I had booked my hotel with MakeMyTrip,

I booked a round trip flight from Hyderabad to Kolkata on 10-Aug-2021. While booking, the first transaction failed. I tried to book again and the second time the booking was confirmed.
On checking my account statement I noticed that the first booking deducted the amount of INR14942. The second booking amount was INR 15692 which was also deducted.
It is close to impossible to get a makemytrip agent to speak to regarding any concerns. All their toll free numbers just redirect to the website and there is no option on the website to raise complaints.

Booked flight from Ahmedabad to Chennai yesterday and i am unable to download the invoice.
There is 24×7 support numbers, simply useless as It is impossible to reach to any customer support executive.
Download invoice link simply doesn't work.
Made a big mistake booking through this website.
Can you show some professionalism by sending me the invoice.

I also want to delete my account. But makemytrip like most of websites do not give customers the option to delete account even if they do not want the account anymore.😡

I made a Del - LHR booking this afternoon on Etihad Airlines and my payment through SBI debit card was processed. It's been almost 6 hours since the booking but I don't see any booking on MMT or haven't received any confirmation yet.

MMT site has provided 3 numbers to contact them...although the numbers are supposedly there for 24X7 to cater customer calls, I couldn't get through to actually talk to anyone despite repeated attempts spanning hours. I either want my money back in my account or clarify the booking.

I have choose myseat preference and paid for it, but there is no seat mentioned in my ticket, and i still need to do web ceck in, why is that? I have already done web check in, and thats when i choose my seat preference...

The Flight ticket was cancelled from your side so I rescheduled the flight from indigo site and then it was cancelled again, no reason were given for cancellation of flight @makemytrip.com can you please initiate a full refund?
I tried to file a full refund claim or the same, but was not successful.
Request you to please process my full refund as soon as possible.

Airline cancelled trip and as per commitment i should get 100% refund of ticket value. But Convince fee deducted and rest amount they are processing to refund. at the time of cancellation they confirmed they will refund complete amount now we cant reach them. difficult to connect make my trip. my booking ID NF[protected]. I'm trying to get the invoice for my Flight Booking ID - NF[protected] But unable to get it.

I have applied my dubai visa in july 2021 and my visa did no applied till now and now they are saying that my visa is completed no update till now and no visa applied

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, all airlines had been cancelled and international travel became restricted after national lockdown since 23rd March, 2020.

I have called several times but yet the refund has not been initiated.
Can you Calculate how many days it has been since my booking.
Like a said before, as i have booked from MakeMyTrip and not Airasia.com . I demand full demand for my booking from MakeMyTrip .
When the flight didn’t fly, then why is MakeMyTrip team taking so long to refund the customers. I was

So, we are not planning to travel and have not come to a decision for travelling in future.
I would request you to kindly initiate full refund of my flight booking. As the flights were not canceled by me, so i am not liable to bear the cost of the booking.

I have shared my flight tickets and i don't understand why such a reputed company like MakeMyTrip is taking so long to give refund to its customers for the services haven't been provided?

Dear sir,
Make my trip has not refunded my amount for cancelled flight from Guwahati to pune on 20th April. I have cancelled flight on 26th nov but they have not credited money in my bank account nor in my wallet. Whenever I call them customer care is not receiving call or mail reply.

These type of bogus fake companies harassing customers should be banned.
