I have seen ditto complaints on "consumercomplaints.in" itself which is why I have decided to raise mine here as well. All of those were marked as resolved as refund of convenience fee was initiated by Make my Trip MMT for them.

A resolution at the earliest will be much appreciated.

    I was booking a train ticket for 5th September 2021 from bangalore to mysore and while making the payment I used the QR scanner for UPI but despite the money being deducted the portal did not load any futrther and no ticket was generated. I then had to make the payment again.I have been trying to call the customer service helpline number but to no avail.

        On 3rd September 2021 I booked a rail ticket from haridwar to panvel train name kochiveli to dheradun and money also deducted but ticket not received I call on Make my trip customer care but there is self serve not any person to listen and solve any problem and self serve not have that types of options so please reposne me immediately

            I want to report an issue on make my trip company (MMT)outstation can service. Today, 4 September 2021 around 6:00 am I have booked an outstation cab from airport to IIT Kharagpur. But, due to some issues I had to change the pickup time due to my flight arrival. There was written in voucher, after I booked cancel and reschedule is not available after 4:00 am. What kind of fraud is MMT running on the name of hospitality. We trust MMT for east booking and cancellation service. But I was utterly shocked, when I just cancelled few minutes later the booking and no refund was provided to me. How could you do this. Every citizen earn money by putting their lives on stakes each and every day especially in this covid time. And MMT didn't even bother to provide good service and full refund, if I've not even taken the car ( in my case I have not even seen the car). If I would have known this, I would have booked uber or ola. They are much trustworthy. No petrol or man power have used for the booking via MMT and you have costs me 545 rs for no reason.
            I want to raise a strong complaint about this. And I am willing to go to consumer court too if needed.

            Kindly provide me refund.

              I was booking a rail ticket through MakeMyTrip. At payment gateway, the payment was successful, ₹1500 deducted from my account in favour of MakeMyTrip but MMT shows that session time out and no ticket was issued.
              Also, when I tried to reach the customer care, the service is so pathetic that you just can’t reach the company. No phone number, no mobile number, they don’t even contact you.
              Same happened with me twice so now my hard earned ₹3000 are stuck with this pathetic company.
              I’m going to defame it. I’ll never recommend it to my knowns.

                My money got deducted and Neither did I receive the ticket nor the refund. I’m unable to contact MMT, such poor customer service. My ₹3000 is stuck and they have no platform where customers can reach them. Such pathetic service. I’m going to defame the company on every social media platform.

                  Reference No.[protected]: Refund Application submitted to airline for booking Id: NF[protected].
                  We booked air india flight tickets through Makemytrip from udaipur to delhi and then delhi to Chandigarh for 1st august. Flights were cancelled by air india and its almost one and half month Makemytrip is not returning my money of INR 11131.

                    Till know there is no reply from both of the party MMT and Air India.

                    Please help me to get the refund ASAP.

                      My husband and I are running a homestay in Darjeeling, India. We have never listed it on Make My Trip. Some individual who we do not know named Rajesh has listed our property as his on Make My Trip. He is taking bookings. Someone contacted us today about it and we have no idea how long this listing has been up since we do not use Make My Trip. Please help us take down this fraudulent listing for Cozy Q Homestay in Darjeeling. We are currently only on two websites and this is not one of them. He has put incorrect info and he has stolen some of our photos and put some of his on there as well which have nothing to do with the property. Please help. I cannot get through to anyone at Make my Trip

                        I booked a train ticket on 3 Sep 2021 through MMT, the page showed transaction had failed but on my gpay app it shows transaction was successful and amount has been debited so I had to pay again for the same kindly assist how to get the refund

                          Flight was cancellled by Go First and refund was sent to makemytrip. Makemy trip portal shows that refund has been processed and credited to wallet, but I dont see any money in wallet.( screenshot added)

                            I booked a Turkish Airlines flight to Berlin from Mumbai on Make my Trip for 22nd Sep and 24th Sep (booking ID reference NN[protected] and NN[protected]
                            I called Make my Trip for cancellation on sunday and this should have happened automatically. However, they havent done this yet and are yet to initiate the process with Turkish airlines. I confirmed with Turkish airlines and they said that they havent received any request from MMT.
                            the amount of refund is close to Rs. 270, 000. MMT is also saying that they will not pay my convenience fees back though I have not cancelled this trip. Your help is required in assisting me with this refund.
                            Also, their call center person refused to connect me to their manager and said that it is not in his authority to transfer to his manager. I think this is akin to bad treatment and has led to tremendous mental stress and pressure.

                              I booked a domestic flight from Coimbatore to Mumbai using my debit card, the amount was debited from my bank but after a couple of minutes the session timed out and i couldn't find my booking in my trips. I tried to reach customer support but everything is an automated response. I probably wouldn't book anymore using MakeMyTrip if there isn't any real customer support. I would suggest anyone booking flights directly contact the airlines.

                                  I booked my ticket on 01/09/2021 for a flight from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore. In the process of booking, twice amount got deducted. Post deduction, I have been trying at all numbers and online chat support, however, there no option to address said issue.

                                      Hi,
                                      My self Dr Bhanu Prakash Kandluri and my wife Dr Bhavana . We booked our honeymoon trip with MMT to Maldives, while confirming the booking we got clear assurance from MMT representative regarding Covid 19 grounds like covid 19 positive and lockdowns absolutely we can change dates by paying only airfare changes (in fact I delayed the payment for 2 days, to get assurance for non covid reasons also like any trauma, fracture or family emergencies ) now they are talking contrary
                                      I have clear chat records also which am attaching to this mail * later they saying not assured
                                      Unfortunately me and my wife got positive for covid antigen test, in fact we both are Doctors, we booked our bus tickets, cabs, return tickets.
                                      Now the representative from MMT saying we are not responsible for that we will try to get whatever possible but can’t guarantee any refund (allegedly saying only 12 days before refund possible )

                                      But as per travel guidelines we need get covid reports of less than 72hours only, how can we predict covid reports 12 days prior ?
                                      It is absolutely contrary to the commitment given to me
                                      I never expected these things from such a reputed MMT, being doctors how can we travel to somewhere after getting positive .
                                      How many lives it will affect if we travel

                                        I have been using HDFC credit card services for past few years, My current credit card number is [protected]
                                        Few month back I have updated my credit card. And my old credit card ends with 4221.
                                        I have booked the air ticket through using my previous hdfc credit card. On 25th september 2020. Due to corono, From March 2020 to May 2020, all the flight had been cancelled and i have got my refund amount to make my trip wallet. I have made the request of changing the wallet amount to original payment method on 22 January 2021. But still I didn't receieve the amount to my credit card.
                                        Below is the message I received from make my trip, when i enquired about the refund:
                                        As checked we have already processed 178+7594 inr already and the ARN numbers are [protected] / ONUS CREDIT EMI Please check with your bank if you have not received .please share your bank statement with us so that we can assist you further .
                                        Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
