Make My Gateway — Air ticket overcharged during bòoking online.

We were booking 5 air tickets from Make My trip portal for travelling from Chennai to Koklata on 17th Feb 2016. Indigo airlines were chosen due to its low fare on the particular day which showed @Rs 3670 per person. As usual the total ticket price showed something around 20 thousand including agency charges.The same amount was shown till final confirmation of the booking However, on submission at payment gateway we got confirmation message showing an amount of Rs 30 thousand & that amount was debited from my account. This shocking discrepancy was immediately informed to the travel agency without any satisfactory response. This clearly shows malfunction of the payment procedure.

Make My Gateway — company making fraud commitment to customer

As my earlier complain this company promised for free gift and also given fraud Courier Booking number to me twice. As on date 2/5/2015 I didn't received my gift yet.
