I booked a return ticket from Delhi to Sydney in February 2020 for travelling on 20th feb 2020 to Sydney and return on 4th April 2020. I travelled on 20th february but couldn't travel back on 4th April 2020 due to lock down. But till date no refund is credited to my account. Please help my ticket number is[protected]

    I would to create awareness of Make My Trip on14thJuly I booked Doha Mumbai and Mumbai Doha, payment done by credit card received a message on watts up your flight booking ID NN[protected] @ 15.38. later @ 16.06 receive another message your booking has canceled besides start deducting money from my fare, my approach to Oman Airways towards discovering a piece of clear evidence, they response very politely informed me we are not functioning any flight to this destination.
    MMT may have generated a lot of funds.

      Unable to download invoice

      Booked flight from Delhi to Hyderbad today and i am unable to download the invoice.
      There is 24×7 support numbers, simply useless as It is impossible to reach to any customer support executive.
      Download invoice link simply doesn't work.
      Made a big mistake booking through this website.
      Can yiu show some professionalism by sending me the invoice.

      I had done a train booking on the 21.7.2021 the booking was not confirmed and got rejected due to some technical clinch.. However i was asked to wait for 3days to reflect the amount back in my account... But it's been more the 7 working days now please get back to me.. As I have tried all the possible ways to connect to your team about my refund but ur app nor the help line number helps

        We have booked our travel tickets from Doha to Montreal via Frankfurt with MMT India, our booking ID is NN[protected]. The date of travel is 06 August 2021. However, Doha yesterday changed its hotel quarantine rules for Indian travellers and the rules are effective from August 02, Due to this sudden change, we now want to change our travel dates to August 15, 2021 instead of the earlier 06 August, 2021. We want to comply with Government regulations but MMT is not allowing us to change dates. There is some issue with their application. We have been complaining for the last 12 hours but with no resolution from their end. We request for quick and early resolution to this.

            I tried to book a flight ticket from Hyderabad to bengaluru, amount deducted but flight ticket is not confirmed.

            Someone has calling saying that Consumer Complain Board from RBI, regarding my issue his name is santosh29 phone number [protected] and [protected]. They are misuse and doing some frauds. Please aware that.

              Hi,
              This is regarding my train booking . I had made a booking and I’m not sure if my booking took place. The amount got deducted from my account, but not reflected in my account.                   Sir, my wallet ID is [protected] . My wallet cash is not credited in my bank nor my wallet. I have already guve complained on 29 Jul 2021 and lot of time in past. Hence, request credit the same for my future booking.

                      This is with regards to my refund related issue from Make my Trip.
                      I have been running about between the Bank and Make my Trip for my Refund of Rs. 11310 since January 2021. Also have filed numerous complaints but I haven't received my refund yet. It has been 6 months now that I am following up for the refund. But it is like there is no hear to my cry. I am tired of running about between them as it is waste of my time, energy and money.

                        The MMT app says that you can transfer the wallet balance to your bank if it is due to trip cancellation.
                        However while trying to do so from the app, the option is not working.

                        Dear Team,
                        Recently, I paid 1520 Rs to MakeMyTrip for booking bus ticket using Amazon UPI transaction (HDFC account number 405988xxxxxx5585). Transaction diclained but amount is deducted from my HDFC bank account. After that, I paid again for booking bus ticket. While I check my bank statement, amount deducted two times. Declined transaction amount ₹1520 still not return back my account. Please check and revert my money back as early as possible.

                            My cab booking NC27625886 Bengaluru to Mysuru was on 11/7/21. I was charged for 185 kms, but the actual distance was only 161kms. I complained in my feed back REQUEST ID.[protected] ON 12/7/21. I was told it will be resolved in 5-7 days .I have not got my refund till date.

                            Also the driver behaviour was not friendly and unprofessional

                                I have a flight ticket booked for the upcoming date 29th July 2021 through the application.
                                I need to cancel it and I tried doing that through app.

                                The app doesn’t open the page for cancellation instead only shows a blank white screen from where I can go anywhere.
                                When I tried contacting the customer care of MMT, it is basically non- functioning as all it does is keeps taking me back to the app. Also I had to try various numbers and the call cut in the middle most of the times and when I tried calling the number again then it said the number doesn’t exist.
                                I don’t understand what the situation is but there is money involved and there is no way to get it back.

                                  I Booked a Rail ticket on 19 Jul. 2021. The Booking is failed due to some technical Glitch. And money is deducted from account. And it is showing that refund is credited by 20-21 Jul.
                                  And Now it is showing refund is processed. And my money is not came in my account.
