I have books my ticket from nellore to Hyderabad for 20 October, hyd festv spcl train on 14-10-21, 11:42am for which the transaction was successful via UPI, whereas on makemytrip it showed as a failed transaction.I didn't get the ticket, but I lost my money. I need my money Mack. Someone help. I sent a mail to makemytrip for which they have replied with no information useful.

    The service of MakeMyTrip is so worst.
    No executive customer service available
    No response received for any dispute raised.

    The domestic flight was booked in the MakeMyTrip website, the payment was successful but the booking was not successful
    And I haven’t received any refund notification.
    MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I paid Rs. 1313.15 from my bank account REF ID: IGAMFCAMT7 for a train booking on 13.10.2021 at 12:50 pm and MakeMyTrip tells me that the transaction has not gone through but the amount has been deducted from my bank account.

      Every time I call, the automated system denied any transaction and disconnects the call. And for the fact, as there is no other way to connect, it is impossible to get my refund back from MMT India.

      Please let me get my refund back as I am in dire emergency.

        My booking id NR[protected]
        I booked a train ticket which was pqwl
        And took the make my trip (trip guarantee)
        In this one if the ticket is not confirmed they will give you 3x amount of the ticket
        But I have not received it and I had to travel next day
        The booking amount has also not been received
        Despite serval face book conversation nothing happened
        They are doing a fraud
        This is not the first case
        I have seen the comments on Facebook
        I can feel the pain and sufferings of people went through this MMT
        My amount is 2000rs plus 3x amt which is promised rs 4000
        But people are waiting for lakhs of rupees to be refunded
        Serious action should be taken

              I booked a flight from Patna to New Delhi in an Indigo flight scheduled at 8.45am on 25.10.2021 from my registered MakeMytrip account. While an amount of Rs.5968/- (Ref No.IGAMEWZND5, State Bank of India) was deducted from my bank account, no confirmation message was sent or ticket booking done. Even my trips section does not show any such booking for 25th October, 2021. I have been making efforts to contact their customer care but except for a recorded voice message, I have got no redressal. Looking forward to a resolution at the earliest.

                As per the ticket issued by you, name of the Passenger is Sonia P Nair. Whereas in the Boarding pass it is PNAIR SONIAMS.

                Please resolve this as the passenger is traveling tomorrow by AI762 Delhi CCU.

                  I have 32K in my MyCash mmt account.
                  I need to transfer this back to my bank account. This is absolutely preposterous that MMT is not allowing me to withdraw MY MONEY back to my own bank account. Since when did MMT become a bank to take money, keep it and not give it back to the customers.

                  Need urgent action on this.

                    I was booking a flight from (Udaipur--Varanasi) (Round trip). On the payment gateway, the amount got debited from my account, however the flight has not been booked. I have lost 39000 Rs in transaction with no booking. There is no way to reach out to MakeMyTrip. Bank says that transaction was successful from their end. Hereby, I am attaching screenshot of amount that was debited. Please help.

                        MakeMyTrip this is the worst service one can expect after booking almost 2 months in advance! I am facing multiple issues just a week before the trip! All that are unacceptable!

                        1) Flight got changed even after booking 2 months in advance! That change should have been adjusted by MMT with existing fare, instead asked for Rs 2500 approx. which should be responsibility of MMT to arrange alternative at same price.

                        2) I booked 4 star category resort and among the best resort in Havelock. Which you guys saying had to be cancelled due to waterlogging issue and now you guys giving me 3 star category resort which is not so good. First of all the resort has no such issue which I confirmed from the hotel.

                        3) I asked to book 8am ferry from port Blair to Havelock on 14th specifically as I have booked water activities that day. Which the travel manager confirmed that will be taken multiple times. I had already doubt with MMT as continuously i was getting shock now I see you guys booked 2pm ferry!

                        There is no responsibility taken by my travel manager Shaefali throughout and she haa been giving false promises from the beginning.

                        Please refund the whole money of the trip I paid. I don't want to go for vacation with this mindset. And in future I will never ever continue with MMT for any services.

                          Fault in application while entering passenger name in air ticket booking

                          Yesterday I booked a ticket in MakeMyTrip and I faced this error. A mistake arise because of your application. I've the captured screenshot afterwards to share with you.

                          You can see in the Picture 1, it asks for First and Second Name in column and gives the example to enter the GIVEN NAME from the passport. So I did as it shows... entered the given name in the first and second name as passport. Then picture 2, it asks for last...

                          Dear all,
                          I booked a flight for my family from mumbai to goa and goa to mumbai on the 2 September 2021 at around 8 30 pm while I was booking I got a error while I was booking that my first booking did not go through so I tried again and this time it had gone through but after a month when I checked my credit card statement and I was shocked to know that my credit card has been debited twice for the same ticket same airline and same sector after trying to get in touch with your help line yesterday I came to know that I was booked twice I have filed a COMPLAINT with national consumer complaint number 3016674
                          I cannot be charged twice for the same flight as there is a error with your system and also nor makemy trip, air india, go air called me told me that I have booked all 5 people twice on the same flight with the same name and same destination booking id nf[protected] second booking id nf[protected]

                            I have booked my ticket from Makemytrip for London to Mumbai AIR India AI-131 & AI-130 in April 2021 but due to Covid travel restriction I had to cancel my flight and I have initiated booking cancellation for booking ID NN[protected] on 7th April 2021 and Makemytrip send me a confirmation email for a refund amount of 42686 INR.

                            I have contacted several times MakeMyTrip customer service in the past 6 months but they haven't refunded my amount yet. They keep telling me to wait for 6 months as it will take 6 months of time to process the refund amount from AIR India. It's really frustrating to chasing them every other week.

                            I have attached documents for your reference, Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                I am Hardik Bhatt who is valuable customer of yours since many years. I have done Booking for Goa of 22nd November 2021 Date. Out of that I want to cancel one of my Booking. The Booking Details for the same is as follows : NF[protected] (Goa to Mumbai) in the name of Hardik Bhatt, Dimple Bhatt and Kreet Bhatt (5 Years Daughter).

                                When I did the Booking it was showing me that it is Refundable and so I paid extra amount and booked it. Now I want to cancel this booking as I have a Family emergency of my family due to which I can't travel Goa and so want to cancel this specific booking. I am not able to cancel also and it's showing me that entire amount will be deducted and nothing will be refunded to me. I am trying to contact Customer Support since 1 week but not able to speak anyone. I visited Make My Trip Borivali West office. They took my Details and told me I will get a call in 24 hours but haven't got any call back. Please help me to cancel my booking and get me refund of amount. It's a request to you and your Team. I want to cancel only this booking rest don't want to cancel.

                                  On 7th October 2021, I booked a hotel ( Minerva grand Tirupati ) using MMT India app through SBI internet banking . Money got deducted but booking was not confirmed.

                                    I did a booking from Indore to Amritsar, after which flights were cancelled and half refund was processed. Half still pending after following up on support request for more than 4 months the SR was closed and marked as resolved without my knowledge.

                                    I want to officially file a complaint about this behaviour. This is not funny and following up for 5 months patiently is not a joke.

                                      I have booked 2 tickets from makemytrip and used no cost emi option offered by makemytrip for icici bank cards. As per their website, cashback is given by makemytrip for the interest charged by bank. I have not received any cashback and if I call customer care, they keep telling me that you will get a call back from supervisor. No one has called me since last 4 days.
                                      What is the use of selecting no cost emi if I have to pay 10, 000 Rs additional interest?
                                      Makemytrip please resolve this issue asap.
