Dear Sir,

I have scheduled my trip from tiruchirapalli to sharjah on 30th March but due to some reason the flight travel date is rescheduled. Then I approached the customer care for refund and it is done in MMT wallet.
This is to inform you that am unable to transfer the refund amount to original payment mode. The money is in my MMT wallet. There is no option displaying to transfer to original payment mode. Kindly helpbr...

The refund gateway had failed, MMT requested for an alternative Bank Details to process the refund and it was provided by me via mail, till today till refund is not credited. not sure why it is taking so long, can u please provide me the expected date for the refund to be credited on.     Dear sir,

    We booked the following flights through makemytrip on 13/02/20 for two passengers

    1) delhi to goa PNR K4KW6Q costing 8518
    2) goa to delhi PNR A8JFTE costing 7792

    Then the pandemic restrictions came into effect and the air travel was suspended

    Now Makemytrip has imposed a cancellation charge of Rs. 7792 and refunded the balance amount but I never cancelled the trip. And they are not refunding the "7792" amount to me saying that the amount was imposed by Air Asia.
    I have it in writing from me from Air Asia that they have not imposed any cancellation charges and refunded the full amount .
    I don't know who is at fault but I haven't received my Rs. 7792

    There are so many people with similar problem. The only common thing is Makemytrip. I think the company is making crores of money by duping customers like us
    Please resolve my problem

      Hi,

      MyCash of Rs 4054 which has been refunded due to flight cancellation in my makemytrip wallet and has been deducted on 1st April 2021without my consent. The amount received through flight cancellation should not get expired as mentioned in make my trip app.

        Hello there

        I recently used Make my trip to make a flight booking from Mumbai to Jaipur via AirIndia and I made a payment of 4255 using MobiKwik but as soon as the payment was complete, the transaction page on makemytrip was redirected to home page and there was no booking made. I was trying to connect to anyone at Makemytrip using the service numbers but your service is so pathetic that I could nit contact anyone. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment that I just completed so that even you guys get to know about it and definitely your service is pathetic completely. The booking was made using my phone number: [protected] and mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com.

        I was also trying to reach out to Makemytrip using some possible mail ID and these pathetic ### replied with a mail so so generic that anyone would be pissed off. I had to make an instant booking but so much of my time has been wasted that I will want to never book from make my trip. Make my trip is "USELESS"

            For booking NN[protected], amount of 36491 should be refunded. All approval from airlines is done. As per MMT status, refund was going to be credited on 5 Apr. But still refund is not credited. I also ask them to renew those gift card which are expired in which refund will come. Now status of booking is refund delayed due to technical problem but there is no update when this is going to be fix. I have constantly following on mails but there is no response. Also I do not see that booking in my trip now. Please help

              This is regarding refund of fare o[censored]navailed Air India flight that was scheduled to be conducted on 02/04/020 from Sanfrancisco (USA) to New Delhi (India) and thereof New Delhi (India) to Kolkata on account of cancellation of flight due to lockdown declared by the Govt of India. The tickets were purchased through MakeMyTrip.

              I have already claimed for the refund of the unavailed flight fare for two passengers under RA [protected] and RA [protected] dated 13/10/2020 from MakeMyTrip. However, MakeMyTrip has NOT refunded the money yet. For the last few months I was told refund would be completed by 13th April, 2021. But it has not be completed yet. Paromita Chakraborty mentioned last week within a couple of days they will get back, but no response afterwards even after many contacts.

                Recently, I have received a refund of ₹12396 in MakeMy Trip wallet. However, when I try to transfer the amount to my original pay mode — It shows that MakeMyTrip is not able to refund it to my original pay mode.
                When I try to contact the Customer Care - I could only hear the IVRs and not able to talk to any executive. The screenshots are also enclosed for your ready reference.

                    Date of Incident: 22nd January 2021

                    We had booked a ticket for an AirIndia flight via MakeMyTrip for Feb 6, 2021, from Kolkata to Chennai, for three passengers.
                    The PNR for the flight is K6FVMD and the booking ID is NF[protected].

                    The airline canceled the flight and we demanded a refund from them. They told us that MakeMyTrip, the agent is responsible for providing the refund. MakeMyTrip gave us a timeline of 180 days to refund the money.

                    The total amount spent was 13583 INR for three tickets. But yesterday, they messaged us saying that they will refund money only for two tickets, i.e., 8104 INR.

                    Despite messaging them on Facebook, they have not taken any action and are not returning our full amount. They provided a link on their Facebook Messenger saying that it is their customer service link, but when we clicked on it, no customer service page came up. It took us to their app home page. They have disabled all customer service numbers and removed the Help and Support sections from their app. Upon bringing this to their notice, they kept repeating like robots that we should use the link. I told them that the link isn't working, but they are not replying, and not doing anything to return our full refund. Please help us get our money.

                    We have been trying to get into touch with MakeMyTrip over their FB messenger. So far, they are showing no signs of returning the money. Instead they have threatened to close the request after depriving us of our legitimate money.

                    Dear sir, they are going on sending this message – 'Team is already in touch with you over the e-mail with the reference number[protected]. Please acknowledge on the same as it will expedite your resolution process.' But so far we haven't received any mail or no representative has contacted us on behalf of them.

                        I had booked a flight with MMT in Jan 2020 from Pune to Dubai. While booking, the add-on services payment failed and hence I was refunded for the add-on services INR 20, 800. This amount was refunded in our accounts in Jan 2020. The flight was scheduled for March 2020 and I had to cancel it. I worked with the airline directly to reschedule it to December 2020. This rescheduling is not updated in MMT records. I had to make an additional payment of INR 12, 895 on 10th March 2020 to Spicejet. The December flight eventually got cancelled and SpiceJet gave us a creditshell of INR 97, 455. This credit shell Spicejet finally refunded to MMT on 2nd April 2021, and asked us to liase with MMT to cordinate further. When we raised it with MMT, they refunded INR 70, 875. MMT included the INR 20, 800 refund of failed add-on transaction of Jan 2020 as well as their part of refund. When the airline has refunded (a credit shell) a amount that needs to be passed to consumer, how can MMT have their own set o[censored]nreasonable deductions. They have not taken the updated ticket details and over and above payments I have made for the ticket. I have shared all these details with MMT email [protected]@makemytrip.com on 12th April 2021. We recieved a response that case is re-opened, but never recieved a response thereafter. I have requested MMT on Twitter (handle: @makemytripcare) as well a numourous times for a callback, but all in vain.

                        I am left with no other choice but to raise complaint. Hope I reach the right ears.

                          On April 6, I cancelled my train booking from Bhubaneswar to Raipur and was expecting a refund in my wallet so that it will come instantly. Then after the amount of 2024 came to the MakeMyTrip wallet, I tried to use that amount and book a train ticket for a different date but I was unable to use the amount in my wallet. So I decided to transfer it to my bank account. I found the option for it and soon opted it. Since 6th of April, till today I haven't received my amount of Rs 2024. When u try to contact them, there's just a computerized voice which disconnects automatically. There's no other way to contact them. Now who is responsible for my refund and how am I supposed to get it.

                            Dear Sir,

                            Spicejet cancelled my air tickets for for May 21 ( PNR TEE6TD) and booking ID NF [protected] and refunded the money on 5th April 2021. with advise that money is sent to Makemytrip. However, till date the money has not been received by me in my credit card account. When I took up the matter with your company, I found that I am not able to talk to anybody in the company. When i raised issue through your helpline I am told that money has been paid on 5th April which I have not rece4ived till date. Further, in communication, my email ID is wrongly quoted as [protected]@gmail.com whereas the correct ID is [protected]@yahoo.com. Please, therefore credit my credit card account account with refund of Rs. 25000/ plus amount immediately under intimation to me. also pl don't treat the case as closed unless I get the full refund.

                            Despite repeated reminders, the money has not been refunded to me till today i.e. 21st April 2021. The messages from your side that issue is resolved are annoying as money has not been received in my credit card account from where payment was made. I am also surprised to note that though your company received the money from Spicejet on 5th April 2021, till date I dont have any communication from side that you have received money from Spice jet on 5th April 2021. Further, why should makemytrip hold my money paid to spicejet and now refunded, in their own account without intimating me.
                            Pl arrange to immediately credit my credit card account with the funds ( Rs. 25000/ plus) under intimation to me.

                              WRT MMT Booking ID NN[protected] /NN[protected], I was told that the refund process will take maximum of 180 days. Since now more than 180 days have passed but I have not received the amount nor there is any communication from your side nor the airlines side.
                              I would like to know that how much more I have to wait to get my amount refunded?

                              I would like to also know that whether the delay is from airlines side or that of travel agency side?
                              Because as per the Supreme Court notification, the Airlines have to return the amount within six months of period

                              You are requested to update me regarding the same soonest possible

                                I had booked two round tickets from Mumbai to Dehradun on Spiece jet for 23rd May 2020. My PNR No was TEE6TD. The tickets were cancelled by the airline due to lockdown in March 2020. I deamnded a refund. The airline quoted some rules and advised that the money can be refunded after March 2021. Accordingly, they refunded Rs. 25000 plus to Makemytrip. However, Makemytrip is still holding my money. In fact they have transferred the money through some email ID [protected]@yahoo.com whereas my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                I had paid the money through my credit card and expect the company to refund funds to my credit card account. However, till date, I have not received the payment. My booking ref is NF[protected]

                                Since the money was paid through a credit card, it should have been returned to the credit card account. How a travel agency can hold the payment of a customer refunded by the airlines. Secondly, the airlines have not deducted any money but Makemytrip has deducted Rs. 300/ when the trip was cancelled due to Govt of India guidelines and no deductions are made in such cases.

                                    My Airindia flight got cancelled due to covid and I rescheduled by paying extra money.
                                    Rescheduled flight again cancelled by airline. When I checked with airline they said your agent should apply for refund and we will refund it back.

                                    Trying to reach mmt so many times but no contact. Twitter, webform, call, everything tried.

                                    Please help me to get my hard earned money.

                                      Hi i booked my ticket from make my trip on 9th march for chandigarh to dubai vistara flight. And due to make my trip website issue they did double deduction from our account. After following up with them for so many times they agreed to return our money by deducting some amount last month. Till now i havent recieved my money. It is so frustating because i am unable to reach their customer support and online status it is showing payment refund delayed on make my trip website. I dont know what to do. It was supposed to come on my account by 12 april and today is 20th april and still i havent recieved my refund. Pls help!! My booking no. was NN[protected]
