[Resolved] Make My Trip — bus ticket booking update | |||||
I booked bus ticket from mobile app mmt on 4th november 2017 from chennai to hyderabad and there is no message & app confirmation i called them up there ivr system is so complicated it has take for me almost 1 hour to connect to there representative, then they asked asked my booking id i said to them they said there was no booking confirmed on this number then i tried again then they updated in my account and before 1 hr for bus departure i asked them to cancel it there answer was as per there protocols they cant cancel it i want them to suffer what they are doing to customers in the name of corporate Please check the attached photo where they have given wrong update as 3rd november Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Further, in reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that the user has made a confirm bus booking at 14:19hrs and accordingly at 14:21hr we have sent an e-mail with Bus voucher on the listed e-mail id ([protected]@gmail.com). So, there was no error at our end. And accordingly booking was cancelled with applicable penalties. We regret to inform you that no further refund could be possible on this booking.
