    Dear Team,
    Recently, I paid 1520 Rs to MakeMyTrip for booking bus ticket using Amazon UPI transaction (HDFC account number 405988xxxxxx5585). Transaction failed but amount is deducted from my HDFC bank account. After that, I paid again for booking bus ticket. While I check my bank statement, amount deducted two times. Transaction failed amount ₹1520 still not return back my account. Please check and revert my money back as early as possible.

    Dear Team,
    Recently, I paid 1520 Rs to MakeMyTrip for booking bus ticket using Amazon UPI transaction (HDFC account number 405988xxxxxx5585).       Sir,
      While booking a ticket from ahmedabad to kolkata via flight the money has been deducted but ticket has nor been booked. Rs 10827 has been deducted. Please refund the amount.

        Dear Team

        DID not get any revert. Request you to pls support in resolving the issue as back timings booking can not be done there must be some barriers to the same.

        I made booking on 20th July after 7:30 pm through mmt for make my day at crown plaza mayur vihar but mistakenly i have selected wrong date.i need booking for 21st July but mistakenly selected 20th July. But it was showing timings 10 am to 5 pm-20th july along with lunch(at the time of booking hotel timings already lapesd) .so kindly help and shift the date to some other date or refund the amount. I made booking after 7 pm dated 20th July and it fetch the date however timings for deal already lapsed

        I was coordinating with help desk since morning but initially they said they will provide me with resolution thn they said that concerned team denied as there will b no amendment/cancellation as per hotel policy

        But i have made booking through mmt and it fetch back timings booking which is not right and not get any revert till yet

        Pls support for the same. Either refund or adjust the same

        I will be really thankful to you

        I have been following up with mmt support number since yesterday and they said they have escalated the issue to concerned team. I have mailed also to id also given on portals but still no revert received

        Issue is still not resolved I have paid amount and they are not ready to either refund or adjust when mmt and their portal is at fault ans they took Back date booking which was already expired at the time to booking

        Pls resolve

              I booked a flight on call with MakemyTrip call support. Due to travel ban, flight was canceled and I couldn't travel. I talked to customer support before the departure date and they said that I can take refund or reschedule later. But now I am not able to connect to them through any medium. There is no reply to mails.

              I have my booking confirmation receipt.

                This complaint is regarding the misbehaviour done by one of the call operator of mmt around 8:17 am.

                I went to mmt customer support number for enquiry about flight cancellation refund process for booking id(NF[protected]) with PNR number(NRWMFE).

                I was referred to the number ([protected]) to make further enquiry.
                The operator started using vulgar words and start demeaning me. I recorded the audio of the call before disconnecting. We have the audio of the call where operator was using vulgar and abusive words which are very very offending.

                  I booked my tickets with 05 Personsby Booking id NF[protected] and Flight not operational by Airline. I had requested for refund 11 Aug 2020. After 06-07 Month in Jan 2021 Make My Trip approved my refund request. But they refunded only for 02 persons. We Just received the amount @ 3676/- in my a/c after so much struggle but the actual price of 02 Tickets was @ 4274/- . They deduct the amount @ 673/- as convince fees. I ignored it and waited for next refund of 03 persons approx. @ 7000/- . They gave me the time till 15 July 2021. but now i got notification your refund will be initiate in 13 Oct 2021. I am not understanding how much time they will take. They are still taking there convinces fees than what the staff shortage means ?

                    I had booked a flight from chennai to Ahmedabad for 18th April 2020 and paid rs 5967/- (including convenience fee of 598)
                    The airline has refunded rs 5656/- but I have received only credit of Rs 5156/- from makemytrip on 18th may 2021
                    A total of 811/- has been deducted by MMT for no reason. When airline has refunded 5656/- why should MMT deduct a further 500/- from this?

                      I had booked an indigo flight from Goa to bangalore on makemytrip app. And I was charged on the app for the seat selection. While I was about to do the web check in, the flight was a smaller (ATR) and did not have the row which I booked for. And I had to pay the seat selection fee again on indigo website. There is No way to get hold of a makemytrip executive to talk to about this.

                        My car booking Id is NC[protected] in the name of Siladitya Sengupta. However, I am unable to upload pick up address for my MMT car booking from Faridabad to Delhi airport on 23/07.2021in the link given by you. After lot of effort I could get the connection of your customer care but they are of no use in helping me modify the pick up address.
                        My pick up address is:

                        Kindly change the pick up address accordingly for my car booking on 23rd.

                          I cancelled a flight ticket, MMT app shows amount refund from cancellation is in your MMT Wallet.But in wallet balance amount shows 0.

                            This complaint is regarding a bus ticket booked from Delhi to Manali for the date 8th july 2021, ticket no.[protected], bus operator : HRTC.
                            we booked the ticket of an ordinary bus instead of volvo, so we initiated cancellation immediately after booking. The online page for cancellation was not working, so we made several calls for cancellation. Every time we cancelled the ticket through the given customer care number a message would be sent from the customer care but no information regarding the cancellation was provided. This is absolutely fraudulent behaviour. We tried to connect to a customer support executive, message was given that they we'll reach us. No contact has been made till date. what is the purpose of electronic cancellation through calls if there is no guarantee. we expected a refund with minimum cancellation charges as we initiated complaint within the time frame given for cancellation. also we believed that the tickets were cancelled so we had booked other tickets for the same trip.

                            I would like to extend my ticket with PNR OS6YDK which is scheduled on Aug 14, 2021 to Aug 16, 2021, same flight at same time.

                            I have already forwarded the request but no one has contacted even after 48 hours.

                            I am requesting so because of the changes brought in on small notice by Qatar Govt.

                            Please consider that travelling during this pandemic is not easy and comfortable, even after spending more than double the rates, so please make necessary arrangements asap keeping in mind that I am a student travelling alone and now my quarentined in Qatar which will be over on Aug 14.
                            Kindly consider my request on PRIORITY basis because delay made by you will affect my pocket .
                            I will be truly thankful.

                                I tried to book a hotel in Bengaluru from 8th-11th August, 2021 from MMT website. I paid through UPI...my money 11, 370 got deducted but booking showed unsuccessful. I tried to reach MMT through customer care number but the service is utter nonsence as I could not reach any executive. What am I suppose to do?? Such a big name but so poor standard of customer service...!!!

                                There is no decent MMT customer service to be honest...i dunno why...I had to come and complaint here...also contacted them through their Facebook page messenger...they responded their...also tried calling to some phone numbers from this website...https://contactnumbersdetails.com/makemytrip-head-office-address-customer-care-email-id-support-number-helpline-number/... One of them responded and assured me the money willl be refunded back within a week... Got the refund within 2 days finally!!!

                                    I have been trying to book a train ticket from Bhopal to banda. Since there are 10 to 12 waitlisted people, I went for the confirmed ticket option and paid extra money. However the booking got failed three times due to some technical issue on MMT and the amount got deducted. I understand that the amount will be refunded but I want to get to know when I can book a ticket without it getting failed.

                                    Being a college student, I can't afford to get stuck in a place. Neither do I have enough money to keep on trying for failed bookings. Just let me know when can I book a ticket on MMT.

                                      I booked tickets on Indigo thorough mmt but due to lockdown tickets has been cancelled.
                                      Indigo refunded Rs 4600 around but MMT refund me only Rs 460.
