I have requested (request ID[protected] for a schedule change on November 27 for my sons (Adhith Pillai) return trip from Bangalore to London that was cancelled by the airline (British Airways). I was informed that someone will contact me with in 24 - 48 hours to assist with my request.

I am disappointed to inform that till date there has been no response from your side despite repeat reminders. It is also near to impossible to get in touch with any of your support staff. Am extremely frustrated with my experience and don't know what to do. This is not expected from a reputed travel service provide like make my trip.

Please look into this issue. I look forward to a response (mobile - [protected]) shortly on how we can work together in resolving this issue on topmost priority.

      I have booked a cab from MMT on dated 04-Dec-2021 3 AM under booking id NC[protected] from Noida to Nainital and return cab was also schedule on 6-Dec-2021 3PM under booking id NC[protected] from Nainital to noida. But the cab did not came today for pickup(NC[protected] ). Driver did not picked the call as well. On 04-Dec-2021 03:15 AM I called the customer service and he said that driver is coming in 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, again I tried to call the driver. This time he picked the call and said he is not aware about any booking. I felt he was drunk. I called again customer service, then he said he is checking with vendor. Vendor called me and said that driver fall asleep that is why he was not able to pick the call and got late he can send the driver in an hour. Costumer service also assured me that in an hour cab will come for pickup but after waiting for an hour still the cab did not came. Finally on 5:30 AM the customer service apologize for the inconvenience and ready to cancel my both cab booking with prepaid refund amount + compensation. I asked him for hotel booking refund as well because that could not be cancelled now and this is not my fault that the cab cancelled. I paid Rs 3770 for hotel bookings. My whole night spoiled along with my schedule.

      Representative said he will mention this in request and try to refund hotel booking amount as well.

      After some some i got message that NC[protected] booking has been cancelled and prepaid Rs 916 will be refunded. but the return NC[protected] booking still not cancelled and If I am trying to cancel it there is not refund.

      I tried to call customer service but now they are not transferring my call to representative.

      Through this complaint I want my prepaid amount refund + hotel booking amount along with compensation. As due to inconvenience caused by MMT service My family suffered whole night. I Paid 3770 to hotel under booking id is[protected] with Ekam lodge Tallital and also prepaid cab booking. Moreover this incident effected my mental health.

      I have all the recordings of vendor and customer service executive.

      I want it to be resolved asap.

        Address: Hotel is in Bhubaneswar

        This is in reference to the booking done having Booking Id -NH[protected].
        I have booked my stay at Pal Heights, Bhubaneswar from Sat, 04dec, 2021 to Mon, 06 2021 at Pal Heights, Bhubaneswar. But due to Cyclone red alert at Bhubaneswar as per Government of Odisha guidelines. I won't be able to check -into the hotel. And the hotel is not ready to initiate cancellation and refund the amount from their side.

        Please consider my refund for booking the hotel on a priority basis as this is a genuine reason as for my safety and I won't be able to travel.

          Dear sir,
          I have booked bus ticket from Chhindwara to Balaghat (Adishakti Travels) on 14th November 2021 and due to bus cancelled I have cancelled the ticket same day I called MMT customer care many times and got similar reply every time that someone from the MMT will get in touch with you in 24 hrs and nobody called from their site and still I have not received my refund of INR 1156/- Pls help me to get this resolved.

            Air Asia has sent a mail that they have processed a refund against booking in PNR: Y5REYG for Rs. 2, 128 (Rohini and 3 Others) and they said it will reflect in my Bank in 7-10 days (SBI). Still it has not come. They have mentioned that I have to approach MakeMyTrip, if I have booked through Travel agent Portal. Adisheshan, [protected], [protected]@gmail.com

              Go Air has sent a mail that they have processed a refund against booking #1 in PNR: 08N49J for Rs. 3, 492 (Rohini and 3 Others) and against booking # 2
              in PNR: BFQUHB for Rs. 1, 481 (Rajeshwari B) totaling to Rs. 4, 973 and they said it will reflect in my Bank in 7-10 days(SBI). Still it has not come. They have mentioned that I have to approach MakeMyTrip, if I have booked through Travel agent Portal. Adisheshan, [protected], [protected]@gmail.com

                The bus ticket number is not provided in bus ticket and also in makemytrip app on time. So we are not travel the bus. The bus operator not answered properly. My money 800rs lost. Please take any action to refund my money.

                  I had book bus ticket for vadodara to Bhavnagar 25 Nov 2021 Boarding at1:50 AM.

                  My Bus Booking ID is NU[protected]

                  When Bus was not arrive then i call bus operator number. He said that there is no bus on that time. When i provided detail he said that your bus booking is at not 1:30 PM, it is 10:30 PM. I say that in my ticket it show that 1:50 am. But he said that contact where you booked ticket.

                  I have tried to call on provided customer care number. But it is impossible to talk to makemytrip customer reprensattive. Then i complaint on makemytrip app.

                  After that i arrange taxi for 5000 rupees and travel to bhavnagar and arrived at 25 nov 6am at bhavnagar.

                  I received message of bus number from operator at 09:15 am, and call from bus operator at 10:15 PM.

                  I have create 3 support ticket, 2 is mension problem i have faced. And one is refund. But all support is closed without any resolution. My all support is closed without any support. I am not received any call from your side.

                  Please refund my money of 2460 and 5000 for Taxi.

                    I have booked a return flight from:
                    Nov 3rd, 2021 :Toronto -London- Delhi
                    Dec 6th, 2021 :Delhi-London- TorontoPNR : MVGRGM
                    E-ticket no: 001-[protected]
                    I have spoken to British Airways and American Airlines regarding the status of the return flight from Delhi to London. The status for the return flight from London to Toronto is confirmed.
                    I am super stressed about how it is going to work out.I have not received any email or phone call regarding my upcoming flight. Upon calling the executives of British Airways and American Airlines, no one has confirmed the fight status.
                    I tried hysterically calling make my trip, no one is professional enough to help me.
                    WHAT SHALL I DO????????????????????

                      The amount got deducted from my account and the ticket wasn't booked!
                      I tried calling them but I always reach an automated call which doesn't have the option to raise such an issue!

                      Where and whom can I complaint to get back my money!
                      This is absolutely not right! Can't find a customer care on the app either.

                      Please help me.

                        Timely service is the essence of bus services. Any delay by the service provider can have far-reaching consequences including delay in reaching the destination, missing an important event, amongst others. It is the duty of the transporter to start from the destination in time to avoid delay.
                        I travelled from Shirdhi to Hyderabad tru Ms Wayfare Travels sleeper coach ticket volvo double axtil for which was booked online in Makemytrip
                        The schedule time of departure from Shirdhe was 6.30 pm. The bus arrived the destination at 8.00 Pm which was not volvo but single axtil one. There was delay in starting the bus due techinal problem and finally the bus started at 10.45 pm a daly of 4 hours.
                        At about 2AM early in the morning when everyone where sound in sleep after much tension due dealy, the bus driver came wolk us up and demanded to get it another bus as the existing bus got failed due to techincal snage.
                        There was a furhter delay due to change over.
                        Finally the bus reach hyderabad at 10.45 am wherein the sheculed time was 4.40 am . They forced us to get down at Miyapur even though they wer multiple stops upto Lakadikapool.
                        The delay has coset going to office. Further bus provided was single axtil where they charged for volvo. The condition of the bus wqas very bad and there was not proper ac.
                        In between bus was stopped and let unauthorsed passnegers. When questioned the staff in the bus shouted and treatened the passengers.
                        Keeping in view of the above serious issues I request you to refund the charges immediately without any further delay

                          Hi There,

                          I bought a return ticket through MMT London-Delhi-Indore, with Lost/Delay baggage insurance at the time of purchasing the ticket.

                          While going back to London my airline lost my baggage on 26th Nov. I contacted MMT and informed them about missing baggage. On which they asked me to send them a letter from Airline which confirms the baggage is missing. I submitted a letter via reference no.[protected] on 27the Nov 2021.

                          After three days when I asked them to proceed with a delayed bag compensation claim, they informed me they don't deal with insurance and I have to contact the insurance company.

                          It was surprising but still, I said ok give me insurance company details, on which they said we don't have insurance details and at the time of purchase, the insurance company must have sent you the policy. (MUST HAVE).

                          To which I said I never received any insurance policy, and now it doesn't matter, please provide me insurance details so that I can connect with the Insurance company, on which they said they don't have any details and once the journey is over, an insurance policy cannot be provided.

                          Since that time I am following them but they are not providing me insurance policy details, they are sending me mail they are trying to reach me but are not able to reach me. I am in London how my Indian number will work in London, I gave them my UK number but they are still saying I am not reachable.

                          Question Raised.
                          1) When you don't deal with insurance why did you ask me for lost baggage confirmation?
                          2) I paid you for insurance, so it is your responsibility to send me the policy, you yourself not sure insurance company has sent your customer policy or not?
                          3) I am not reachable, I gave my brother a number who is in India, why don't you contact him on my behalf?
                          4) For a moment let's assume they sent policy and I lost, so am I not eligible for an insurance claim?
                          5) Why do they want to reach me, just share the policy.
                          6) They just called and offered me to take your insurance money back but they can't provide an insurance policy.

                          Seems like MMT is running a big scam, doing total fraud, there are thousands of consumers who are doing insurance everyday through their website, they are just eating their money and if someone claims they ask to take insurance policy money back.

                            I booked a flight from Ahmedabad and ahmedabad to Goa which got cancelled. On my profile refund status says “refund transferred to wallet: Rs 11299” and it says “you can chose to transfer the refund from Wallet” but when I go to wallet money it is 0.

                            There is no money in my wallet. How is this possible. Where is my refund ??

                                I had booked flight from Jammu to New delhi(PNR - H5RNJ) on[protected] for travel on[protected]. The flight details were shared as usual on mail and whatsapp.
                                We reached jammu on[protected] via spicejet flight booked through makemytrip for onward journey to Katra. For returning from Katra to Jammu we had booked train ticket(refer attached ticket) for travel on[protected] and our flight from jammu to Delhi was scheduled to depart at 7:30 PM (AI-9614).

                                While doing web-checkin on[protected] morning, I came to know that my air india flight is preponed to be departed at 3:45 PM. I was surprised that I have not received any SMS or whatsapp or Mail or call either from makemytrip or Air India.

                                With almost no time, i had to reach Jammu through private cab so as to catch the flight on time. My train ticket was wasted, then I had to shell out money for private cab.

                                I enquired the same with Air India executive and she informed that flight AI-9614 was permanently cancelled wef[protected] and also there was no mail ID updated with them against my booking but the same was updated with makemytrip.

                                I request you to look into the matter and inform me that why I have not been informed about the preponement of my flight in advance and who is responsible for the forced change I had make to my travel plan. Also, refund the amount of train ticket and private cab which I had to shell out due to this.

                                    I have yet to receive a refund for a flight that did not operate due to the pandemic in March 2020. Gulf Air has confirmed that they have cleared the refund from their end but Makemytrip isnt issuing the refund. It has been more than a year now that we are running pillar to post.

                                      I am a member with MakeMyTrip since so long, but from last few months it's getting so difficult for me after doing bookings, i did so many railway ticket bookings since last month with their new option trip guarantee, but hell all my bookings got cancelled in end moment on the same day of my trip date, and then they are refunding the amount too by charging us cancellation fee even after getting it cancelled from their end only.
                                      And second i have cancelled two confirmed rail bookings with them amongst that one Amount i got refund immediately, but the other refund for Rs.390 yet haven't been refunded, god only knows in which source they have transferred the amount by giving it a name of original source.

                                        Hotel cancellation refund

                                        I have cancelled my booking of a hotel in jaisalmer at "Rumi's homestay" from 30th dec to 1st Jan which I booked at zero cancellation scheme. I cancelled my booking on 19th Nov, 2021 but already 13days have passed and I have not received any refund. I have called in MMT customer care many times and even given my bank account statements from the date of cancellation still they didnot refund my amount and Everytime they are saying wait for...
