Refund of Ticket NN2911852969508

Hi,
With reference to the MMT Booking ID NN[protected], I have been trying to connect with MMT customer service. Tried connecting via phone, email and Twitter, however not getting required response on Refund. They just use same response on Twitter, however my Refund query is neither answered in email nor on phone.
Ticket was booked for 19th April 2020, and due to Pandemic the ticket got cancelled and I got money in my MMT...

Reminder Refund amount not received from Make my trip

I am giving repeated complaints but MAke my Trip is not refunding my money back.
RA no is[protected]
Make My Trip has already received refund amount from AIr India but why not refunding it to me?
I had already launched complaint against Make My Trip on 23rd February 2021 but no further action by Make my Trip.
Also all the customer care nos are no reply....

I tried a domestic flight booking through the make my trip app on 14th March. Their app said transaction has been cancelled from bank side and didn't give any transaction number. The funny thing is there is no way of filing a complaint in the makemytrip site in such situations.
The bank SMS said payment has been processed with (Ref is MAKEMYTR4771630 on 14-03-21 at 23:48:55).
I made the payment with an alternate payment method,...

This is with respect to my booking NF[protected]. Amount has been deducted twice, even though once it had failed.
Haven't recived refund even after 1 month.
There is absolutely no way to contact the customer care executive, or email a complaint. It is very irritating...

Refund/Cancellation Amount not received.

Makemytrip website has informed by your app/website that the refund has been processed on 26th March, and amount credited to the account on 29th March, However even after TWO weeks (15th April 2021) the money is still not credited to my account, ICICI bank has informed me the that the UTR number provided by makemytrip DOES NOT EXIST in the system, and they cant trace it at all.

I have raised a complaint with my bank and asked...

Refund not yet received for the ticket cancelled on March 9th 2021

I had raised a cancellation request for the booking on 9th of March 2021 and still haven’t received the refund yet.

My booking ID: AN[protected] flight from COK to YYZ). As per cancellation policy the refund should have been with 10-20 days and now its more than a month.....

For my above booking I was unable to travel as my society was under containment zone, accordingly i requested the hotel for change of date for which they agreed to but since I had made booking via makemytrip, they want me to send email to them through your portal. So please help me to complete the formality so that I can make amendment to above booking.

I am down with FEVER. I am unable to take the booked flights. Since I can not go, my wife Reeta Prasad also can not go.

Issue of ticket for travel through London Airport.

I booked a ticket online in their web site from Hyd to Washington DC, USA vis London Airport on 3/3/2021 and they issued us a ticket. When the travel is on 19/4/2021. British Airways informs me that we can not travel through London Airport unless we have USA passport. This stipulation exits from Jan onwards, but still the company is issuing tickets to Indian Passport holders. My ticket is non refundable and the company is not responding to...

Pnr 97097110 flight from Delhi to Bali has been cancelled by the airlines and refunded to mmt. However, there is no option to contact mmt for refund. It is been one year, we have been trying to get the refund with no avail.

Booking cancellation for id NH7207172219476 Reference PNR 0072045921(Room 1)

Due to my society fall under containment zone i could not travel and accordingly I spoke to The Grand Mamta Hotel and they told me they are ready to amend my above booking for any future date and since I had made booking through makemytrip, they suggested me to email you. So please contact The Grand Mamta for amendment of my above booking so that I can utilize the above booking in future. Please do the needful at your earliest

Partially refund received

I have booked two ticket thru make my trip frm chennai to dehradun @RS 14292/ but indigo cancelled the flight and refunded Rs 15099/ to make my trip but make my trip refund me Rs 13685/ . i.e. Rs 607/ less which is cheating with customer and not tolerable. the flight and PNR No was TP7LSN and booking id NF[protected] .

This is for a particular booking
MMT has transferred INR 59, 722 out of the INR 84, 002 (approx.) that was to be refunded. INR 24, 280 has not been refunded to me yet
Also, I spoke to MMT agent (when they called) and explained
The agent promised to escalate the issue, send an email and also promised a call back. Nothing done so far

I have Cancelled my flight booking and that refund amount is credited to my MakeMyTrip wallet. Now that amount is not getting transferred to original payment mode as MMT is giving error while transferring the amount. Even customer care numbers are on IVRs and they are not replying to the emails. How can I reach to them to raise my concern.
I want the amount to be in my original payment mode or in bank account....
