My booked non stop flight was cancelled by the airline & they were offering me a 1 stop flight or full refund. Obviously I opted for full refund & which was cleared by the airline. But MMT has not refunded Rs 350 being convenience charges. Why so ? When it's not my mistake that the scheduled flight was cancelled so I should be refunded back the full amount including convenience charges. So please credit Rs 350 immediately. I am unable to talk to customer care executive via phone so am writing my grievance on this platform for a favourable resolution in line with the repute & stature of MMT. Regards

MakeMyTrip India has taken entire money from us to book a villa in Lonavala, they have even given us the receipt of the payment and confirmation of the booking and now they are denying us the villa.

I have booked a pakage to Dharamshala & Dalhousie dated 15July 2021 but on 12July there is a cloudburst in Dharmashala. I am asking for refund as per their policy but they are forcing us to travel. Even government released news not to travel at this time as it is not safe.
I just want my refund of amount ₹34602/- as i am cancelling my plan due to natural calamity and not because of any personal reason.

By mistake I uploaded a picture which I want to change urgently there is no option in MMT application to change my review.

After repeated mail also I didn't get any support and really feeling frustrated.

I don't want the picture to be displayed in review gallery.

Amount Debited but Booking Not done

Amount is debited from my account, but ticket is not booked. I am unable to contact customer support through email or helpline number

Makemytrip not refunding convenience fee for flight cancelled by the airline.

I had booked Spicejet tickets for 17th July which was later cancelled by the airline.

MMT is not refunding the convinience fee.

I had booked an railway ticket on 27/06/2021 and the amount was also deducted from my bank account and due to some id password issue the ticket got cancelled and I haven't received my refund till yet after complaining they saying no booking found I have proof of the booking and cancellation

I book my train ticket yesterday and there is a msg free cancellation so today when our plan is changed i tried to cancel my ticket the cancellation charge may apply plss help me...

Hello, me and my friend book a international flight from Bangalore to Vilnius and the flight was canceled due to some reason and after 2 month I received the refund but only 1 ticked refund i got but another ticked refund 39485 is not credited in my bank account but it is showing in app that it is credited I don't know what ### management this make my trip has . So i am looking for a instant reply for this or else I am going to file a fraudulent suit on make my trip (RRN number 6253091316026254606107 )

Payment for international sir tickets done but its not showing in trip section n coustmer care is not responding tk my query.

I booked a ticket from guwhati to barddhaman for traveling on 18 July ref id:[protected] amount 539.39 was deducted without any confirmed ticket. I tried every contact number provided but the none of them connected to any customer support.
Please refund me my full amount to my account.

I booked tickets, and i want to change dates. I bought the tickets which can be modified on purpose so that i can do this. But I’m not able to do so online neither their customer service is ready to help

I booked a ticket for me from Darbhanga to Bangalore on the 10/07/21. Reference id: IGLLMMWGD1 Amount 4299 was deducted without any confirmed ticket. I tried every contact number provided but none of them connected me to any agent.
There should be a sensible section for this issue.Plus no mail id are provided to contact them. The application contains bare minimum details, nothing useful.

I tried to delete my MMT by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

Please delete my existing account with the mobile number [protected]. As I am not able change my number which I already have.

I logged in with my new mobile by mistake and it is not allowing me to add the same number in my existing account.. please help out it is very urgent

I had booked a hotel through make my trip the amount was deducted from my account but the booking of the hotel failed. It’s not shown in my manage trips also. I have tried reaching them a lot of times, but no response.
I just want my amount refunded and want make my trip to get a better customer care support

I have a complaint regarding refund of cancelled ticket. I had booked flight ticket from Ranchi to Bhubaneswar with BOOKING ID NF[protected] for the date 05.05.2020, but due to extension of lockdown period at that time the flight was cancelled. On going through makemytrip app the refund status is shown as PROCESSED and it has been mentioned that Rs. 6, 318 has been processed in MakeMyTrip Wallet o[censored]ser [protected]@gnail.com. But the same is not being transferred to may account from which the transaction were made. In view of the above I request makemytrip to transfer my refund amount to the account. During the time of booking I had made a mistake in writing my gmail account as "[protected]@gnail.com" instead of [protected]@gmail.com".

Now when I use the above mentioned link for track my refund progress then it again want to raise compliant for the same cancellation.

Kindly provide the status of my refund and mention your email id for grievances because it is feel irritating when customer searching for complaint no. And mail but it is not available on your official website or offical application
