Dear Team

This is to bring to your notice that I have done flight booking on 13th June Booking ID - NF[protected] and due to some issues the flight was cancelled by the operator.

I have received my refund back to my mmt wallet and have requested the same to be refunded to my bank account from where I have actually done the payment. It's been 8 days now have not received my refund back into my account. Nor I am getting any revert or help through your customer care team.

Let me know when can I expect my refund back in my bank account.

    Dear MMT

    I booked flight from Lucknow to Dubai date- 21 April 2021, but unfortunately I cancelled got refund amount 4136/- transferred to wallet.

    While booking mistakenly I booked from incorrect email i.e. [protected]@gmail.con which does not exist.

      No way to reach the customer care executive for any issues with booking. Always directed to app whether you call on helpline number or email them. Some issues can not be resolved by live chatbots or FAQs. MMT has moved to very pathetic customer service. Very disappointing. Better to book tickets directly with airlines or other third party apps.

        Dear Team,
        My booking ID NF[protected] cancelled by the airline thereupon money was transferred in makemytrip Wallet.
        I transferred the money from Wallet to my bank account and its more than one month, money is not credited in my SBI bank Account.
        I tried all the channels to contact MakeMyTrip customer care but couldnot reach to them.
        I tried to contact them through mail but couldnot get the reply.
        Please advice how to get my money back into my bank account.

          This is Ramya, I have canceled my flight ticket from Delhi to vijayawada on 8th September 2020, and the amount was to be refunded by makemytrip. The refunded amount has come up to my wallet and I opted to transfer it to my bank account in which I have submitted all my details of the bank. The refund has been initiated on 21st April 2021 by the team members but till the date I haven't received any amount from MMT. Pls do the needful asap. It's my humble request.

            (Rs.10009/-) of wallet in makemytrip acount has gone to my EMI credit card bearing number 2030XXXXXXXX2017 by mistake. But for your kind persual, my EMI credit card is not active now. so you are requested to re-deposit the losing amount either one of the two options given below -

              I am Paul Mudathotty from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. I booked a airticket through Makemytrip on 25 January, 2020 for travel from Indore to Cochin. The trip was scheduled for 15 April 2020. Due to covid 19 the flight was cancelled. So far my money is not refunded. It is already one and a half years since cancellation.

                Hi Consumer complaints forum,

                According to my booking I am supposed to receive Rs 500 worth of credit for a clause which I fullfill. I made the booking based on these terms as I couldn't afford the booking without the credits.

                After arriving at the hotel, I was informed by hotel officials to contact MakeMyTrip who would help me further.

                I contacted make my trip they promised resolution shortly. However, it took them more than 24 hours, after repeated reminders, to come back with a resolution. The resolution which they provided doesn't comply with offer which is mentioned in MakeMyTrip website.

                    Dear team,

                    I booked ticket using MakeMyTrip for round trip from dammam to Cochin (in air Arabia flight) traveling on 20th May 2020 to Cochin from Dammam and 31st May 2020 to Dammam from Cochin.

                    Air Arabia cancelled the flight due to Corona and they refunded the ticket amount to MakeMyTrip team by 14th April 2021. And it was intimated to me by email.

                    But MakeMyTrip trip is not returning the amount to my bank account. They are keeping this amount under MyWallet section in MakeMyTrip portal.

                    I am not in plan to make any trips due to corona and I need this amount back in my bank account. I am not able to contact them via phone or email. They are neither answering in customer service phone calls nor providing email id to contact them.

                    Why are you keeping this money with you, when Airlines refunded this amount??????

                    This really un acceptable...Don't cheat customers. That during this pandemic situation.

                    Please help me to get the refund amount back to my bank account.

                        On 11 June I cancelled my Air Canada flight and I applied for refund. It has been processed on 13 June and they are showing that your amount will be credited before 15 JUNE now it is 19 June still not money reflected in bank account. I have called customer care many times they don't pickup my call.

                          My account attached mobile number is not operational any more on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't makemytrip have an option to delete while every other site does.
                          This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                            I had booked domestic flight air tickets for my family with Make My Trip for April 2020 when we had national lockdown. The money has been refunded by the airlines and is lying in my MAKE MY TRIP WALLET. Inspite of my several calls, requests, messages and emails in the last 4 months they are not transferring the amount into my bank account. Its my hard earned money which they are using and not giving it back to me. Extremely frustrating experience and i will not recommend anyone to book through MMT in future. This is unfair.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I am writing this letter to inquire about the refund status of flights I5-991 and I5-784. (PNR X1TPTC). I canceled the flight on 10th June 2021 as the flight was getting rescheduled more than 3 times. I talked with the AIRASIA customer case and hence the cancellation was confirmed and the initiation of the refund process was started on the same day. However, I have not yet received the amount (3934/-). I have only received 350/-. I contacted AIR ASIA customer care and they have said to contact you as they have already refunded the amount to you. I have been trying to contact make my trip for more than 5 days. I have attached documents for your reference.
                              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                I had booked a flight Delhi to San Fransisco and return last year for my wife Manju Jaiswal. Booking Id NN[protected]. Due to lockdown, the flight got cancelled and hence I requested for refund. The flight was booked with Air India.
                                A PIL on the subject was filed with Supreme Court of India.The court directed that refund should be completed latest by 31 Mar2021.
                                Air India refunds the amount for flight to Make my Trip.
                                I requested for refund with Make my trip via Web form request Id [protected]. It was created on 22 April 2021.
                                Make my trip has still not refunded Rs85923.00, though they have got the same from Air India

                                    Due to Panademic Covid situation in world as well as india and considering the dull business due to Lockown Scenario I was silent, However one year and Five month already over and till today I did not receive any information from your good office in regard to cancelled amount for the AirTicket Booked through Make my Trip.

                                    when opened this site today(21.02.2022) to check the latest status of my complaint, with my great surprise i observed that it has been marked as resolved against my complaints. it is a false statement from make my trip and in this way they are deviated the huge grievances from public mind. i challenged the make my trip team to prove me wrong, Till now the complaint status is unresolved though around one year is going to complete shortly after lodging my complaints.

                                      I had booked my ticket from Bangalore to male and male to Bangalore. The flight got cancelled and MakeMyTrip is telling 180days is the refund days but as per supreme court order to air india all the refunds to happen in 21days and i am not able to contact the makemytrip people i want to raise this complaint against them.

                                        Date of Journey : MAY01, 2021, SPICE JET FLT NO: SG-3322, PNR : RES9WD

                                        I had cancelled the ticket directly with airline(SPICEJET) on April 30, 2021 due to repeated rescheduling, cancellation and delay of the flight for operational reason & regulatory directions. MMT unilaterally processed refund on May o1, 2021 after deducting INR 3640/- as Airline Cancellation Fee and INR 480/- as MMT Convenience Fee and paid me back INR 526/-.

                                        The airline line vide their letter dated May 11, 2021 acknowledged the flight revision & agreed to initiate the refund. The airline further vide letter dated June 16, 2021 confirmed refund of INR 954/- on April 30, 2021 and INR 3640/- on June 07, 2021 for this PNR : RES9WD. They asked me to contact the booking agency (i.e. MMT in my case) for refund.

                                        Hence, an amount of INR 954/- + INR 3640/- (REFUNDED BY SPICEJET) + INR 480/-(DEDUCTED BY MMT AS CONVENIENCE FEE) - INR 526/-(REFUNDED TO ME BY MMT) i.e. INR 4548/- is payable to me by MMT.

                                        As of now, I have not got the refund in spite of confirmation given by SPICEJET on refund of payment to MMT.

                                        Nobody from MakeMyTrip India contacted me as of now.
