I made a booking for 17 minutes "Helicopter Scenic Tour Dubai" with Make My Trip. We had this booking on 20th Oct 2021. On the day, there was a mail from vendor (tiqets.com) regarding cancellation of our booking. Irespective of the inconvenience caused for last moment cancellations, when we tried contacting Make My Trip, regarding refund for the services not received. Shared all the required details with the Customer Care Executive Mr. Hari Kishan, but till time there is no resolution, no refund from there end. Please help !

    Booking ID NN[protected], done on 14th october 2021, return flight ticket of turkish airlines through make my trip,
    the airline is ready to give full refund for the cancelled flights, but mmt is refunding jut the base ticket fare which unfare. i tried calling all there helpline nos. but of no use as all are automated response and of no use in this case.
    i even tried to book another airline flights but even that option is not available.
    in such difficult times how a person fetch so much amount unnecessarily? or they want to punish gullible customers for booking with them?
    kindly resolve the same.

      I had cancelled train ticket booking I'd NR [protected], PNR [protected] and though the MMT refund status showing that the amount Rs 4640 is processed and credited, it'snot reflected in my source account, please let me know the reason and tentative time till when it will get resolved.Its very frustrating to check the account all the time.

      Due to cancellation of Indigo flight 6E-368 on 9 th Jan 2022, PNR- PRLQVX by airline I cancelled my booking directly through airline and they have already refunded to MMT as per refund status. I have again raised refund through MMT and it's been shown that after airline approval refund will be processed. Please let me know the tentative time till when it will get resolved and reflected in my source account.

        I’m trying to contact make my trip customer care for the invoice of my journey booked on their app. The kind of service makemy trip is giving is very worst & when you will try to call their toll free number you will never be able to reach them to solve your problem. I booked my ticket through makemytrip booling id is NF[protected]. I have not received invoice bill of ticket fare. As I am trying to contact their customer care, I’m not able to reach them. I am still struggling for my bill as I have to claim that bill but due to their poor customer response I may lose 53000/- Rs.

          I had booked Shivam BNB Hostel, Goa on 7th Nov, 2021 for a 2 day stay from 30th Dec 2021 to 1st Jan 2022. It showed booking failed but deducted Rs. 3850 from my account. I tried booking again but same thing happened, deducted my money again. After some time i got 2 messages about my booking confirmation for same dates. I tried complaining via twitter but no response has been there so far.
          Please refund my amounts for both the bookings (Rs. 3850 + Rs 3840)
          as i have already booked another hotel.

                On 29th October journey fm digha(westbengal ) to esplanade (kolkata) had booked a swift d'zazire/ equivalent car for 1130 hrs .The car was booked on 26th October 2021 for a journey on 2 29th of October 2021. The car arrived at 1210 hrs n that to it was an Indica.The same was reported to yr representative immediately n yr representative had told me that a compensation of Rs 500/- wl be paid to yr bank( Bandhan bank through which car was booked). But till today nothing was sent to my bank .kdly look into the matter. Brgds DILIP KUMAR GHOSH

                  Complaint : I had bookedmy air ticket (round trip) via make my trip from delhi to Mumbai for 9 april 2020and 14 april 2020 respectively. Due to lockdown the none-flight worked and returnedmoney to their respective platforms.I raised myconcern to MMT (make my trip) but they did not respond. Again I raised then theyagreed to return my money in their mmt wallet (which they moderate with therespect to the date of expiry of amount and all) and they returned my own moneyon 8 oct 2021 (almost after 1.5 years) again they put restriction on the mmt moneyfor 1 month. Still, I was fine with that. And the amount was credited on 8 Oct 2021 and was supposed to be debit or auto cut on 8 Nov 2021. Attachingthe screenshot. But when I openedthe app and tried to book the ticket with the mmt wallet, I saw the amountis not there. I raisedconcern about why did this happen they say it mmt time they can deduct the amount inany time of it. I had a conversation with mmt customer service executive named Bhupinder. He said youcan raise the concern to consumer forum but its mmt policy that they will takeany time money back in the day of 8th nov I want thatpolicy to read also at least they should mention that on their app as well I haveproof of everything Anybodyfrom mmt, consumer forum can ask for the same I want my moneyback.                     Hi,

                    I am yet to receive my refund on my Jet Airways Ticket which was cancelled.

                    The last update I received was on 30 August 2019 after that there is no feedback. Also I cannot find my booking anymore inside the my trips section.

                    I am not sure if there was any further feedback provided as I do not see any email after 30th Aug 2019. More than 2 years still no refund in my account.

                      I booked my ticket from Lucknow to Delhi via zingbus. Pathetic service and delay of 1 and half hours. The conductor did not pick my call on time. The boarding time of the bus was 10:48pm and it came at 12:05 am. I waited for the time on road. The conductor after reaching did not call me and was even leaving before picking me up. Really bad service. I did not expect it. Please make sure doesn't not happen again.

                        I have booked the Flight ticket in Doha to Trichy (round trip), unfortunately, the return flight is canceled by the airline (Indigo) but they give Plan B (reschedule or Cancel) refundable in my amount. I cancel my return flight and they give a refund of the amount (Rs.7720/-). I have partially received Rs.2670 only, that balance has not yet been received.

                          I have booked my tickets through Make my trip app and payment done through Trip money of 16200 around in 3 easy emi...and emi date is 2nd of every month but when my first emi dedcuted the amount deducted twice and when i call customer care of IDFC Bank they told me that it's showing 2 loan of same amount instead of one...and you have to contact the merchant to cancel one loan...and when i call customer care of Make my trip they say you have to contact trip money customer care...nd seeaching from past 7 days there no contact detail of trip money customer care and i m stuck with this thing, I have send my feedback around 7-8 times in make my trip app also but no one is contacted me till now...
                          I want my refund as soon as possible but don't know whom to contact at this point of time...

                            in below email communication of regarding our failed booking amount is not refundable till time its almost 15 days back do the needful urgent basis.-

                            mr . deep this is to inform you that we have regular customer of Makemy trip and almost we have done more then 100 journey for makemy trip -

                            when we have try to book our flight in BOM to Banglore date of 24 oct there is three transaction is our account but i dont know how to failed our booking but every time our amount should be deduct 4465 in three time total is 13395 and after two days credit our account only 8930. now its pending our amount is 4465 to till date please refund our amount on urgent basis.

                                I had booked hotel through mmt in hotel lemon tree banjara hills hyderabad for check in on 06/11/2021 and check out on 07/11/2021 by paying rs 2285, they changed it to day use (check in on 0611 and checkout on 06/11) at their end .When i tried to contact them they said it was done at my end.I tried to modify that booking even though it was mistake of mmt by paying rs 2395.Even after that booking remained for day use only.I tried to contact customer care they ensured initially that they will the amount and will change the booking for night use, but after that neither they modified the booking nor refunded the amount even after several calls to customer care.As i was stuck outstation with my family i had to pay additional 1000 to hotel to let them allow me to stay in the night.I want full refund and compensation for hardship and mental torcher faced by my family and me.

                                    I was denied check-in by the hotel stating that rooms are not available.
                                    I have called MMT support three times for refund. Was told that someone will call me back, haven’t recieved any call yet.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and initiate refund at the earliest.

                                      Hi, I registered with [protected]@gmail.com on MakeMyTrip.com but they transfer my fund on [protected]@yahoo.com. and now I can't change my email on makemytrip it's very irritating why can't they use phone number account which is same I need my money this is proper fraud
