    Hi,
    I had booked a flight ticket yesterday 15th July'21 from Mumbai to Manglore on Indigo for 11th Aug 2021 and done my payment through internet banking. Though I received an sms from my bank and the amount was debited I have still not received any tickets for the journey. I have also received an acknowledgement about ibibo for successful transactions I'd[protected].
    Request you to please resolve this issue.

      I had 5555 in my MMT wallet. I triggered a transfer to my bank account on 7/Jul. Only 555 is deposited in my bank account. The left 5000 is not deplosited in bank account, nor it is available in wallet.

      Please deposit the rest 5000 also in my bank account.

        Following bookings were cancelled by the respective Airlines due to nationwide lockdown imposed in the country:

        I got the message from Makemytrip that the Money will be transferred to the account, the booking was made from!

        No money has been credited till date!
        Please look into and arrange the credit at the earliest!!

          It is mentioned that I had booked my flight tickets Delhi to Indore for 4 people on 20/03/2020 ( Go Airlines ) and return tickets vide Indigo airlines on 22/03/2020 through BooKing Id -NF [protected]. During covid periods and completely locked down in the whole country, all flights have been cancelled by the airlines and amount of tickets also return. But in my case, its shows in my Apps that the amount has been refunded and credited in the Make my trip wallet. But as of now I never received any amount from the make my trip website.

            I booked for Vetri travels (AC Bus) via MakeMyTrip app for 2 members.
            I paid by NetBanking SBI but the amount has been deducted & ticket is not booked.

            So what ever the number I call MakeMyTrip Online They don't find any bookings for my number.

            I already mailed about it to [protected]@makemytrip.com

              I have made a booking and had to cancel it, the refund amount is 2739 out of which 951 Rs is still pending as it the is amount used to modify the booking.
              i have got a msg saying that I need to choose NEFT for this refund as IMPS and UPI is not available.
              please help me and refund my amount.

                Hello, I made the flight Booking ID: NN[protected]. However, due to covid-19 issues, this trip did not happen and all monies (nearly Rs 50, 000) went into "wallet". Now, when I try to login, it MMT claims to send an OTP to my email, but I never get their OTP. So, I can't login and use my money stuck in the "wallet". There is no phone number either that I can call and talk to resolve this issue. All they have is automated telephone response which has no option to deal with my problem

                I called MakeMyTrip on their phone. They were responsive to my issue. MakeMyTrip tried to resolve my issue by several methods. They called me so many times trying various approach. Finally, they succeeded in refunding my money. My bank account was credited the amount. I am thankful to the entire MakeMyTrip Support team for their effort and earnestness. Appreciate the entire team, top to bottom. Thank you so much!

                  Payment deducted but no booking done

                  I tried booking flight from blr to ixr and paid the amount of 3858 using upi (amazon pay). My money got deducted and successfully transaction happened but booking was not done. I dodnot get any booking when the transaction got completed. thereafter i tried contacting makemytrip customer care by every possible way but they have kept all channels cloed to talk to them. both upi vendor and bank confirmed my money is transferred to MMT and its...

                  On 14th July 2021 I was booking darbhanga to delhi flight from MakeMyTrip app. I use netbanking gateway. It failed to booked tickets but deducted amount from bank. I tried to call customer care but there is no way option for failed booked payment refund. So I mailed to MakeMyTrip Id [protected]@makemytrip.com. It response

                  There is no way to directly any person for failed booked payment refund matter. I got sms deducted amount from bank.

                    I have booked my flight on[protected] and the same has been cancelled on 29 Apr 2021, 12:46 due to covid lock downs, But so far there is no info on refund status. I have tried to contact at several platforms but all are vein no use at all. Today i have checked the status and i got the below in MMT page.

                    Your refund application for [protected] sent to Wy is still pending approval. We have been following up with the airline regarding the delay in processing refunds and they have assured us that they will expedite the process.Once they process the refund, it will be auto-credited to your account and a notification will be sent. No telephonic/ e-mail follow-up is required. We appreciate your patience. Last updated: 10 Jul

                    MMT has got the refund from the airline on[protected] but failed to refund to me and using my money for their business it not fair at all. whatever happened is happened. Now at least i believe i could get a status in you page .Let us see!!!

                      I had two bookings with
                      ID : NH[protected]
                      and NH[protected] on 10th July, 21 in Rangamati Resorts in Shantiniketan.

                      By mistake I uploaded a picture in review which I don't want to be displayed in gallery.

                      But I didn't get any option or support to change my photo which is really making me frustrated. Such a reputed organization should be more customer friendly.

                      I complained in this platform also but didn't get any reply in my mail.

                      I request your support very urnestly.

                        I have booked a flight ticket of Air Asia through Make My Trip(Flier- Akhil Rajasekharan, PNR No.W3PUNZ, Date 30 Jun 21, Cochin-Delhi, Flt No. 15-792, Booking id NF[protected]) and cancelled as Air Asia rescheduled it by which I would not have caught the connected flight to the US. Air Asia already transferred the full refund to you on 30 Jun 21and the same is not credited to my Credit Card a/c by you. This is viewd as an embarrassment. Kindly do credit the amount at the earliest. Pl give me an early feedback

                          With reference to our MMT Booking ID IN1B[protected] as per your records refund was processed on 18th November 2020.As per our bank statement the same is not credited in our account and its almost 1 year now we haven't got the refund.

                            My booked non stop flight was cancelled by the airline & they were offering me a 1 stop flight or full refund. Obviously I opted for full refund & which was cleared by the airline. But MMT has not refunded Rs 350 being convenience charges. Why so ? When it's not my mistake that the scheduled flight was cancelled so I should be refunded back the full amount including convenience charges. So please credit Rs 350 immediately. I am unable to talk to customer care executive via phone so am writing my grievance on this platform for a favourable resolution in line with the repute & stature of MMT. Regards

                                I have booked a pakage to Dharamshala & Dalhousie dated 15July 2021 but on 12July there is a cloudburst in Dharmashala. I am asking for refund as per their policy but they are forcing us to travel. Even government released news not to travel at this time as it is not safe.
