I already a mail, while doing transaction for train ticket with the help of Tripmoney money transaction was failed but emi generated .the credit company is telling amount was sent to merchant, so they are asking a mail from merchant to cancel an emi because they didn't receive amount .the loan ID is [protected]A.so please check and send a cancellation mail to divya.[protected]@gmail.com

    This is to inform that today morning, the undersigned was trying to book a flight ticket through MMT from Bagdogra (Siliguri) to Kolkata. While completing the booking of the said flight ticket, even though the amount was deducted from Bank, no confirmation has been received regarding booking of the said flight ticket from MMT . Subsequently, the undersigned contacted the customer care of the Bank and it was confirmed by the Bank that the transaction has been made successfully and an amount of Rs. 6748/- has already been credited to the beneficiary account. Accordingly, the Bank has also provided the reference ID ( PRN Number[protected] for the said successful transaction. The chat history with Bank representative vide which the above information was shared, is being enclosed herewith for more clarity.

    In view of the above, the undersigned vide email has requested MMT customer care for their confirmation regarding the credit of the aforesaid amount under above transaction reference no. Accordingly, it was requested to share the invoice and ticket details. It was also requested that in case, the amount has not been credited to MMT, the same may kindly be confirmed so that the matter can be taken up with the Bank for the refund. The above was also informed through telephonic discussion to one of the Representatives of MMT and it was assured that the problem will be resolved immediately.

    Despite repetitive follow-ups and thereby assurance from MMT for addressing the issue, the Undersigned is yet to receive any clarity on the aforesaid issue from MMT. Moreover, the undersigned has been finding it very difficult to connect with the MMT Representatives as most of the times they are not picking the call and even when someone picking the call after numerous efforts, every time the undersigned has been asked to explain the fact again as the same person who has assured to resolve the matter immediately, is not picking the call . In absence of response from MMT, the Undersigned is not able to take up the issue with the Bank as they have confirmed the amount has already been credited to beneficiary.

    Therefore, the undersigned is forced to raise the matter in this forum with a hope to get a resolution at the earliest.

    Will MMT please attend to my grievance and kindly confirm whether the amount has been credited to them or not so that the undersigned can take up the same with the Bank. In the event, if the amount is already credited as confirmed by the Bank, then kindly provide the Air ticket and invoice immediately.

    Despite several follow-ups, i am yet to receive any response from MMT. I am also enclosing the Bank transaction details towards payment of Rs. 6748/- for reference. Request MMT to resolve the issue at the earliest.

        This is to inform you that booking done for one night, but MMT confirm for six hours my money gone, also I call the call center but not give proper feedback, already raised a complaint in my credit card company for not giving proper service against the money paid, I am also planning to take a legal academic as I feel it is one kind of online fraud, please let me know how you can help me in this case

          I have issued 3 tickets last year for bom goi travlleling month was apr, as that time lock down was announced so airlines gives full refund for all tickets what i received from my other tickets issued but 3 tickets which i have taken from agent woh issued tickets on makemytrip still that amount was not received, i have send so many mails to agent and mails to makemytrip but no reply from both of them, please help me to get the refund back from makemytrip either from agent woh issued tickets on makemytrip id, he is blaming makemytrip only.

            I booked a hotel in Anantapur named OYO 35561 Hotel Amar Inn for a night's stay through makemytrip.com and paid an amount of Rs.1000. I booked a double room stating all the details for[protected]. I had an interview the very next day in Anantapur and since I am a female, my cousin brother was with me to safeguard me and take care of me. Even while booking I have clearly stated the names of the people checking in.

            But to my extreme shock, while we reached the hotel, the reception person treated us very harsh saying that a male and a female cannot stay together. I asked for a refund and he asked to contact makemytrip.com since I had paid to them only. I called makemytrip.com and requested the money back which I had paid for the night's stay since the hotel has not allowed me to check-in.

            They said they cannot refund the money back. I asked them we were not allowed to check-in and we were treated very rude and we are standing without even knowing where to go to and how can you say that you cannot refund my money for the service you have not rendered to me. The customer care executive said that we will process your request and you will receive a call back from our special team shortly and the call was ended.

            I have never received my money till now and my issue was also closed in their website. Please get my money refunded.

              I have tried to book railway ticket from it. And it got cancelled two times in a row. I have tried this with two different bank accounts. For 1 account refund is complete. But for another I have still not received the refund. Nor it is showing in the app.

                I have booked a stay with family that was unfortunately fully paid and non re fundable

                Act of God!

                My wife got Covid +ve

                There is no where I can ask for a help!, for a date change or anything... I am helpless! No phone numbers, e mails, no where to seek help, Hotel says they can't do anything since IO booked through this app

                I lost my 6000 Rs, I think under this situation, people shouldn't be looted

                  I have done a partial cancellation of ticket from silchar-kolkata-bangalore as the flight from kolkata to bangalore got rescheduled.I have cancelled the ticket around 20 august 2021 and in the portal it shows Rs 4338 initiated and have already been processed .I have not received the refund still in my axis bank credit card account yet.

                    This happened today evening, I was sitting with my young niece and at the same time had opened my make my trip app to manage a booking my neice tried to snatch the phone and somehow a booking done by me on MMT for Purple Palm Resort Coorg for 1 to 3rd Oct got cancelled. I immediately realised this and called the costumer care within a minute. The customer care executive was uncoporative and didnot provide me with any technical advice or support. As we had spent huge amounts of money on our trip and have already booked air tickets, I want to reverse this cancellation. Also the booking was non refundable, we would not receive a single rupee for this mistake. We have been loyal costumers of MMT for long and have always paid before hand to MMT before the trip. This is your chance MMT to prove that you are available for our assistance in case of an error and we didnot make a mistake by paying your company our hard earned money rather than directly paying it to the hotel.

                      I tried multiple times to call Customer care, but waste of time.

                        I booked two separate tickets on makemytrip for Bengaluru to Delhi (indigo flight on 25th Sep evening). Booking made on 22nd Sep.
                        First ticket got booked. the second did not though the amount got deducted from my UPI.
                        Called customersupport multiple times but no support from them.

                          When I was booking flight ticket from Visakhapatnam to Leh and return also on 8th Sep 2021 one of the return sector(Delhi to visakhapatnam)is not booked and got sms, email and pop up also saying that refund is initiated. So, we booked ticket again for that sector alone. But we did not get refund till now. Please look into the issue.

                          Since yesterday evening we have been getting calls from one of the make my trip employees Rahul (Phone No:[protected])saying that he has called for a refund issue. He asked us to install Any desk app and connected to my smartphone. He was observing what I was doing in the phone through the app. Initially he asked me to enter my credit card number in the app. When I entered it he said that the credit card has some problem in crediting refund. Again he asked me to enter debit card number also. Again he asked me to enter otp also. Immediately he transferred 10000rs to his PayTm vallet. He cut the call. He blocked my internet banking access also.
                          Again he called today morning and said that credit card and debit cards are blocked. He is asking me to unblock by opening the internet banking. He is asking PAN card details also. He is calling continuously and asking for all the details. He is telling that the money (10000rs) which is deducted is credited to you and keep on asking me to login to internet bancking to check the details.

                          It is VERY VERY ANNOYING and BAD getting these kind of calls from make my trip employees. They are irritating a lot by asking all the details and stealing the money.

                          I want to talk to your supervisor. Please share his contact number. I want CEO email id also. I will mail him all the details.

                          PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.

                            Dear team,

                            I booked a bus ticket from make my trip to travel from Purulia to Kolkata(please refer to the attached ticket), but the bus stopped midway and dropped us at Asansol. They couldn't even arrange for another transport and in fact, after keeping us waiting for more than an hour they declared the engine was overheating and not functioning properly and refused to go further.

                            Due to these circumstances, we were forced to take another bus from Asansol to Kolkata after sitting for a long hour at Asansol.

                            As the bus was cancelled, could you please initiate a refund for the same? I was reaching to make my trip multiple times, but yet get no response. Looking forward to hearing from you.

                              @makemytrip I booked a 3 flight tickets from guwahati to pasighat for 9th Nov 2021 but after the ticket was booked I saw the date was wrong showing 23rd Sept. I cancel it within a minute as it was shown free cancelation within 0-2hrs but now I'm been charged for that.So I called every possible number but no any response since the booking date on 22nd Sept. Than finally I got call from make mytrip in the afternoon for cancelation fees confirmation. I was shocked it was the same number. Everytime I call there was no response other than ivr that drops after commenting. I asked the makemytrip to reschedule the date instead of cancelation also agreed to pay the charged amount but makemytrip is interested in deducting money from me without giving resolutions. It was a full 1hrs call & the 2nd was of1hrs 57 minutes but no resolutions.
                              I spoke to Sonos kumar who put me on hold for 47 minutes, 2nd to Miss. Prity Hembrom for 2 hrs the floor manager, I ask her for resolutions but she was more interested in taking my money. So, I clearly declared her to keep my refund money for herself as a donation from my end.
                              Is this the way that makemytrip policy their policy??
                              I want to make a complaint on this regard. I hope this online consumer complaint will help me out.

                                I made a booking for October 14th delhi to manali for a amount of Rs7445.

                                However the money was deducted from my bank account and I haven't received the tickets too. On calling the customer care they say no booking are made in your number. I want my money refunded at the earliest. I can share my bank statement as a proof of the payment. I want MMT to work on this issue ASAP.

                                  I had made a booking for my son for Mumbai-Chicago-Mumbai sector for travel in 2019 by American Airlines. Booking was done through MMT (Booking id NN[protected]). My son used the Mumbai-Chicago sector in Jan 2019. Due to start of Covid, AA cancelled their flights on that route and we got the ticket opened with validity upto Dec 2020 which was later automatically extended by one year by AA through a notification on their website. However they told us to get the refund or reconfirmed ticket from the agent (MMT on this case). After desperate but unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with MMT representative (a human and not a machine) for several months, we finally managed to get a call back from MMT in Sep 2021. We were told that the ticket can be booked. We confirmed the date by mail for travel. However we are yet to hear about the ticket being reconfimed though several customer service requests have been given but no update on action is available.

                                      I had multiple train tickets cancelled on 3rd and 4th september and was assured the refund amount by 7th september. Its almost Rs 3000 that has been blocked and no support recieved from makemy trip.
                                      the irctc website shows refund processed to make my trip bank and the mode of payment was amazon pay upi.
                                      I have tried to reach out the customer support and was of no use.
                                      the app shows the refund is processed but ther isnt any sign of the amount reflecting in my upi linked bank account.
                                      I need this to be resolved at the earliest and the refund amount to be reflected to my account as early as possible. Its been almost 15 days.
                                      For all the cancellation, theTrips section provided me RRN number and mentioned the reflection shall take 2 bussiness days . Its been more than 10 business days.
                                      I am really upset with Make my trip team for the refund process being so helpless.

                                        I had multiple train tickets cancelled on 3rd and 4th september and was assured the refund amount by 7th september. Its almost Rs 3000 that has been blocked and no support recieved from makemy trip.
                                        the irctc website shows refund processed to make my trip bank and the mode of payment was amazon pay upi.
                                        I have tried to reach out the customer support and was of no use.
                                        the app shows the refund is processed but ther isnt any sign of the amount reflecting in my upi linked bank account.
                                        I need this to be resolved at the earliest and the refund amount to be reflected to my account as early as possible. Its been almost 15 days.
                                        For all the cancellation, the Trips section provided me RRN number and mentioned the reflection shall take 2 business days . Its been more than 10 business days.
                                        I am really upset with Make my trip team for the refund process being so helpless.
                                        MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
