    I booked a ticket from Kannur to Mumbai for 14 th October, 2021. But the ticket is not confirmed and money is deducted from my account. I only have the message from bank side about deduction. There is no history in trip history of MMT.

    Message for deduction is as follows
    Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.2248 frm A/c X2405 to Makemytrip. Ref IGALZJFDR4 on 14Sep21.

    Make my trip have done the refund for the unsuccessful flight booking
    MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Ticket not confirmed but money deducted from my account

    Since my bank have not credited Refund amount 8946 against failed flight booking from MakeMyTrip reference ID NF[protected]
    Request you please refund me Rs. 8946 in my AXIS bank account Reference Bank PRN No WUTI[protected]
    Unless refund amount I can’t able to book my next flight ticket
    Kindly reply and initiate for refunding Rs. 8946/- and confirm per return

    I booked a ticket from Kolkata to Jammu for 26 th September, 2021. But the ticket is not confirmed and money is deducted from my account. I only have the message from bank side about deduction of Rs. 8946. There is no history in trip history of MMT.
    kindly resolve this issue and initiate for Refunding arrangement

      I was booking hotel but amount got deducted, booking was not done .I am not able to contact their customer care as well.I have written so mails to them, but they have not responded.

        I had booked a ticket for 6 August 2021through MMT, due to operational reason the Go first airlines cancelled the flight. After enquiry I found that the Airline had deposited the refund to MMT Agency on 13 August and yet you didnt refund me the Amount. Moreover even the ticket booked is not available on my trip for claim. Only the alternate ticket of INDIGO which I booked for 6 August is available. I HAVE ALL DETAILS OF AMOUNT DEPOSIT TO MAKE MY TRIP BY AIRLINES

            `Hi I am trying to contact Make My Trip customer support to initiate refund for my recent hotel booking transaction. The amount was deducted from my bank account by the booking did not complete stating some error in the bank side.
            Make My Trip is having the worst customer care service. I am either asked to enter a booking id (which I do not have since this is a failed transaction), Or I am asked to visit the website if it is a new booking. There is no option to discuss regarding such failed transactions. The only option which allows to speak the the customer care executive is the International Air Option and they can't even transfer me to the Domestic Hotel Department. They transfer me to the same IVR (Looks like they will service only expensive bookings and ignore others).

              Hi,

              For the subject booking ID, Host was not allowed us to checkin, he was claiming like he is not taking any booking from make my trip.

              I already paid the amount and tavelled a lot to reach here. we were in the streat in the unknown place.
              MMT such a reputed app, we were not able to contact custmer care and nobody was there to help us.

              We trusted you a lot.Kindly respond ASAP ad do the needful.

                I booked a ticket from New Delhi ( Anand Vihar Terminal railway station) to Bhubaneswar. It was show that the payment was failed, but the money got deducted from the bank account. And no ticket is reflecting in the my trip option.

                    I had booked 2 tickets to Japan (booking ID NN[protected].

                    "Your payment gateway has declined the refund initiated due to technical issues"
                    - This shows up on the page.

                    Have submitted bank details multiple times. Have tried emailing/calling - nothing. No response whatsoever.

                    I need help in understanding what are the legal steps I can take to get my money back or resolving this and receiving my money with interest.

                      I booked a room in this hotel in Goa through MakemyTrip app.

                      Booking Id: NH[protected]

                      The hotel was different than what was shown in the pictures.

                      The entire hotel was dirty, the lobby and rooms were smelling of bidis and pee.

                      I did not check in the hotel and called MMT cuatomer care to cancel and refund.

                        I entered all the details for booking i also made the payment but the app showed transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account, and when i wished to raise concern it showed me failed to raise concern.

                              I tried booking tickets from https://www.makemytrip.com/ using UPI on 12 September 2021. I got a request. Money was deducted but the website did not update and therefore the ticket was not confirmed.

                              Please refund the amount. Please suggest your email ID where I can share my scanned copies.

                                I am regularly fighting since a month to get back my airfare difference amount which indigo airlines has already paid MMT. It says they have refunded amount on 2nd Aug 2021.more than a month till datw there is no amount received of Rs.700 and Rs.1029 as a cashback scheme. I shared all my relevant statements with them. Still they are unable to figure it out where that money has been. Such a sick and unprofessional, lack of knowledge customer support. Moreover they are managing to call and say money has already been refunded in august..but where that money is?????.

                                  This is to inform you that by mistake i have booked same booking twice due to on 1st booking amount was deducted but booking was not successful . So i have tried once aging and i faced the same issue.But after 10-15min i have got booking ids for both bookings.
                                  By One of them i have checked hotel for one ID and its of course no one can check-in on both the rooms. So i tried to request then to give me a refund but i am not able to contact, MMT, also i discussed the issue with hotel guys, they told me to ask MMT for that.Also i faced financial issue.

                                  i need my money back.Which MMT guys are not refunding.
