My details are as follows :-

I had booked our flight from Makemytrip and the at the time of booking there was no criteria mentioned for TRANSIT VISA for my layovers from the company's end. We are facing great inconvenience due to Makemytrip.
I booked the ticket through website where nothing was mentioned about transit visas, recently I downloaded Makemytrip mobile application and it shows me transit visa is mandatory for both my layovers still I somehow managed and applied for transit visa for my first layover German Frankfurt so I am ok with Mumbai-Frankfurt-London ticket but it is impossible for me to apply and receive my transit visa for Zurich before time .I enquired in VFS embassy as well it will take time and currently my passport is with Germany embassy for transit visas .
In Inorder to solve this problem caused by Makemytrip
I am helpless in this situation I genuinely request you to help me out of this issue I hope you will consider my request
I want to cancel the return trip booking I.e
London - Zurich - Mumbai on 10 February 2022, kindly consider the below options :-

OPTION 01
Kindly provide us a REFUND for Flight on the 10th of February 2022.
Swiss airways

OPTION 02 :
Kindly provide us with funds to be kept in Makemytrip wallet until my next booking

    I booked Turkish Airlines for 18th January 2022 from Make My Trip, but the flight has been cancelled by the airline. I applied for refund to which mmt declined saying that airline has said it invalid. I contacted airline and they said I am eligible for full refund. I tried to contact Make my trip but there's no way out to reach to customer support. The refund amount is around 47k. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP.

      An amount of 5123 has been deducted from my account on 9 dec around 7:25pm but my ticket is not confirmed . I booked my flight ticket from Coimbatore to Goa and the payment is successfull but ticket is not confirmed. I already called customer support they said that it will be refunded within 72 hours but still I dint get my refund amount . Please do asap .

        I booked my flight from lucknow to hyderabad on for 21st of November but the flight was canceled by the airline now I applied for refund and its been almost 20 days still haven’t received the refund, it shows processed on the refund page, if its not possible to transfer it to my orginal payment method at least transfer it to the mmt wallet

          Hi Team,

          I have booked flights for Mumbai to Port Blair and also from Port Blair to Mumbai using MakeMyTrip.After booking, I also did Web check-in but while making payment using UPI my transaction got stuck but money has been debited from my account.
          I need a confirmation email regarding my web check-in, as money is already debited from my account, or give a refund so that I can again do a web check-in for my booked flight.

          Need resolution for this on priority.

            My train tickets got cancelled by IRCTC and my IRCTC account shows that the refund was initiated on the very next day and to receive it contact your agent. When I checked my bank account details the amount was never received. There are no appropriate helpline numbers or email id or any sort of customer care services which is making really difficult to contact them.

              I booked tickets for 2 and the confirmation number was LHZGQT.
              I cancelled the ticket on 18.10.2021, as the flight time was changed.

              As per air India express I was entitled for full refund and they refunded the amount to make my trip.

              But make my trip replied that I am not entitle for any refund.

              Air India express reply is attached.

                    We have booked Air tickets for Guwahati-Kolkata by Air India Flight No.AI 775 Travel Date 23rd April 2020 Make My Trip Booking ID: NF[protected] and PNR: HVT6H. The Flight didn't operated due to lock down in Pandemic period and we have asked Airline to Cancel the tickets and refund us full amount along with Taxes as we don't have any plans to Travel in near future due to Pandemic situation. The Airline have accepted our request on 6th Oct and have asked to contact Travel portal Make My Trip to process the refund. We have accordingly contact Make my trip several times for this refund and have received mail in this regard on Oct 23rd 2020 that refund has been initiated and will be credited within 45-60 days in our account of original payment mode. Since then we are running from Pillar to Post between Airline Air India and Make My Trip for the refund amount but till date have not received. We just checked recently that Make My Trip has removed this booking details from their My Trips section on their website. When we are calling them on Customer Care we are getting SMS with link to write a complaint on their self support page via web form which is not having details of this booking and when we are writing them mails we are getting automated reply to contact via My Trips section of their site. After several follow ups with Air India they replied that refund is already been processed and we have to contact Make My Trip to get the refund. We are stuck and don't know what to do in this situation. We are therefore writing on this Portal as Make My Trip can resolve this issue and refund us the amount.

                      My bus got cancelled and I even cancelled the ticket on application. It was written on app that refund will be done in 3-7 days however, it has been 20 days I have not received my refund.

                        Hello,

                        I am writing a complaint for the unpleasant experiences I and my wife had with travelogue during my recent honeymoon tour to kerala booked via make my trip.

                        To start with we were unable to cover Tata Tea Museum in Munnar and Periyar Lake in Thekkady for which I need a compensation.

                        In Munnar on the day of our visit to Tata Tea Museum, the driver was constantly advising us to take the Jeep Safari or visit Wondervalley or taking the Hot Air Ballon view of Munnar, even after informing him that it is out of our budget and our itenary he kept repeating it 3-4 times during our travel. At a point I felt as if he is acting as a middlemen for them just to save his kms and avoid the viewing points mentioned in mmt itenary. We still asked him to carry on as per the itenary, on which he started acting as if he did not know where Tata Tea Museum was, also raising question on Google Map not showing correct route. He turned his vehicle midway and when i asked him why he turned, at which he insisted us to cover the mattupaty lake and dam first and promised to cover the Tata Tea Museum in the evening. In afternoon we reached National Park and completed that tour by 4 pm. After that I asked him to take us to Tata Tea Museum on which he said that the place gets closed by 4 pm. At this time I felt cheated by him.

                        NOTE - On our way back to our hotel we also met with accident where one of the jeep banged into our car.Though we were safe the whole incident made the rest of our travel very unpleasant as we could not trust such a reckless and hot head driver.

                        On start of day 3, the driver told us that the Periyar lake is closed in this month so going there is useless, so again he insisted us to take Jeep Safari in Thekkady. When we denied that, he took us to Spice Garden where we spent an 45 mind as we were not happy with change in plans. So day 3 we were only able to cover Elephant Ride as I avoided to take Kallari show.

                        On Day 4, we kept quite as we did not wanted to talk to driver due to the unpleasant experiences we had. We checked out early morning at 8 am and only if the driver would have followed the Google Map correctly we would have reached our destination way before the schedule time.

                        Our Day 5, while driving towards the airport one of the local car while taking a U-turn from upcoming signal came in front o[censored]s. The driver applied panic break and then aggressively started chasing him. Looking at his expression I ignored myself talking to him and calming him down as we were minutes away from airport. But the whole experience was very unpleasant and frightening for us.

                        I am not sure if we ever would consider make my trip or travelogue in future. I also insist a compensation for the destinations we missed out.

                              Dear sir,
                              Good night, and I am sorry to disturb you at 11.41pm but due to some unavoidable circumstances writting this mail actually I have booked a bus from Sultanpur to Delhi on 08.0.12.2021at 9.30.pm and I' am waiting at Sultanpur pickup point when bus is late by 1.30 hours from its departure time.

                              I contect to bus operator RS Yadav on mobile number provided at my ticket,

                              Unfortunately he told me that Your bus has been cancelled no any communications from bus operator end, I think it not a professional approach.

                              Dear sir I would like to say that no money matter here.
                              My valuable time killed by bus operator because going to Goa for Book 📚 inogration.
                              If I'll not reached at Delhi by tomorrow mis the train to goa.

                              Therefore requested to you please feel the situations in my points of view. Now I am feeling cheated and breached the trust of you.

                              So, please keep in mind it maybe nothing for you but please feel my situations.

                                मेरे द्वारा 08/12/2021 को होटल शिवम जो की दिल्ली में है, बुक किया गया था, 2 नाईट के लिए । हम तीन लोगो को 1 ही छोटे से रूम में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया, जिसमे 3rd पर्सन के लिए बेड को नीचे बाथरूम के पास लगाया गया, बहुत छोटा सा रूम होकर हमारा लगेज भी रूम में नही आ रहा, बेड के चादर बेहद गंदे और बाथरूम का लॉक भी खराब है, इस पूरे रूम का मेरे द्वारा वीडियो बनाया गया है, make my trip मुझे मेरा पैसा रिफंड करे, वरना मेरे द्वारा कोर्ट में केस दर्ज किया जाएगा, और सोशल मीडिया पर इस वीडियो को जिसमे make my trip के नाम से वीडियो बनाया गया है, इस वीडियो को ट्विटर के साथ सब जगह वायरल किया जाएगा ।

                                कल रात को मैने होटल से चेक आउट कर दिया था, और सोने के लिए दूसरी होटल जाना पड़ा, 1 छोटे से रूम में 3 लोग और सामना आने ने बड़ी दिक्कत थी।

                                  I booked Hotel Shivam which is located in Delhi on 08/12/2021 for 2 nights. We three people were shifted to a small room, in which the bed for the 3rd person was put down near the bathroom, due to a very small room, our luggage is not coming in the room, the bed sheets are very dirty and the bathroom The lock of the room is also bad, I have made a video of this whole room, make my trip refund me my money, otherwise I will file a case in the court, and this video on social media in the name of make my trip The video has been made, this video will be made viral everywhere along with Twitter.

                                    I have tried to book a flight from Thiruvanathapuram to Chennai for the 9th of December 2021 on 7th December by an Indigo flight departing at 1900 hrs through their website as their app was not working properly. The process went through and my account got debited for Rs 5, 034.00 but in the next step the page went back to the previous page with out booking confirmation. I checked on the app and there was no booking available nor any reference.

                                    I have been using Makemytrip for over 8 years now and have not faced such an issue. What is surprising is that there is no chat contact or email contact.

                                    Makemytrip, please refund my money by getting in touch with me.

                                      Hi, I had booked to and from flight Belgaum to jodhpur.
                                      Below are the details
                                      1. Belgaum to Jodhpur : 14th Dec 2021
                                      2. Jodhpur to Belgaum : 21st Dec 2021
                                      But tragically on 20th Nov 2021 my brother in law passed away at young age. My sister whose husband passed away was also suppose to travel in the above mentioned flights. Because of this tragedy our travels plans were cancelled. Hence i wanted to call Make my Trip[MMT] for one time waiver of cancellation charges. To my surprise MMT doesnt have any customer care number where we can actually speak to some customer care, they do have helpline numbers but they are all automated helpline numbers with fixed response. There was no option as well to press any number to speak to customer care as we have in any other helpline numbers of other organizations. Also they don't have any email support available. Even in twitter their verified account doesn't have option for direct message. I then searched in internet and found that there is an option for Direct message but via unverified account of MMT Care. There I messaged them about my issue but they insensitive and adamant that i need to submit Death Certificate but how i can i ask grieving parents to provide me death certificate at this difficult time. They refused listened to me or sympathize with me. Parallelly i was also thinking of rescheduling my travel as the cost for the same was only 300Rs[mentioned in MMT site] but there was no option to change it directly and i have to raise a request for the same. I got a call from MMT after that and to my surprise i found that i have to 2500 + 300 Rs for changing the travel dates. In the same call i mentioned about an option to cancel it and get the waiver. This was the first time i was actually speaking directly for MMT customer care executive, they informed me that unfortunately they cant do this which i understood hence i offered them a solution where i will cancel the tickets now and MMT doesnt have to provide me with refund. After a month or so when i get death certificate i will the submit the proofs and post that they can provide me the refund. MMT informed they will inform me after a day. I got a call from them and they refused to do it, i asked them send me a mail about for which they said yes but without sending any email they closed the ticket. I wanted to further discuss with them about change of dates plan so raised 2 more tickets one for belgaum to jodhpur other from jodhpur to belgaum but they closed the ticket within 50 minutes without even calling me. I raised similar tickets 2 more times and they did the same thing again. i will attach screenshots of all my tickets with MMT.
                                      Also I have to say MMT has been showing ads with Alia bhat and Ranveer singh which mentioned full refund on cancellation so MMT do have an option to provide full refund.
                                      I am raising this compliant when i my self not completely recovered from the tragedy, least MMT could have done is be sensitive but they were rude and insensitive even when I gave them options to workaround.
                                      1. I want to raise compliant about their behavior with a person who is going through really emotion and testing times. Closing tickets without even informing the customer and not helping even when i gave an option to refund me later when i have certificates as this not the right time to ask a grieving parents to provide death certificate of their young son.
                                      2. Surprisingly for bot having any way to contact MMT like helpline numbers where we can actually speak to executive or mentioning their email id in their website so that customers can engage with them. I somehow found a way to change the travel date which helped me to get calls from them or else there is no way to speak to them. Even their verified twitter id https://twitter.com/makemytrip doesn't have option for direct messages.
