I booked the two ticket of imagica for 7 December 2020. But I didn't get the tickets and the amount for that same was deducted from my account. I had directly called the customer care executive they said the amount will be given back within 72 hours. but right now its been almost 5-6 days but amount has not been refunded.and call is not been able to reach customer care executive. So please help

    I booked my flight to Toronto from New Delhi in July, flight was scheduled on 15 December via London . While booking it was not mentioned anywhere on make my trip app that Indian passport holders cannot travel beyond London and there was flight time change when I was contacted by make my trip to confirm another flight timing through same route and again it was not informed that I cannot travel through that flight to Toronto. On 3rd December in lieu of COVID 19 I called British Airways to confirm my flight and from them I came to know that I cannot take flight via London and will not be allowed to board the flight. Since my classes are from 10 th January it is urgent for me to go so I booked my flight Air Canada in emergency for date 17 December which costed me 2.2 LAKH INR. Being a physician if it is complicated for me to understand and make correct booking as there is no information regarding so I don't know how many people may have been cheated with their hard earned money and time till date. So I want to claim just the amount what I had to pay because I used make my trip and my refund of the previous booking, which is total 2.6 lakhs . I will provide the receipt and bill of both the bookings and need claim for the same. Although, company cannot pay for my precious time and stress I bared.

      Dear Sir/Madam, almost 3 years back, I had booked the jet airways flight (Return) from Bangalore to Amsterdam (Booking Id: NN[protected] and PNR XURTQH). My Travel date for Bangalore to Amsterdam flight was 18-April-2019 and Amsterdam to Bangalore Flight was 3-May-2019. Since Jet Airways suddenly canceled all the international flights during this time due to a financial crisis, I had to cancel my flight booking which was done via the MakeMyTrip portal, www.makemytrip.com. I had paid a total of 1, 18, 350 rupees for my ticket (Invoice No.: [protected]). However, 2.5 years after promising the full return of my ticket fare I still have not received the refund for my ticket cancellation. I tried to contact MakeMyTrip and Jet Airways several times several but they did not return my calls and did not answer my email queries.
      I request your help to expedite the refund process for my flight ticket cancellation.
      Please do let me know if you need any further details from my side.

        Hi,

        I had booked package for Andaman for 9/12/2021. I was assigned a RO. Who was not aware of my flight & booking.And when i call her she just not not answers call and hung up the call mostly.

        Before a journey day i just checked if all is good or not .. i get to know that all my flights are being cancelled or rescheduled.and my RO does not know about it...

        what kind of RO is this..who does not know about customer flight cancellation or rescheduling.

        Due to flight cancelled and rescheduling to one day before i.e 8/12/2021 Air India flight from Chennai to Portblair..While My Mumbai to Chennai flight is on 9/12/2021..My whole Journey is hampered and i can't make it to Andaman. and now there is no flights.

        when i ask her anything she says my shift is over.Her name is Vinita Jaitley, worst nightmare of my life.

        I urge everyone not to book anything from MakeMyTrip.com as they won't provide customer service in case of emergency.

        Also i demand full refund of my travel package.Make My Trip is fraud and fooling innocent customers.

        I have recordings and chat screenshots of RO.

        Please help.I booked this package from all my savings and hard earned money.

          I booked a day trip manali to manikaran via kullu, which is valid till 30 th december, 2021. After booking It shows that show this screen to operator. I m going on my own on 23 december, 2021. How do I redeem this??

            My holiday package to Bali, Singapore and Malaysia which I jad booked on MakemyTrip (scheduled from 28th March 2020 to 10 April 2020) got cancelled due to Covid. In make my trip App it shows as Trip is completed and Make my trip is not picking my calls nor there is any option to get my booking amouny back. Please help me with this at the earliest.

              Not sending the boarding pass

              I was travelling from vadodara to mumbai and back. While going on 2nd december they sent me the boarding pass . But on my return journey on 5th december, inspite of calling 10 times their customer care they did not respond. Their call centers had a similar voice over that go on website. A big company like this does not have people to talk to customers is sheer shameful and very dissapointing and unprofessional.

              This is a complaint against MMT who were highly unprofessional in their dealings with me. I had booked a cab from the airport to my destination( details provided below) on Date: Dec 1st 2021. I had reached the airport by 1:15, yet I waited for the allotted time. The cab driver called me from another unrecognized number( risk number 1) at 2:15pm and said he'll be here in 15 mins. From 2:30, I called him several times (call logs can be provided on request) and he never picked up(risk 2). Tried tracking the cab via the link provided below and it showed he was 1 hr away. Called MMT, and said I want a refund as I cannot wait in the airport in a new city where I can hardly speak the language. MMT agreed that they were not able to reach the driver either and agreed to my request for refund. While I was in a another self booked cab, this driver started calling me from 2:45pm from the other number and I didn't pick up. That was a harrowing experience and highly risky, not safe at all and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
              Now a lady from MMT calls me after 7 days, and says cab driver reached at 2:32 and called me, so refund can't be initiated. I explained the entire story, said I can share the call logs, yet this lady- Mahima- chooses to trust the cab driver over proof and said sorry for your experience, but can't provide refund.

              I just got a call from someone called Vaibhav from MMT, who apologized for the inconvenience and promised to refund the trip amount with a refund code and another 1000 rs as compensation. It all seemed nice, until I heard the refund procedure. He told me to use sbi Yono cash, enter 20000 as amount, enter the pin he gave me and share the cash transaction/reference number shared by SBi. This is what alerted me to the scam. With the amount, the pin he shared and the reference number generated by sbi, he can easily withdraw 20000 from my account using any sbi ATM. Please take immediate action.

                I have tried a booking with makemytrip.Com as i have no account with makemytrip.Com. At the last moment when the transaction was successful the makemytrip.Com server fails my amount is debited from my bank account and i dont get any result of that. I searched a lot but didnt find any link through which i can lodge my complaint with makemytrip.Com as there are no customer service no. For not registered user neither any customer support email id. My refrence no. Is/transaction id is [protected] and the cc avenue request id is [protected] . Please help me getting my money back amounting to rs 1430 .

                  As I booked my flight in April 5 2020 there was lockdown that particular time and that particular time flights were not operational and airline itself cancelled the flight and I paid rs 4832 and after cancel my amount was transferred to credit shell and I had no clue about this and how to use it and recently I did request for refund because after 1 year they are sending messages to apply for refund this is not proper way and in that Also I have not received my refund yet and it's been one year I have not received my refund . I would request you to provide me compensation of atleast 5000 and Plus my refund 4446.

                    Despite multiple emails, MakeMyTrip is not paying me the refund for the amount I paid to book flight ticket which was refunded by the airline (Indigo) as flight was cancelled. It has been more than 6months now. Their customer care contact numbers are useless and leads back to the website which has no option to raise an issue.

                      I have booked two tickets from make my trip, but every time first transaction got failed and then I tried to book it in the second attempt, which is successful.

                      When I check my bank I'm quite to surprised to see that the amounts got deducted twice for both bookings

                        My transaction failed while purchasing a ticket for Hyderabad to Mumbai. But the credit card was still charged. There is no refund despite multiple calls. The call center is just trained to waste time and not resolve issues. I was supposed to get a call from supervisor didn't receive any.

                            I am giving detailed sequence of my ordeal in past few days

                            I have made holiday booking to Northeast through subject booking ID from 18th December to 23rd December' 2021. I had mentioned to the booking executive that this group is having guests from overseas who will be arriving on 12th December to India.

                            Later the Sikkim Government banned entry for people having a history of foreign travel within 10 days of their arrival. Since our guests are coming just five days before travel, it's not possible for them to travel to Gangtok and rest cannot travel without them. So since then I have been trying to approach my RO for some alternative arrangement but she is unreachable and my booking executive is just taking time to resolve this issue.

                            This is a very serious matter as Makemytrip is not able to provide sufficient services under different circumstances. I also created an online request on[protected] under My Trip but till date I have not received any call from MMT .

                            I think MMT should resolve this issue immediately without any financial implication to us.

                              Even though Air Asia has processed a refund of Rs. 2, 128 against a cancellation vide PNR Number: Y5REYG/[protected], MakeMyTrip is not giving refunds. Similarly, even though Go Air has processed a Refund of Rs. 3, 492 against a cancelled ticket vide PNR No: 08N49J/[protected] and Rs. 1, 482 against PNR No. BFQUHB/[protected], MakeMyTrip is not giving refunds. Both the cancellations were due to MakeMyTrip portal playing hide and seek game when it was heavily raining in Bangalore. It was on and off the air for complete one hour for each booking. There were 7 such bookings. Even though I had selected Indigo for both ways, while starting booking in their portal, it took almost one hour to make my payment. At the time of payment, their portal had selected Air Asia for onward and Go Air for return, by default. This was not my fault. I had to cancel.                                 It is fraud...all this online stuff seems to corner customer only... pathetic meru cab pathetic make my trip

                                  I paid Rs. 1776 from my bank account for a bus booking through flipkart.
                                  1776 Rs. the amount deducted and I got an error page.
                                  Every time I call, I am provided with an increasing amount of time that it would take makemytrip to make a refund, starting with 24 hours and ending with 5 business days.

                                    An amount of Rs 3094.64 has been deducted from bank account on 14th Dec 2021 around 9:10 PM (evening) during booking a Train ticket for 3 person (Bishrampur to Raipur ) but no ticket was generated.I Need refund. Please do it asap. I try to connect with your customer care number. But they have not received my call.

                                      We booked a ticket for chandigarh to amritsar through MMT. Journey details;
                                      Zing bus
                                      Chandigarh to amritsar (6/12/2021)
                                      1:05 pm departure time

                                      Bus didn't arrived at the location and on calling driver informed that they didn't receive any booking and left chandigarh without taking us.

                                      We have another booking for amritsar to manali on same date in the evening. Due to now arrival of bus in chandigarh, we are not able to catch the 2nd bus too.

                                      Booking details are attached in images

                                      MMT customer care is saying that they can't do anything about it. It's MMT mistake that bus didn't arrived at the location and bus didn't get our ticket. Since, I am not able to complete any of the journey due to your inability in coordinating things. I want refund for both the bookings.
