    I had booked a flight ticket using makemytrip vide reference NN[protected]. The flight was canceled due to covid travel ban and even after 18 months the full refund for the booking is not provided with. The total booking amout is Rs.28994 and makemytrip has given a partial refund of 1705 to the wallet. I had made multiple complaints earlier and the whole process has delayed by their customer care team with many false promises. Now I am not able to connect with their customer care team as they mention the refund status and reject the call. The cancelation of flight is done by the Airline and I am support to get full refund for the same.

            I have booked my room in hotel Old Goa Residency, Old Goa, Goa, in the name of Mr.Roshan pordung from 8 th Oct to 11 th Oct 2021 but due to some technical issues, it seems booking failed. But money has been deducted from my account, so since then I tried to contact customer care also I am I have Emailed lot of times to MakeMyTrip hotel service but there is no response, please refund my amount as soon as possible.

              Hotel HK Legacy, Nainital was booked by Makemytrip but due to flood and landslide hotel was unreachable, road was damaged, trains were short terminated and hotel asked to call mmt for refund while mmt says hotel denied refund.

                I tried to book a ticket for 2 persons on Durgapur Chennai (Spicejet SG 332) flight for 22 Nov, 2021 using my SBI Debit Card. An amount of INR 8738 had been deducted, but the booking was not completed, the console showed a 'payment failed' message. Later, after half an hour, I found the money has been deducted. I am still waiting for a refund. Tried calling, emailing, chatting with makemytrip, but there are no channel through which I can reach them.

                  Yesterday I tried to book hotel Redission Kandla, Gujarat.
                  There are three failure transaction and one successful transaction . However system debited four times @ Rs. of 8578 from my account and credited to make my trip account .Hence therefore I request to refund the equivalent amount of three transection @ 8578.

                    There are three failed transection and one successful transaction.However Rs 8578 has been debited four times from my ICICI account and credited to make my trip account.

                      I had booked my stay at Nanutel Goa for stay from 3rd nov to 6th nov, but within a few hours on the same day had cancelled the booking. I have been charged for my full stay but for unforseen circumstances had to cancel the booking.                             Hello Team,

                            Today, I booked a flight from Goa to Chennai using the MMT mobile app, and the amount was deducted from my bank account, but the ticket was not booked.
                            I've waited a couple of hours, but my money has yet to be refunded.

                            Please check this as soon as possible and request that it be processed.

                            This is purely cheating still my amount is not yet credited.
