I have been calling the customer support since last 14 hours to change the travel date of my book PNR 69BF5I Delhi to Canberra. By consistently saying that their server is down they have refused to change my travel date or even cancel the booking. After being on call for 1hour at 12am on 18jan, they finally informed me that the fare difference is now 18000 inr. At 1pm on 17th Jan, the fare difference was only 100rs. I have been cheated and deliberately made to wait so that they can increase the fare as I am left with no choice but to pay.

    I had booked flight from (Spice Jet) tirupati to delhi (Connecting Flight via Pune) and bokked multi city flight in return from (Indigo) Chandigarh to chennai (Connecting flight via Bangalore)... I have received mails and messages from Indigo Airlines stating flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons. I had a check on their website regarding the PNR status and hence found i can avail their full refund program by which i had option to opt for their PLAN B flight cancellation.

    Finally i had requested make my trip for refund on the same but these guys have mentioned the refund was raised for spice jet .. which i had completed my journey ... the actual thing was i have raised refund request from indigo.

    I chose to submit my proof of refund from indigo customer support chat, mails and message proof to MAME MY TRIP but found that proof of cancellation and refund status can only be submitted for the spicejet flight from tirupati to delhi... worst ever service really pathetic one... couldn't even find a way to contact their customer support .. MYRA chat bot is the worst ever thing of MMT

    Claim from makemytrip got rejected and MMT stated that it was declined by INDIGO airlines and I have INDIGO Proof attached saying the amount got credited into MMT account .. This is something ridiculous service from MMT

        I bought tickets from Kolkata to New Delhi on 12th January through Makemytrip app for 3 persons with VIstara airlines. Due to covid positive result of 2 travellers I canceled the tickets and raised claim of full refund as per makemytrip policy mentioned in the app. I submitted valid ICMR approved laboratory report of covid positive travellers. However Makemytrip canceled the refund claim request with the reason that the QR code is not valid and closed the request with zero refund. Please consider my monetary loss and harassment and direct makemytrip India to refund the full amount as per their policy.

          I asked for assistance to rebook my ticket booked on the 29th December from Tbilisi to Dubai flight with Booking ID: AN2QGKXYIXOTKF5X6004 as we all tested positive from Covid and I was asked to submit all the passport copies of all the passengers and the PCR result. However they have refused to and was not able to rebook my flight, therefore i would like to refund the fees paid.

            I booked an airport cab for drop off from my residence to T2 terminal Delhi on 16 Jan 22.
            The cab driver inspite of requesting refused to come for pickup.
            I contacted MMT website and app however there is no option to report failed service.
            Even the helpline number does not have an option of failed service. Neither is there an option to speak to a customer care rep.
            I somehow reached the airport however till now the MMT app and website is showing my failed cab booking as complete.

              I have booked three flight tickets as below for Nashik to Ahmedabad and return journey Ahmedabad to Nashik. Following were Makemy trip booking IDs.
              NF2KF13GAMN635QH3555 - Nashik to Ahmedabad for 5 persons. Date of Journey was 2nd Dec 2021 PNR No. CAABZK : amount 13905/-
              NF2NJQZYJ1ZT65UV1045 - Ahmedabad to Nashik for 2 persons Date of journey was 5th Dec 2021. PNR No. AAGZ4Y Amount 5770/-
              NF2L3PPMKXESH7BL5352 - Ahmedabad to Nashik for 3 persons Date of journey was 5th Dec 2021. PNR No. U22G6N Amount 8289/-

              Trujet cancelled the flight 2T-708of Nashik to Ahmedabad on 2nd Dec as per their mail received. So I decided to cancel the trip and planned road trip. So I requested airline to cancel all above ticket. Because going road one side come by flight was in convenient.
              As per Trujet Airlines they cancelled the tickets and refunded money to Makemy trip. I received refund for only two tickets (12400 & 7382 ) after deducting makemy trip convenience fees. And still not received refund for third tickets.
              I am yet to receive refund for 5770/-.
              I tried to contact Makemytrip but their customer care numbers are automated which shows only two bookings linked to my number. The third booking is not reflecting in their system.
              I feel very offended because flight was cancelled by Airlines why customers has to pay convenience fees? We faced inconvenience they should not charge us convenience fees.
              What is holding Makemy trip to refund for third flight booking?

                Website: make my trip

                Hi,

                I had cancelled my ticket from bangalore to dehradun and refund is initiated but not getting my account it should be there in 3-4 days as per my booking refund option.

                Even i tried lot of times to reach customer care but they not pick or not able to connect with them.

                please help me as soon as possible, i need my money for medical treatment.

                    I booked an airport cab along with flight ticket for travel on 16 Jan 2022 from MMT from my residence to T2 terminal Delhi.
                    In spite of repeated requests the cab driver refused to pick me up.
                    I somehow reached the airport.

                      I had booked 6 nights long Dubai package tour with MMT. It was an expensive package and Rs. 70, 000/- (35% of total) was taken as advance.
                      It was the one of the worst mistakes made in my life. I was allotted relationship officer who hardly knew anything, talked rudely and was surprisingly super busy. They also don't have any customer support.
                      Due to shortage of funds and sudden increase in covid cases, rest of the payment of tour wasn't completed and tour was auto-cancelled by them.
                      They had already booked flights for dubai which they consequently cancelled and received refunds of Rs. 49, 986/- from airlines. I mailed them regarding refunds and i received reply mentioning cancellation charges are Rs. 72, 333/- (Rs.72333/- + Cost of components changed /added post initial booking).
                      I replied as flights were cancelled and refund of Rs. 49, 986/- was received to MMT. This is cost of components changed /added post initial booking. As refund was received it is negative.
                      This means cancellation charges are Rs. 22347/- (Rs. 72, 333 - Rs.49, 986).
                      As i have paid Rs. 70, 000/- in advance, i request to receive refund of Rs. 47, 653/- (Rs. 70, 000 - Rs. 22347).
                      But alas, it has been more than 20 days, no response was received. I have sent several reminders and feedback through links but to no avail.
                      They are such an unethical company that they are trying to make profits of Rs. 49, 986/- without doing anything. I am under going such horrible trauma.
                      I want to receive refund of Rs. 47, 653/- as soon as possible.

                        I am writing this email to elaborate on my situation on how Makemytrip is not refunding my money. I had plans for Dubai for which I had booked a hotel via Makemytrip, here are my Booking details: NH[protected].

                        So we were ready to travel and my wife's PCR report came in as positive which in resulted canceling our trip as Covid positive is not allowed to travel. I intimated this to MakeMyTrip at the same time and have shared all the reports with MakeMyTrip although they were positive over the phone and ready to refund, after a few days they are denying the fact and not refunding my money.

                        Hi/Hello.
                        I am a freequent traveller within and out of India. I usally book tickets from Easemytrip.com, but unfortunately latest ticket I booked for 3 passangers from Make my trip for travel from Bangaluru to Jammu on 14/02/2022 by Indigo airlines bearing PNR no PJTPXS (booking ID ; NF2QXPG30ZBGQI8F4329).
                        Unfortunately Indigo airlines cancelled said flight and refunded money to Make My Trip. With some efforts and calls to Customer care of Make My Trip money was credited to my account after deducting Rs 750/. This is what is disturbing, flight was cancelled by airlines not me, while booking I already paid Rs 900/ as convenience charges and still deducted Rs 900/ then how come additional Rs 750/ are deducted, , It is my worst experience, This ammounts to cheating. .
                        I still hope you you will wave off deduction and credit it in my account, So that I gain confidence in you for further dealings.

                            I had booked a room for one night at Mahadev palace hotel Deoghar district, Jharkhand as I was traveling for work and had my friend also come along to Deoghar. The booking was made online and the category was non refundable. However during check-in the hotel staff refused saying they cannot allow unmarried couple. This became quite humiliating. When I said that they cancel my reservation in this case, they said that they will not refund. In this situation I was forced to book another room. During my online booking, I had mentioned guest name and gender etc. If such is the case then there should be some choice for customers or alerts should be there so that customer is not facing such situation during check in. It disturbed me mentally as I felt guilt of any bad practice while I was actually with my friend cum fiance. MakeMyTrip should provide better service in this regard and allow for refund in such cases. I was forced to take another room just for this sake. Please let me know what should be done otherwise I will not be booking through this app again.thanks

                                In regards to the aforementioned request ID - 2 refunds of Rs, 3, 938 are due to receive from MakeMy Trip and it is open since Dec 27, 2021.

                                The status still shows In progress and working on it. However there is still no
                                update or information from the part of Makemytrip.

                                The customer service mail box just sends auto generated email.

                                  This is to inform you that i have booked one train ticket on 29.12.2021 my Booking IDNR[protected] payment debited through my simpl account Rs: 938.81/-, unfortunately booking failed and there are showing refund under process. 20 days almost passed but i am not received debited amount please look in this issue on an priority basis and refund debited amount in simpl account because i am getting reminder from simpl account for payment.

                                    My self Shemi, on 13 jan 22 I tried to book a flight from Vishakhapatnam to jammu through makemytrip app but two times I failed . The payment of 5410, 5710 been deducted from the HDFC account through gpay but the flight not booked. My flight booking id is NF72NG871WQOUA5Z5481 and on second attempt the booking id is
                                    NF7R83EF9MSI60UI6446. They told me that refund will be done expected in 2 to 3 days but I didn't get. It's been 2 days ago but no refund is done.

                                      The portal of MakeMyTrip says refund completed and sent to wallet. However my wallet balance is 0 and no refund is received. Customer care has been called but of no use, they either say it is the wrong department or promise to arrange a call back. No call back received till now. Amount of 19, 198 INR has been stuck. Highly disappointing in such difficult times. Attaching the photo proofs.

                                      Inspite of my follow-up no action has been taken by Make My Trip. Please share the CEO contact details to write directly to him / her. It is really frustrating to get a refund
