We have planned trip with chaudhary yatra company but this time they give the worst service to me there is no any guidance you ur no any person from the company to help us, they give the 1 seat to me and same seat to another person because of this I face so much problem I get so headache the service is very disappointing they give the railway ticket of other train not any proper management not a people of company with us to guide us for traveling they giving the 1 seat to 2 or more people's I faced so much problem because of this I need the compensation for it I'm not asking to give all money back but I want some compensation for all the problems I faced i want the compensation as soon as possible so please get fast action .

HostingRaja is a worst hosting company in India, please do not go for them else you will not only loose the money but also the faith of your clients if getting this for host your client application.
At the time of renewal they have made 100 Calls but after payment received they are not even bothers to reply on tickets.

I am writting to complain about a bus hired booked in your travel agency nashik. I traveled from nashik to dhule on 9th and returned on 10th july. I thought it would be a dream, however, it have been my worst trip ever. I have so many problems with this journey.
On first day bus came late by 1hr and after start traveling we found break down situation due to some mechanical problem in engin. So, i was late for my marriage function.
On second day while returning to nashik bus head light not working. We stop many times in highway and drive up to nashik with the help of my private car by bus driving behind car.

We completed 4 dham trip but now we are going to our hometown and yatra company not book our retain train ticket and they said to us your ticket not booked and you have to go pune from haridwar @ standing position we already come from haridwar to delhi @ standing...
Also we already maid all the payment and said her to book a/c ticket
Currently we are in delhi and our train timings is 3 pm
No one is help to us...
Finally we divided to go with flight...

Very pathetic management

Today (25.12.2018), i am currently travelling for ashtavinayak tour (Between 23-25 dec). I must say this bus staff has very pathetic time management. Poor manners to talk with people. No courtesy to tell people about the places prior visiting the place.
On day 1, they literally eliminated one site. This was to be managed today in the early morning at 5.00 am. People woke up at 3.30 am and got ready. Bus came at 7.00 am. After 2 hrs of delay, they took again half hour for repairing the stephanie tyre. We almost killed 2 n half hours due to wrong management. On arriving mandir, they are asking people to make hurry and get the paid passes for early darshan.
Dear management, please look in to this matter very seriously. This is not acceptable at all. Consistent delay in schedule due to incompetent staff and misbehavior with people are the serious concerns on your part.

Samsung washing machine complaint done with regard to while rinsing cloths in progress much cracking sound is coming. Even though wiser is replaced by your authorised service agent in hubli. Just fifteen days is over. Again same sound is coming i called up so many times he is not lifting mobile. Kindly resolve our problem immediately. Shantamurthy m no [protected].

My mummy and relatives booked south india trip no 85 on 18 jan 2018. The trip was planned for 19 but suddenly you changed date and not even informed. You changed timing for 3-4 times. And made us to wait for 2-3 hrs. Then just false promises. No proper bus for travelling. You forcing them to travel by third class bolero. No proper services giving to them. You are running worst company with pathetic staff n poor services. I think you dont need business thats why dont take care of your customer. No proper management of time, venue, services and staff.

I had booked a flight from bangalore to pune using the yatra app. Yesterday, 20th nov, i used the app to send the details of the flight as a email to myself, after which i closed the app. After 5 minutes i got a message saying your flights have been successfully cancelled, when i did not even cancel the flight!!

I was trying to find the customer care number immediately in the app, and bloody no place has their number. I finally dropped an email to the customer support with subject "urgent" and explained what happened. I got a response after 2.5 hours which was completely useless stating "we would like to inform you that we have checked with our technical department that the cancellation has been done by you online."

Completely absurd!! I followed up over email, no response. I got a customer care number and that agent told me that her supervisor would call back and no response!!!
As if they have made their app in such a way just so that they can rob people off! When you cancel anything through online or app, we get pop-up windows to confirm. They are cheats and bloody scammers!!

I would like this to be undo and make sure my bookings or intact or would require a complete refund and never again will i use yatra. I was planning to take on of yatra's holiday package, now no way!

I have booked Kedarnath badrinath tour for my mom and dad, on[protected]Receipt No. 1718/0000374). I also paid cash deposit of Rs. 18600/- (credit voucher no. 938) for helicopter service for kedarnath darshan (at aurangabad office to Mr. Agrawal).
I have not been told any update about helicopter till day of kedarnath darshan, and suddenly on the day of visit to kedarnath darshan, i have been told that no flights are available.
Still few of my co-pilgrim got the tickit for the same on same day even they have booked the tickets on the[protected]on the day of darshan) and got the same by tour manager Mr. Sitaram.
So how one can get ticket on spot booking and one who paid 15-20 days before and told on eleventh hour that no tockets are available.
How will tis company justify this matter?
For me this is a fraud case, just to commision more money by blackmailing on the spot because travelers/pilgrim are helpless.

We selected Choudhary Yatra Company (CYC) for Astvinayak pilgrim visit in March 2015. We made full payment in advance at Vadodara office of CYC and we were given booking receipt with 6 seat Nos. In first 3-4 rows of bus for which we have made full payment. Journey was to start from Nashik. We reached Nashik in morning and at that time we were informed by CYC tour manager that we have been allotted only 4 seats. There is no reservation of 6 persons. Even after showing booking receipt, we were not given our seats. And we had to travel for whole 6 days at last row seats of the bus. We being aged about 55-60 years, it was very terrible journey at last row. Will never prefer this Choudhary Yatra Company and 'll not advise to any other.

We booked two tickets of my parents to jammu and kashmir tour through Choudhary travels nashik.During journey towards Jammu we came to knwo that our tickets were not booked in the railway. While returning back also we experienced the same event. Inspite of full payment in advance this is very bad that my parents are experiencing such journey.
