I booked a ticket to Delhi from Patna today[protected].
It deducted Rs 5400/- from my bank account.
And then it showed that my order #NF[protected]A1 is awaited. And I haven't received any confirmation on the ticket yet.

Please see to it ASAP and kindly confirm the ticket....

But my this booking is unsuccessfull, and Total amount RS- 3, 196.76 is deduct from my bank account. But till now they not refund my money. In this connection, it is to inform your that I have forced to cancel my trip ID: NF[protected] and PNR Z7159L for my trip from Mumbai to Delhi after reschedule the flight by the airlines. After cancellation request, it was informed to me that the refund amount of Rs. 10, 974/- was send to my wallet section instantly in the form of My Cash, however till date neither the amount was credited in wallet Section...

This complaint is regarding a flight scheduled on 30th Aug with Booking IDNN[protected]. I had cancelled the flight on 27th Aug and the amount refunded was showing to be around 24, 000 INR. But today I have gotten a mail stating the refunded amount will be Around 5, 000 INR. According to cancellation rules, if anyone cancels the flight before the flight date then the airline deducts 13100 INR. Very disappointed with the service....

Booked bus ticket from Kolkata to Cuttack,

Ticket and invoice not delivered, received a call after the bus left, and got invoice and ticket confirmation after the bus left. Incurred a loss of INR 600. I request compensation for this loss....

I have done a booking for sep 4 2021 stay for one day in hotel park residency near uphar cinema New Delhi. I had enquired before booking regarding internet services as I had to write an online exam which is held onece a yr. And I had worked very hard to prepare for this exam. I was told by hotel authorities that internet services are very good. As I had booked the room so as to appear in the exam without any disturbance and distractions....

By mistake I have submitted my brother's email id as rajesh.[protected]@yahoo.com which I need to change to my email id as [protected]@gmail.com but there is no provision it seems so I need to delete my account and again create my account which is irritating please do the needfull & oblige...

I have seen ditto complaints on "https://www.consumercomplaints.in" itself which is why I have decided to raise mine here as well. All of those were marked as resolved as refund of convenience fee was initiated by Make my Trip MMT for them.

I was booking a train ticket for 5th September 2021 from bangalore to mysore and while making the payment I used the QR scanner for UPI but despite the money being deducted the portal did not load any futrther and no ticket was generated. I then had to make the payment again.I have been trying to call the customer service helpline number but to no avail....

While booking for hotel on payment successful server error occurred and payment successful but hotel not booked....

On 3rd September 2021 I booked a rail ticket from haridwar to panvel train name kochiveli to dheradun and money also deducted but ticket not received I call on Make my trip customer care but there is self serve not any person to listen and solve any problem and self serve not have that types of options so please reposne me immediately...

I want to report an issue on make my trip company (MMT)outstation can service. Today, 4 September 2021 around 6:00 am I have booked an outstation cab from airport to IIT Kharagpur. But, due to some issues I had to change the pickup time due to my flight arrival. There was written in voucher, after I booked cancel and reschedule is not available after 4:00 am. What kind of fraud is MMT running on the name of hospitality. We trust MMT for east...

I was booking a rail ticket through MakeMyTrip. At payment gateway, the payment was successful, ₹1500 deducted from my account in favour of MakeMyTrip but MMT shows that session time out and no ticket was issued.
Also, when I tried to reach the customer care, the service is so pathetic that you just can’t reach the company. No phone number, no mobile number, they don’t even contact you.
Same happened with me twice so now...

My money got deducted and Neither did I receive the ticket nor the refund. I’m unable to contact MMT, such poor customer service. My ₹3000 is stuck and they have no platform where customers can reach them. Such pathetic service. I’m going to defame the company on every social media platform....

We booked air india flight tickets through Makemytrip from udaipur to delhi and then delhi to Chandigarh for 1st august. Flights were cancelled by air india and its almost one and half month Makemytrip is not returning my money of INR 11131....

I have booked the air ticket from Make My Trip website.
PNR-H5KN1 and MMT booking reference: NN[protected] date of booking 08/07/2021, and date of travel 07/08/2021.

Till know there is no reply from both of the party MMT and Air India.

Please help me to get the refund ASAP....
