I tried booking flight from blr to ixr and paid the amount of 3858 using upi (amazon pay). My money got deducted and successfully transaction happened but booking was not done. On 14th July 2021 I was booking darbhanga to delhi flight from MakeMyTrip app. I use netbanking gateway. It failed to booked tickets but deducted amount from bank. I tried to call customer care but there is no way option for failed booked payment refund. So I mailed to MakeMyTrip Id [protected]@makemytrip.com. It response

There is no way to directly any person for failed booked payment refund matter. I got sms deducted amount from bank.

I have booked my flight on[protected] and the same has been cancelled on 29 Apr 2021, 12:46 due to covid lock downs, But so far there is no info on refund status. I have tried to contact at several platforms but all are vein no use at all. Today i have checked the status and i got the below in MMT page.

We have been following up with the airline regarding the delay in processing refunds and they have assured us that they will expedite the process.Once they process the refund, it will be auto-credited to your account and a notification will be sent. MMT has got the refund from the airline on[protected] but failed to refund to me and using my money for their business it not fair at all. whatever happened is happened. Now at least i believe i could get a status in you page .Let us see!!!

I had two bookings with

and NH[protected] on 10th July, 21 in Rangamati Resorts in Shantiniketan.

By mistake I uploaded a picture in review which I don't want to be displayed in gallery.

But I didn't get any option or support to change my photo which is really making me frustrated. Such a reputed organization should be more customer friendly.

I complained in this platform also but didn't get any reply in my mail.

I request your support very urnestly.

I have booked a flight ticket of Air Asia through Make My Trip(Flier- Akhil Rajasekharan, PNR No.W3PUNZ, Date 30 Jun 21, Cochin-Delhi, Flt No. 15-792, Booking id NF[protected]) and cancelled as Air Asia rescheduled it by which I would not have caught the connected flight to the US. Air Asia already transferred the full refund to you on 30 Jun 21and the same is not credited to my Credit Card a/c by you. This is viewd as an embarrassment. Kindly do credit the amount at the earliest. Pl give me an early feedback

With reference to our MMT Booking ID IN1B[protected] as per your records refund was processed on 18th November 2020.As per our bank statement the same is not credited in our account and its almost 1 year now we haven't got the refund.

My booked non stop flight was cancelled by the airline & they were offering me a 1 stop flight or full refund. Obviously I opted for full refund & which was cleared by the airline. But MMT has not refunded Rs 350 being convenience charges. Why so ? When it's not my mistake that the scheduled flight was cancelled so I should be refunded back the full amount including convenience charges. So please credit Rs 350 immediately. I am unable to talk to customer care executive via phone so am writing my grievance on this platform for a favourable resolution in line with the repute & stature of MMT. Regards

MakeMyTrip India has taken entire money from us to book a villa in Lonavala, they have even given us the receipt of the payment and confirmation of the booking and now they are denying us the villa.

I have booked a pakage to Dharamshala & Dalhousie dated 15July 2021 but on 12July there is a cloudburst in Dharmashala. I am asking for refund as per their policy but they are forcing us to travel. Even government released news not to travel at this time as it is not safe.
I just want my refund of amount ₹34602/- as i am cancelling my plan due to natural calamity and not because of any personal reason.

By mistake I uploaded a picture which I want to change urgently there is no option in MMT application to change my review.

After repeated mail also I didn't get any support and really feeling frustrated.

I don't want the picture to be displayed in review gallery.

Amount Debited but Booking Not done

Amount is debited from my account, but ticket is not booked. I am unable to contact customer support through email or helpline number

Makemytrip not refunding convenience fee for flight cancelled by the airline.

I had booked Spicejet tickets for 17th July which was later cancelled by the airline.

MMT is not refunding the convinience fee.

I had booked an railway ticket on 27/06/2021 and the amount was also deducted from my bank account and due to some id password issue the ticket got cancelled and I haven't received my refund till yet after complaining they saying no booking found I have proof of the booking and cancellation

I book my train ticket yesterday and there is a msg free cancellation so today when our plan is changed i tried to cancel my ticket the cancellation charge may apply plss help me...

Hello, me and my friend book a international flight from Bangalore to Vilnius and the flight was canceled due to some reason and after 2 month I received the refund but only 1 ticked refund i got but another ticked refund 39485 is not credited in my bank account but it is showing in app that it is credited I don't know what ### management this make my trip has . I booked a ticket from guwhati to barddhaman for traveling on 18 July ref id:[protected] amount 539.39 was deducted without any confirmed ticket. I tried every contact number provided but the none of them connected to any customer support.

I booked tickets, and i want to change dates. I bought the tickets which can be modified on purpose so that i can do this. But I’m not able to do so online neither their customer service is ready to help

I booked a ticket for me from Darbhanga to Bangalore on the 10/07/21. Reference id: IGLLMMWGD1 Amount 4299 was deducted without any confirmed ticket. I tried every contact number provided but none of them connected me to any agent.
There should be a sensible section for this issue.Plus no mail id are provided to contact them. The application contains bare minimum details, nothing useful.
