I booked a trip to Dubai. Due to covid restrictions it got postponed. And they agreed for open dates. I did full payment. And now when it's time to the bookings they have stopped responding. Specially their relationship manager Nidhy Bansal. Just trying to get more money. It's very unprofessional that inspite of calling them so many times they are not answering the calls. I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hubli today and my money got deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or PNR number. Due to this I cannot contact MMT Comal and its been a task trying to get a contact portal. It's sad to see a company of this repute having poor communication services....

I had a connected flight on 18oct, Dehradun-Delhi-Mumbai. Indigo. The earlier flight was delayed and so I had to almost run from T2-T3 terminals in Delhi.
On the tickets it mentioned I had to be at gate 5-6. Later I was informed on the counter it was gate 32B.
Shouldn’t I be informed that earlier flight delay will not effect my connecting flights boarding ? There were two check-in’s who were reluctant to even let me pass...

Here I already paid twice for date change but still they are showing penalty... And charging me again... Previous one they didn't refunded me yet...

We regret to say that green peak management did'nt allow to stay at there place and told to contact with makemytrip. Further we have to make our own arrangement to stay. I have books my ticket from nellore to Hyderabad for 20 October, hyd festv spcl train on 14-10-21, 11:42am for which the transaction was successful via UPI, whereas on makemytrip it showed as a failed transaction.I didn't get the ticket, but I lost my money. I need my money Mack. Someone help. I sent a mail to makemytrip for which they have replied with no information useful....

The service of MakeMyTrip is so worst.
No executive customer service available
No response received for any dispute raised.

The domestic flight was booked in the MakeMyTrip website, the payment was successful but the booking was not successful
And I haven’t received any refund notification....

I paid Rs. 1313.15 from my bank account REF ID: IGAMFCAMT7 for a train booking on 13.10.2021 at 12:50 pm and MakeMyTrip tells me that the transaction has not gone through but the amount has been deducted from my bank account.

Every time I call, the automated system denied any transaction and disconnects the call. And for the fact, as there is no other way to connect, it is impossible to get my refund back from MMT India.br...
