Hello MMT Team!
There is a Case ID been created by Air India for 3 passenger booking. The ticket refund request has been raised by the team. Please initiate the refund as the booking for the flight from Raipur to Jodhpur was done via Make My Trip and confirm the expected date of refund to be received on the total transaction of 14, 000 /-

Earlier i lodged my complain on 18th May 2021 no response so far received.

However the above flight had been cancelled by Go Airlines and I received in my mail two Tax credit GST invoice ( No- [protected]M3WSHI dtd 08.02.2020 for Amount 9903.00 & No- [protected]I7D6SM dated 26.02.2020 for Amount 6366.00) from GO Airlines Receiver as Make my trip .com (Tax credit GST Invoice attached for reference)
Due to Panademic Covid situation in world as well as india and considering the dull business due to Lockown Scenario I was silent, However one year and Five month already over and till today I did not receive any information from your good office in regard to cancelled amount for the AirTicket Booked through Make my Trip.

In View of above Please look into the matter and the cancelled amount may please credit in my account as your earliest.

I had booked my ticket from Bangalore to male and male to Bangalore. The flight got cancelled and MakeMyTrip is telling 180days is the refund days but as per supreme court order to air india all the refunds to happen in 21days and i am not able to contact the makemytrip people i want to raise this complaint against them.

I had cancelled the ticket directly with airline(SPICEJET) on April 30, 2021 due to repeated rescheduling, cancellation and delay of the flight for operational reason & regulatory directions. MMT unilaterally processed refund on May o1, 2021 after deducting INR 3640/- as Airline Cancellation Fee and INR 480/- as MMT Convenience Fee and paid me back INR 526/-.

The airline line vide their letter dated May 11, 2021 acknowledged the flight revision & agreed to initiate the refund. The airline further vide letter dated June 16, 2021 confirmed refund of INR 954/- on April 30, 2021 and INR 3640/- on June 07, 2021 for this PNR : RES9WD. They asked me to contact the booking agency (i.e. MMT in my case) for refund.

Hence, an amount of INR 954/- + INR 3640/- (REFUNDED BY SPICEJET) + INR 480/-(DEDUCTED BY MMT AS CONVENIENCE FEE) - INR 526/-(REFUNDED TO ME BY MMT) i.e. INR 4548/- is payable to me by MMT.

As of now, I have not got the refund in spite of confirmation given by SPICEJET on refund of payment to MMT.

I had booked indigo flight from chandigarh to mumbai and date of travelling was 24th of may 2021 but due to some reason Indigo cancelled their flight and when i enquired indigo they said they are paying the entire booking amount as a refund so they asked me to approach make my trip for my refund when i approached them they said we have already processed the refund and it will be credited in your account .. i spoke to them on 27th may 2021 today is 16th June 2021 till now i have not received my refund.

Dear Authorities,

Please strictly look into this matter that Makemytrip is not giving my refund of 16000 for over two months now. I have repeatedly followed up with them. But to no use. Please resolve the issue urgently.

I booked international flight ticket from Kuwait to Delhi for 1 st july 2020 & return ticket from 3rd August 2020 against book id. NN[protected] for Ruby Manish kumar chaurasia(wife) & Mansha chaurasia(Daughter) but could not travel by them due to flight ban from kuwait/ india because of global covid restriction .Ticket payment of Rs. 52748/-was done through HDFC bank account during booking.However i got mail from makemy trip that ticket was cancelled by them due to flight ban.Indigo is the aorlines for travel. .Refund amount of Rs.50660/-will be deposited in MMT wallet but it was not happened .when i will get the money back in MMT wallet or My bank account.My family can not travel to india from kuwait due to flight ban from kuwait/ india till today.I tried every possible way to contacy make my trip via phone and emal but everything direct me to self service portal which is no help.When i will get refund money back ?

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had booked a flight ticket from Varanasi to Bengaluru for 12-May-2019 and they have cancelled my ticket their self and they have not return my amount which is around 5500INR.

From last 2 year they were promising to return but now they are not retuned a single amount.

Flight got cancelled by the airlines and it gave a possibility of booking another flight within a year. On 8th May it gave an option for Cancellation with full refund. In makemy trip it is showing as refund status processed to wallet.
Till now i haven't received my refund amount.

I had booked my tickets from Ranchi to Hyderabad on the 3rd of May, 2021.The flight was scheduled on 5th of June, 2021. However, my ticket was cancelled by the Indigo airlines a few days before the flight was scheduled and I had initiated a refund around 15 days back. I was assured that the money would reflect in 0-2 days but it has not been refunded yet. The MMT App shows that my refund has been processed but I have not received it in my bank account yet.

We had booked a ticket from Delhi to Triuchirapally via Chennai through your site i.e.Make My Trip vide reference MMT ID NF[protected], PNR No. LIZS3C on 12th JUNE 2021 for four person.
After booking the ticket we were shocked to notice that an amount of Rs. 5, 522/- has been charged towards the head MMT Service fees.This additional amount was not mentioned in the ticket cost which is highly astonishing.
We therefore request you to kindly refund this amount at the earliest.

An early action the matter shall be highly appreciated.

I booked two air ticket for Bangalore from Patna for which I paid for Rupees 14, 864.

Then I cancelled one of the ticket and I claim from refund, I received refund money about Rupees 3287 and 4100 was deducted.

1 Did I pay through the my wallet?

If no then why you send that money in my wallet instead my account directly.

2 Why I didn't receive that refund in my account till now using your damn ### service called "Transfer to original payment mode"?

3 why the deduction money was far greater than the refund money?

I need clear verification on all these points.
Including payment Id (refund approval code in this case) and the payment id that I try to transfer the refund money from "my wallet" to my "original account" which I didn't receive any money in account to till now.

It is so hectic 😑.

I have booked two way flight from delhi to hyderabad but due to COVID reasons it got cancelled i have requested that amount to transfer from make my trip wallet to bank account but not received yet

My spice Jet Flight from Dehradun to Delhi had been cancelled by the airlines.The airlines have initiated the refund but make my trip has not credited the amount.Requesting to credit in my bank account/original payment mode asap.

I booked a train ticket using MMT .I got my ticket confirmation text from IRCTC .Due to some personal reasons I had to cancel my ticket. If I try to cancel my ticket through IRCTC it says since I booked from different website it won't allow me to cancel via IRCTC. In Make my trip app it does not show under my booking details .If I try to contact customer support they inform me that I have reached bus support and should contact train support...

Long back when i visited the property a staff reviewed their self from my phone on make my trip now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly take the required action.
resolved it immediately.

Issue 1 :
For my BLR-SXR flight on April 21st, I had cancelled 4 out of 18 tickets for which I have not received the refund of Rs9604 yet.

I have received the below messages from MakeMyTrip
20 April Message
Cancellation for MakeMyTrip Booking ID IN1B[protected] is successful. We would initiate a refund of INR 9604, once we receive the refund from the airlines*. Timelines for refund are dependent on your bank/card/wallet provider. Thank you.Team MMT.

17 May Message :
Cancellation for MakeMyTrip Booking ID IN1B[protected] is successful. We would initiate a refund of INR 4270, once we receive the refund from the airlines*. Timelines for refund are dependent on your bank/card/wallet provider. Thank you.Team MMT.

Why is there a change of amount from what was agreed during cancellation.

Issue 2:
For my BLR-SXR flight on April 21, I had cancelled 4 out of 18 tickets, in which there was a wrong ticket cancelled.

Requested for cancelling below 4 tickets

Wrong ticket is cancelled due to which i had to pay the full amount on the day of travel.
Need compensation on the ticket amount.

Booked the ticket on[protected].From chennai to tiruvallur the transaction completed and deducted the amount twice.Booking Id NR[protected], debited twice.
