Make India Journey — tour package | |||||
I have booked tour package to rajasthan from make india journey (Total package cost rs. 43000/-) and made advance payment of rs. 8000/-. As per agreed condition, balance amount is to be paid in instalments in their account. But, on my reaching at jaipur at start of my tour, they have demanded balance amount in cash. On my refusal to make payment in cash, they have unilateral cancelled my tour and not refunded advance payment. I experienced lot of inconvenience. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Very insensitive people. Mr Vivek needs to learn how to talk to people. We ended up paying extra than we were supposed to. There was nothing in terms of service.Very bad experience...very unprofessional people...
