The incident with make my trip ticket i booked for my family from Bangalore to Imphal on the 13/08/2021.
Amount of Rs.30000 was deducted without any confirmed ticket or issuing ticket or PNR number.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No need to notify. Just refund my money back to my bank account

    On 11th of August I have booked an appartment PNR [protected] & Booking Id NH[protected]. After the booking the concerned person was not picking up the call for an hour. I have to face a huge trouble for finding the house. The house was extremely dirty & smelly. The kitchen was not at all cleaned. The moment we entered the house keeping guy told me that he is going to stay with us. That was very disappointed. I left the house immediately. I want the full refund.

      Dear Sir,

      Hotel room Booking reservation confirmed by Makemytrip.com and the payment Rs. 2, 763/- was paid by us thro card.
      We have reached the hotel on time and we have shocked it was closed.
      Then we have contacted the Hotel / property authority Mr. Anil - who said that,
      "THE PROPERTY WAS CLOSED - NOT YET OPEN AFTER LOCKDOWN" - IT WAS NOT INFORMED BY MAKEMY TRIP.

      Also Mr. Anil refunded us Rs. 2, 172.00 ONLY to us. So, you are requested to REFUND the short / balance
      amount Rs.591.00 immediately to us.

        PNR: MK6Y6Z(24/07) ; PNR: PJ91PC(26/07) ; My Outbound flight was cancelled by Indigo. I got confirmation from Indigo that Full Refund paid to MakeMyTrip but MakeMyTrip not given full refund to us. Sent few emails and contacted customer support but no response as of now. Worst
        I expect to receive full refund from Indigo without any deductions.

        For PNR: MK6Y6Z: -Total Indigo refunded to MakeMyTrip = 19428.Expected refund( PNR: MK6Y6Z) = 19428(what Indigo Paid to MakeMytrip) - 17198(What I received) = 2, 230/- more;
        For PNR: PJ91PC:- Total Indigo refunded to MakeMyTrip = 16536.
        Expected refund(PNR: PJ91PC) = 16536(what Indigo Paid to MakeMytrip) -14756(What I received) = 1, 780/- more

          Dear Sir

          Reference to the subject matter, we have booked the tour for our 25 th Anniversary details - BOOKING ID NL[protected] with great difficulty, but due to this worldwide corona issue - tour spots are closed, flights cancelled, hence trip cancelled from make my trip.

          This being universal problem, which none o[censored]s have expected this situation and moreover this is the first trip which we have planned on the occasion of our 25th anniversary to make it memorable and we have chosen make my trip which is a trusted and no.1 travel site.

          The amount which we have paid is with great difficulty by keeping all our savings since long and our amount is blocked for more than ten months and reply received from your end stating that we will get a refund of 60% of what we paid, which is not acceptable .

          Pls do consider and revert back by considering ours as a special case and issue refund to the maximum of 95% as there is no fault of mine. .

          This would be a great help and thanks in advance.

            Travel date: 7 May 2020.Bangalore to UK, Airfrance

            Due to covid flight was not operational and got information that ticket will be as open state during 2020.
            And due to continued Covid19 it was not possible to travel and I got information from Airfrance refund is possible and I need to contact MMT.

            With frequent call or mails I did not get proper support from MMT.

            Since I got confirmation from Airfrance as it will be refunded I did cancel request in online MMT.
            Now I get message from MMT as zero refund.

            This is not fair way of supporting customers in this situation.

            Either I get full refund or keep the tickets as open.

              My Del-Bom-Ixr flight on 8th October got canceled by the airline and airline has confirmed full refund to the agent (here, MakeMyTrip).
              MakeMyTrip has not initiated refund even when airline is confirming the same. CUSTOMER care is never reachable. Just pathetic.

              I am going to file a case with a pleaders notice by this weekend against these frauds, not because of the little money they have stolen, but due to the ### CUSTOMER service.
              You people can't keep my money when its already authorized to be returned back to me by the airline.

                    I booked a ticket in maketrip from Mumbai to Trichy. During the booking time make my trip service charges they input is 299. to technical reasons in indigo the flight cancelled by airlines. So the airlines refunded my amount. For this transaction again they deducted 299 from my refund amount. Why i should double service for non operational flight cancellations. Mobile number [protected]

                      I booked a round trip flight from Hyderabad to Kolkata on 10-Aug-2021. While booking, the first transaction failed. I tried to book again and the second time the booking was confirmed.
                      On checking my account statement I noticed that the first booking deducted the amount of INR14942. The second booking amount was INR 15692 which was also deducted.
                      It is close to impossible to get a makemytrip agent to speak to regarding any concerns. All their toll free numbers just redirect to the website and there is no option on the website to raise complaints.

                        Booked flight from Ahmedabad to Chennai yesterday and i am unable to download the invoice.
                        There is 24×7 support numbers, simply useless as It is impossible to reach to any customer support executive.
                        Download invoice link simply doesn't work.
                        Made a big mistake booking through this website.
                        Can you show some professionalism by sending me the invoice.

                            I made a Del - LHR booking this afternoon on Etihad Airlines and my payment through SBI debit card was processed. It's been almost 6 hours since the booking but I don't see any booking on MMT or haven't received any confirmation yet.

                            MMT site has provided 3 numbers to contact them...although the numbers are supposedly there for 24X7 to cater customer calls, I couldn't get through to actually talk to anyone despite repeated attempts spanning hours.                                     The Flight ticket was cancelled from your side so I rescheduled the flight from indigo site and then it was cancelled again, no reason were given for cancellation of flight @makemytrip.com can you please initiate a full refund?
