Amount to be refunded back: Rs.678

I got a refund request confirmation from Makemytrip on 23rd April which states that the request is being reviewed. Till when am I expected to wait?

Also, why on the FAQ section, I see only 3 available options while none are relevant in my case.

Take this on priority.

    Sir i book my ticket on 17 January and my flight timing was on 15 February so on 14 i received a mail through your self that flight timing has been changed from 10:15 am to 11:30 am when i reached at airport they said flight take off at 10: 15 then i contact with air india they said your money will be refund in 7 to 21 days through make my trip but from last 3 months i am waiting here plz refund my money in this account [protected] are give me my RNA no. It wilp be your most kindness

      I was notified that the refund amount of rs 4964/- under approval code[protected] could not be processed due to technical issues. Kindly refund at the earliest date.

        I have booked one hotel via makemytrip on April 30 2021. here is the booking id NH[protected]. I cancelled the booking same day and you said I will get full refund of money. In the status it is saying refund is completed but still I have not received the money back. I saw many complaints of such here. what are you running now? a scam company for snatching money out of customers. Seriously you have no great option for customer care too.I am gonna report this if no further help in this matter is received.

          The above ticket was booked for the round about journey from Blore to Delhi, and from Delhi to Srinagar. However the flight did not take off on scheduled dates. In spite of my repeated request on your toll free numbers amount has not been credited till date to my account.

              I had a travel booking dated 7th May from Makemytrip to Andaman Nicobar booking id NL[protected]. I got an email from MMT on 24th Apr from email id [protected]@makemytrip saying it is not feasible to travel on these dates and i should let them know whether i want to reschedule my booking or proceed with the original booking but did not give any email id where i should inform about my decision. Keeping the current covid situation in mind i had decided not to travel but there was no option to contact MMT as they had closed all channels of communication. Their customer care numbers are not working, chats are disabled, there is no email id where we can contact them and i do not know what is happening with my booking, my money close to 1 lakh INR is stuck and MMT is holding no responsibility to atleast inform the customer that what is the status.

                I booked flight tickets from makemytrip in November 2019 for travel in May 2020 but due to lock down flights were cancelled by goair airline. The booking id with makemytrip NF[protected]. I am following up from march 1, 2021 for my money refund. The airline also refunded money to makemytrip (the mail copy is attached below). After a followup i received a refund of 6483 against a full refund value 23052. I am trying to reach them but no mail support and in my MMT page they removed the history and over phone only IVRS is available and no one can be reached. I request to Please credit the balance amount to my card and confirm.

                  Hi,

                  Recently I tried to book a ticket from Hyderabad to Bagdogra from MAKE MY TRIP app and the amount (21, 169/-) has been deducted from my HDFC account through G.Pay ( UPI Transaction id[protected] but tickets have not been processed. i have got a message saying my money will be credited to my account within 7 days, however am not able to see any credit entry from MMT.

                  Please look into this matter and refund the amount ASAP.

                    22nd of april, I was booking a train ticket but booking has cancelled. Its been 15days i didnt get my refund in my UPI. Its only 2694rupee. In status showing refund credited in your account. I didnt get any money or any refund from make my trip. I want my refund back in original payment method. Please help me out.

                      My flight from dehradun to bagdogra on 5may was being postponed twice so we had to cancell the tickets from the airlines side..they have already initiated the refund but we havent got the money yet.my PNR nmber is D8YH6C.we are students and stuck we want to go home .kindly refund the money as fast as possible if humanity is still alive because we contacted so many numbers of make my trip.they are asking personal bank details and asking us to download some anydesk apps through which they can control the details of our phone.so kindly look into the matter.

                        Refer to booking id NF[protected]. The flight ticket got cancelled and a refund request was raised on April 21, 2021. Subsequently I was requested to enter bank details to get the refund in the bank account. The refund was processed on April 22, 2021. But till date the refund was not credited. There is no way to connect with the customer executive of makemytrip.

                          While booking a flight to and from Kolkata-Varanasi, Rs 7834 was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not generated. I booked the ticket again by paying the same amount.
                          It has been 17 days since I made the booking but the amount has yet not been deposited back to my bank account. I am not able to contact the customer care.

                                We have booked a flight from Detroit to Bangalore round trip(Airfrance)through make my trip dated 08.10.2020.
                                Flight from Bangalore to Detroit was cancelled by the airlines(Airfrance) itself due to Covid pandemic international travel restriction.We have received an email from airfrance stating the cancellation.
                                We have raised a request on make my trip website.
                                As per the status on the website they are waiting for the airlines to process.The fact is that airlines didn't receive proper refund request till now from make my trip.We tried reaching make my trip customer care which is of no use.I request you to kindly look in to this and help me getting refund at the earliest.

                                  Pls refer booking ID- NU[protected]

                                  Bus booking has failed through MMT app on 10th Apr-21 from journey Nagpur to Khamgaon & amount was deducted.
                                  As app shows refund will be credited up to 14th Apr-21 but still not received.
                                  I am continuance following for refund amount but still not getting any response from MMT since 20 days.

                                  Customer has suffering for refunding amount. Pls do the needful & refund the amount on priority.

                                    I had booked a return flight from Dehradun to Lucknow and back, which was cancelled by Indigo on 29th April 2021. I requested refund from MMT. While I am still awaiting refund I received an email about the amount that would be credited to my account. MMT has charged me Rs 960 as MMT convenience fee, for the inconvenience of a cancelled flight.

                                    The email also says that I will get my refund between 18th - 25th May, even though the airline has already refunded MMT.

                                    The customer service doesnt exist. Try clicking on the 24X7 support and it redirects you to your booking page. Doesn't appear to be an ethical business. This is my first & last time using MMT.

                                        I had booked two tickets from Mumbai to Lucknow, on Indigo flight for 29th. April, 2021 online from Indigo directly. I cancelled the tickets due to change in flight timings.

                                        I got a mail from GoIbibo that my refund has been processed and that it will go into the wallet and incase I want the refund to go into the account I booked the ticket from, I should contact the Booking agency.

                                        I contacted Indigo and was shocked to find that my ticket was booked via Make My Trip when I had not done so. I would like to know how did Make My Trip come automatically into the picture as a booking agent.

                                        My PNR was PGLNRI and Booking id GOFLDMT76F[protected]

                                        I request you to kindly refund the money into my booking credit card account.
