This complaint is regarding a bus ticket booked from Delhi to Manali for the date 8th july 2021, ticket no.[protected], bus operator : HRTC.
we booked the ticket of an ordinary bus instead of volvo, so we initiated cancellation immediately after booking. The online page for cancellation was not working, so we made several calls for cancellation. Every time we cancelled the ticket through the given customer care number a message would be sent from the customer care but no information regarding the cancellation was provided. This is absolutely fraudulent behaviour. We tried to connect to a customer support executive, message was given that they we'll reach us. No contact has been made till date. what is the purpose of electronic cancellation through calls if there is no guarantee. we expected a refund with minimum cancellation charges as we initiated complaint within the time frame given for cancellation. also we believed that the tickets were cancelled so we had booked other tickets for the same trip.
