My self Dr Bhanu Prakash Kandluri and my wife Dr Bhavana . We booked our honeymoon trip with MMT to Maldives, while confirming the booking we got clear assurance from MMT representative regarding Covid 19 grounds like covid 19 positive and lockdowns absolutely we can change dates by paying only airfare changes (in fact I delayed the payment for 2 days, to get assurance for non covid reasons also like any trauma, fracture or family emergencies ) now they are talking contrary
I have clear chat records also which am attaching to this mail * later they saying not assured
Unfortunately me and my wife got positive for covid antigen test, in fact we both are Doctors, we booked our bus tickets, cabs, return tickets.
Now the representative from MMT saying we are not responsible for that we will try to get whatever possible but can’t guarantee any refund (allegedly saying only 12 days before refund possible )
But as per travel guidelines we need get covid reports of less than 72hours only, how can we predict covid reports 12 days prior ?
It is absolutely contrary to the commitment given to me
I never expected these things from such a reputed MMT, being doctors how can we travel to somewhere after getting positive .
How many lives it will affect if we travel
