I booked Air Asia flight No I5-729 with Booking ID: NF[protected] from Pune to Delhi having PNR No-H5WLFN which was departed on 23 March 2020 and due to Pandemic COVID-19, I cancelled on 22 March 2020 at 21.52 hrs. I raised refund request and also I mailed to make my trip team but they still did not give any response and without any information or any resolution my refund request was closed. You are requested to look in this matter.

    I had booked 2 return air tickets from Manchester to Bombay on Etihad Airways via MMT. Travel dates were departure from MAN 7/5/2020 arriving at BOM on 8/5/2020 and return from BOM on 25/5/2020 arriving at MAN on 25/5/2020.
    These flights were obviously cancelled due to COVID.
    I have tried several times to procure refund/vouchers/open tickets for the same but have received no response from MMT.
    Moreover, the first leg of the trip is not showing on my MMT app any longer.
    I am based in England and have tried calling customer services but no one answers the line. I have requested family members in Mumbai to contact local MMT numbers but again no response.
    I have paid a substantial amount of money and am feeling cheated by MMT.
    I would like my refund ASAP!!

      This is to inform you that i have booked few tickets via MMT. My flight got rescheduled for some reason therefore finally airline cancelled my flight with full refund.

      These cancellation was done 10 June 2021 however i am yet to receive the payment from your end into my bank account. Do not send this refund into MMT wallet.

      I understand that MMT is trying to uplift the standard of customer care service however the way currently you are handling your customer, it not upto the mark. Please think about it as customer should be able to reach your customer care executives. Currently, only customer can listen to your machines.

        While trying to book for flight amount was debited twice and the payment did not go through.

        I need to know the status of the money and if it will be credited back to my account

          I have booked Air India Flight from Make my trip from Delhi to Doha. However, due to Covid, I had to cancel the ticket. I got a reply via email from make my trip that the refund request has been sent to Airindia and after their approval, we will get the refund. After waiting for more than two months I checked with AirIndia and got to know that Make My trip didn't update the refund application number yet on their portal. Tried to call make my trip customer care number a lot but all in vain as all calls are automated and there is no one to answer your queries. As well, as per the airline, they process the refund within 14 to 20 days but when I checked on make my trip account they have updated that the refund will be processed by 6th Nov which is about after 6months of cancellation of the ticket. My Eticket Number is 098-[protected] & booking id is `NN[protected]

            I booked 2 tickets from goa to indore and back, got proper refund for indore to goa ticket. But, for Goa to Indore ticket I did not get the correct refund amount of Rs. 2058 instead only got Rs 340 in my MMT wallet account. MMT is not picking up any customer care calls.

              Today I was booking a resort. I did the payment via gpay. My account got debited but the site showed that there was a failure in payment and my booking didn't went through. Now the situation is that my account has been debited but I don't have the booking of the resort

                With reference to the MakeMyTrip Invoice no: M06AI22I[protected] attached) - PNR number HDP4HD ( boarding pass attached), booking for 14th June 2021 had a confirmed booking in the name of Mr.Dileep Kumar.S with SpiceJet flight number SG 143 departure from Delhi Terminal 3 @ 20.05 hrs... Then we received this message ( attached) from SpiceJet on 14th June 2021 - saying that the booking has been revised due to operation reason.. and the revised itinerary flight details are as SG8191 June 14 2021 Delhi (Terminal 3)-Bengaluru (Terminal 1), 0615 Hrs-0850 Hrs – almost preponed to 14 hrs on same date. He was travelling from Bangalore to Delhi in SG136 and reached Delhi only by 8.40 in the morning

                Due to this sudden modification in the flight status Mr.Dileep Kumar.S was not able to take this flight and had to book another flight to reach Bangalore. This was a round trip flight – Booking NF[protected]


                We want an acknowledgment and request you to kindly refund us for this booking.
                Do let us know if any other details are required.

                We have not received any update on this compliant - wether the same has been looked into or not.

                We are also unable to call any customer support on this issue..

                    Dear Team

                    This is to bring to your notice that I have done flight booking on 13th June Booking ID - NF[protected] and due to some issues the flight was cancelled by the operator.

                    I have received my refund back to my mmt wallet and have requested the same to be refunded to my bank account from where I have actually done the payment. It's been 8 days now have not received my refund back into my account. Nor I am getting any revert or help through your customer care team.

                    Let me know when can I expect my refund back in my bank account.

                      I booked flight from Lucknow to Dubai date- 21 April 2021, but unfortunately I cancelled got refund amount 4136/- transferred to wallet.

                        No way to reach the customer care executive for any issues with booking. Always directed to app whether you call on helpline number or email them. Some issues can not be resolved by live chatbots or FAQs. MMT has moved to very pathetic customer service. Very disappointing. Better to book tickets directly with airlines or other third party apps.

                          My booking ID NF[protected] cancelled by the airline thereupon money was transferred in makemytrip Wallet.
                          I transferred the money from Wallet to my bank account and its more than one month, money is not credited in my SBI bank Account.
                          I tried all the channels to contact MakeMyTrip customer care but couldnot reach to them.
                          I tried to contact them through mail but couldnot get the reply.
                          Please advice how to get my money back into my bank account.

                            This is Ramya, I have canceled my flight ticket from Delhi to vijayawada on 8th September 2020, and the amount was to be refunded by makemytrip. The refunded amount has come up to my wallet and I opted to transfer it to my bank account in which I have submitted all my details of the bank. The refund has been initiated on 21st April 2021 by the team members but till the date I haven't received any amount from MMT. Pls do the needful asap. It's my humble request.

                                I am Paul Mudathotty from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. I booked a airticket through Makemytrip on 25 January, 2020 for travel from Indore to Cochin. The trip was scheduled for 15 April 2020. Due to covid 19 the flight was cancelled. So far my money is not refunded. It is already one and a half years since cancellation.

                                  Hi Consumer complaints forum,

                                  According to my booking I am supposed to receive Rs 500 worth of credit for a clause which I fullfill. I made the booking based on these terms as I couldn't afford the booking without the credits.

                                  After arriving at the hotel, I was informed by hotel officials to contact MakeMyTrip who would help me further.

                                  I contacted make my trip they promised resolution shortly. However, it took them more than 24 hours, after repeated reminders, to come back with a resolution. The resolution which they provided doesn't comply with offer which is mentioned in MakeMyTrip website.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I booked ticket using MakeMyTrip for round trip from dammam to Cochin (in air Arabia flight) traveling on 20th May 2020 to Cochin from Dammam and 31st May 2020 to Dammam from Cochin.

                                      Air Arabia cancelled the flight due to Corona and they refunded the ticket amount to MakeMyTrip team by 14th April 2021. And it was intimated to me by email.

                                      But MakeMyTrip trip is not returning the amount to my bank account. They are keeping this amount under MyWallet section in MakeMyTrip portal.

                                      I am not in plan to make any trips due to corona and I need this amount back in my bank account. I am not able to contact them via phone or email. They are neither answering in customer service phone calls nor providing email id to contact them.

                                      Why are you keeping this money with you, when Airlines refunded this amount??????

                                      This really un acceptable...Don't cheat customers. That during this pandemic situation.

                                      Please help me to get the refund amount back to my bank account.
