pay 8000 more so we agreed to pay then pulkit khurana called me up that pay to 11000 rupees to cab driver at the time of board then rest at checkin time. I said ok then i was doing transaction sudden my wife told me to check my mail, pulkit send me a mail mentioning that we have no packages for you, your booking has been cancelled and cab also cancelled, i called him nut he didn't pick my call, i called their customer care butno one responded, then i sent a mail to them that refund my 5000 back to my paytm number [protected] but no one responded.

All the person of makindiajourney are fraud (Mr. Pulkit khurana; ramendra shukla; kanchan; devesh; lonee dubey) and rude also, please help me to refund my money 5000.

Had a very bad experience with this make india journey agency. There ill mannered rude staff don't know how to talk with customers. Last they they cancelled the trip, saying we cant find any hotel. On insisting they confirmed the package last moment. Driver arrived late. He was rude and ignorant. Reaching there, he was not covering the sights and charged extra also. I dont even want to give even a single star to this pathetic travel company. We are never gonna book again with such inhospitable ppl.

I have booked tour package to rajasthan from make india journey (Total package cost rs. 43000/-) and made advance payment of rs. 8000/-. As per agreed condition, balance amount is to be paid in instalments in their account. But, on my reaching at jaipur at start of my tour, they have demanded balance amount in cash. On my refusal to make payment in cash, they have unilateral cancelled my tour and not refunded advance payment. I experienced lot of inconvenience.
