Make India Journey — Worst service provided

Complain is against their Regional Manager Mr. Pulkit Khuranna & Sales Executive Mr. Krishna
I am attaching same mail which was written to Pulkit 5 days back but have not got any revert from their end till date.

Firstly as informed you several times during our trip that the driver provided by you was very stubborn he was not at all cooperative, but no action was taken from your end only false commitments were given that drive will be changed but nothing was done till end of our journey we were forced to stick with same driver.

Your company had provided me booking for AC Innova but driver said he has got booking for non AC even after several request he was not ready to switch AC because of which my child got fever, this all happened because of your irresponsibility & negligence. Same was informed u many times by me (through calls & SMS) but nothing was done from your end. My whole Kashmir trip got spoiled as my child got fever because of your rude driver. He was not ready to listen to anything. Out of our four days of cab usage 3 days AC was kept off by driver and on 4th day only for 2-3 hours AC was switched on by driver.

My package included Sonmurg, Gulmurg & local site seeing but he refused we were forced to beg in front of him for site seeing, all this was informed to you & even your representative Mr Muzamil in Srinagar but nothing got changed.

Secondly your marketing executive Mr Krishna at time of booking & advance payments he called me atleast 15 times a day but during our trip when we were facing problems he was the first person to whom we can call & inform but he never picked his phone to answer our call ( this was also told to you by me) this shows the kind of responsibility your representatives take for customer.

Thirdly we were given booking of Honolulu house boat but we were accommodated in some other pathetic house boat which had no door latch, no bathroom latch, no water in wash room, no fan is this is the kind of booking you provide to your customers ?

I had not done any kind of negotiation at time of booking. I just agreed on the package amount given by Mr Krishna then why such worst service was provided

I am not going to pay for the services which were not provided by you
1 - AC was kept off by driver in entire trip so why should I pay for AC cab
2 - House boat was not provided as mentioned in my package.

I never like to hold anyone's payment but this time I am forced because of your negligence & irresponsibility.

Please let me know the final amount so that same will be transferred by me in your account
