Self booked a sedan(or equivalent) car for a journey fm digha(westbengal) to my home at 70a, geetanjali park, kalikapur, kolkata-99 on 26th october, 2021, time of journey 1130hrs.The car was booked by my bandhan bank ATM card on26th of October, 2021.The trip was scheduled for 29th October 2021. But on 29th October car came after 1200hrs n it was Indica.The same was reported to yr representative Mr Rahul.It was informed to me that a compensation of Rs 500/- to be paid to me.But till today compensation money was not received by my bank.kdly cfm. Our flight was at 7.45 pm on Nov 4 Th. But the flight was rescheduled at 6.25 am on Nov 4. We were totally unaware of this.they neither msged or called us to inform this. We came to know this only after reaching airport. Due to urgency, we booked Vistara flight by paying 10000 per person and reached Bangalore….we lost 40000 rupees for 4 persons….we need this money back now as this mistake is totally happened from their side.

When we called the agent of make my trip (Ms. Soma Mitra) who used call us every day before our trip, didn’t pick our call and infact blocked our number. One time when she took the call, she told that she is not the concerned person. Is this the way of guiding a trip???? We are adults, somehow we can manage the situation…. But what about the elders who don’t know how to book again?? So hope u will take this issue serious and refund our money which we lost around 40000 for 4 persons…..

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to canda via frankfurt in make my trip yesterday.
When i checked with the airlines Air canada they confirmed any passengers having transit via frankfurt will not be allowed. Why is the ticket available.. If the covid restrictions don't make it possible why is the ticket available

I called the number of the bus operator from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm but his number was getting switched off and I also had another number which I got from makemytrip, I also called on that too switch was coming off the bus did not come to our boarding point then we traveled by another bus i want my money refund

I had booked a train Ngp Pune AC spl (02114) and DOJ 29/10/21 on make my trip having booking id NR[protected]. The train got cancelled by IRCTC on 27th oct 21. IRCTC had messaged that my money will be refunded within 2_3 days. The refund is still pending from make my trip. As i had booked my ticket from MAKE MY TRIP APP, the money should be refunded by make my trip. Kindly refund the money which is pending since long.

I have booked my tickets using MMT having booking ID no. NN[protected]. I was just checking the cancellation policy on online portal and just by clicking it, my full tickets got cancelled which I don't want.

As I received the message, I tried to call their customer care number but no one was there. Due to non availibility of any CC executive, my tickets got cancelled with higher cancellation charges. I have faced around 50000 Rs. loss because of non availibility of customer care executive on right time.

For this loss, only MMT is responsible

We have booked 3 rooms of hotel for 6to7 Nov. After confirmation of booking by MMT. Called to hotel regarding check in but hotel told me thay we have discontinued our contract with mmt and we couldn't give u room. After talked with customer care many times they told me to cancel the booking. They gave me some hotel transfers but hotel given by MMT is worst. After 24 hours they didn't gave me solution. Now in this peak of diwali room rate is very higher then before booking. If we cancel our booking then we have to spent 3 times more mony for single room and total rooms are 3. So guys dont go with MMT they will never give any satisfied options.

Please help to delete/edit a hotel review I submitted by mistake. It is a negative review and website does not allow us to delete the review. My booking ID is - Booking ID : NH[protected]

This is not a good experience. I tried calling customer care several times and reached out through Facebook chat as well but no help.

I book my Chennai to Delhi tkt by MMT(make my trip) in indigo and flight no is 6e-5302 and on day of 28 Oct 21, i got msg from INDIGO the flight by reschedule by an hour you can cancel your flight by full refund i[censored] not cancel your flight the new flight no are 6e-613 with same pnr no that is ZF2SGR and the issue is that, my full amount returned by the indigo in two instalment first is 492 and other is 1508 but MMT send msg that your 492 is our service charge and gst you didnt send a penny in my account . If my full money not credited in my account i have to go in consumer court.
Pls call me or i have to take a legal action against you.
The other option is i[censored] not refund my full money then book my same ticket on same day.

I paid for my 2nd installment on Nov 1, 2021 for Rs. 71721. The amount has been deducted but they haven't recieved it. I have been trying to get in touch with my relationship officer but she isn't answering and so is the holiday planner. Please help.

However due to some software error My biz account name is getting displayed as BANSAL . Email id is displayed correctly as [protected]@gmail.com .
Please delete the biz account so that I can reregister it in correct name or change the name of Bansal to Shreeram Mone .
If you correct it quickly then I have few upcoming bookings which I need to do on business account.

I had booked a hotel booking through the makemytrip app for 11th nov 2021 on 30th oct 2021. Firstly the booked hotel i called to confirm about the booking they denied booking as the hotel was full, makemytrip customer care called me and shifted my booking to another hotel, i had cancelled the booking immeadiately, now i had the payment through no cost emi bajaj finserv and bajaj has opened the loan acn for no cost emi, why arent makemytrip cancelling my booking and refunding the amount back. There is now way to contact them nor any mails are going through. I want my amount to refunded i dont know whom to contact. The call automatically gets dropped wlonce you press the required option for cancelled bookings on the IVR menu.

I used Make My trip and made payment via ICICI card for the flight booking.
Money was debited from my account but Makemytrip is not recognizing the transaction not even letting me dispute it or talk to someone.

I informed ICICI about it, the only solution they have is contact the merchant.

Makemytrip is not letting me talk to anyone or even give a email for complaint.

No one has helped me and my hard earned money is gone.

Departing at 13:10 and reaching at 16:00 hrs.

Now i have receive a mail from your end saying the flight have been rescheduled from the Airlines which is a false statement.

I HAVE HAD A WORD WITH INDIGO (ITS A RECORDED CONVERSATION) WHEREIN THEY MENTIONED THAT MY FLIGHT IS INDEED DEPARTING AT 13:10 HRS AND REACHING JAMMU AT 16 HRS.

I will be forced to take a legal recourse on Make my trip on providing me with wrong information and rescheduling my flight for personal gains.

I insist MMT trip to correct their mistake and send me a fresh and final iternary ie. Departing at 13:10 and reaching at 16:00 hrs. as i have already booked travel thereon

Kindly do the need full ASAP.

Booked a round trip flight between Delhi and Chicago with booking ID NN[protected]. Paid Rs 1500/ for travel insurance along with ticket payment. Insurance company is Reliance General Insurance. Received the ticket but not received insurance documents. I urgently need to resolve the issue as departure date is approaching near.

I was booking a flight ticket through the MMT ios app on Friday (29th October 2021). The money got deducted from the bank account but nothing is showing up on my app. My email id connected with the app is aman.[protected]@gmail.com. Kindly process my refund.

I had booked a flight ticket using makemytrip vide reference NN[protected]. The flight was canceled due to covid travel ban and even after 18 months the full refund for the booking is not provided with. The total booking amout is Rs.28994 and makemytrip has given a partial refund of 1705 to the wallet. I had made multiple complaints earlier and the whole process has delayed by their customer care team with many false promises. Now I am not able to connect with their customer care team as they mention the refund status and reject the call. The cancelation of flight is done by the Airline and I am support to get full refund for the same.
