Hello, I made the flight Booking ID: NN[protected]. However, due to covid-19 issues, this trip did not happen and all monies (nearly Rs 50, 000) went into "wallet". Now, when I try to login, it MMT claims to send an OTP to my email, but I never get their OTP. So, I can't login and use my money stuck in the "wallet". There is no phone number either that I can call and talk to resolve this issue. All they have is automated telephone response which has no option to deal with my problem

Complaint marked as Resolved I called MakeMyTrip on their phone. They were responsive to my issue. MakeMyTrip tried to resolve my issue by several methods. They called me so many times trying various approach. Finally, they succeeded in refunding my money. My bank account was credited the amount. I am thankful to the entire MakeMyTrip Support team for their effort and earnestness. Appreciate the entire team, top to bottom. Thank you so much!
