I was booked ticket for month of May 2020 during the lockdown time Delhi to Kochi. Ticket month of February 2020..my travel date 14 the may 2020. Booking id NF[protected].i called Air India they said to refund processed to 21 st April 2021.bt make trip not giving my money and not attending my phone. Refund amount 3308. Pls help me get my money back.

I was supposed to receive a refund amount for my cancelled Indigo flight from Delhi to Goa for 10th May 2021. The cancellation was made on 18th april'21 and amount was supposed to be credited instantly to my wallet. But my wallet balance is 0.

Multiple attempts to register complaint with customer care- all in vain. Tweeted to MMT too, no use. Customer care executives close the tickets raised without providing any resolution.

Highly disappointed with @Makemytrip for stealing my money.

I have cancelled my booking and still the refund is not triggered. for bank details, MMT phone agent said link will be shared within 24-48 hours. Then said by 19-23rd Apr it will be send. Till date nothing is done. Please refund my amount quickly.

Hello, this is Smitha Satyanarayana Sarma booked the flight ticket on 11th April, 2020 of Vistara Airlines through makemytrip having booking ID:NF[protected], PNR No:NM4J3F & E-ticket No.228 - [protected], a return journey ticket from Chennai to Mumbai for 25th April 2020. On 13.04.2020 Vistara Airlines sent a SMS that the Flight UK 822 from Chennai to Mumbai on 25th Apr, scheduled to depart at 09.45 hrs. has been changed to UK 824 due to schedule change. Since the schedule has been changed by Vistara Airlines, I contacted them on 14.04.2020 to cancel my flight ticket as mentioned above and pay the full amount. I was told that they would refund the full amount as the flight was re-scheduled by them (Vistara Airlines). I, Smitha Satyanarayana Sarma, tried to call makemytrip in this regard several times but could not connect. I request you to refund the full amount of the flight ticket booked (PNR No. NM4J3F) as was informed by Vistara Airlines. Please refund the full amount immediately. I have cancelled the bus tickets which I booked from Makemytrip. It's been 3 days, but amount is still not reflected.

Booking ID- NU[protected]

MakeMyTrip has refunded the amount of canceled ticket of last year due to national lockdown on 18th March & processed the refund to the amazon pay account.Refund expected by 19th or max by 24th march'21.

Till date, I have not received the refund & there is absence for revert from company on mails & you can't even connect to their customer care executive because they have already refunded the amount.

Kindly help & arrange to provide refund.

Booked the flight from MMT from dehradun to bangalore, airlines wasn't able to fulfil the promise so moved the booking 3 days ahead and airlines responded back with full refund, now this travel aggregator CHORTRIP only refunded ~30% amount and deducted as airlines fees.
Without providing any service they deducted 70% amount while airlines is ready for full refund.

I have scheduled my trip from tiruchirapalli to sharjah on 30th March but due to some reason the flight travel date is rescheduled. Then I approached the customer care for refund and it is done in MMT wallet.
This is to inform you that am unable to transfer the refund amount to original payment mode. The money is in my MMT wallet. There is no option displaying to transfer to original payment mode. Kindly helpbr...

The refund gateway had failed, MMT requested for an alternative Bank Details to process the refund and it was provided by me via mail, till today till refund is not credited. not sure why it is taking so long, can u please provide me the expected date for the refund to be credited on. I'm a regular customer on MMT

Dear sir,

We booked the following flights through makemytrip on 13/02/20 for two passengers

1) delhi to goa PNR K4KW6Q costing 8518
2) goa to delhi PNR A8JFTE costing 7792

Then the pandemic restrictions came into effect and the air travel was suspended

Now Makemytrip has imposed a cancellation charge of Rs. 7792 and refunded the balance amount but I never cancelled the trip. And they are not refunding the "7792" amount to me saying that the amount was imposed by Air Asia.
I have it in writing from me from Air Asia that they have not imposed any cancellation charges and refunded the full amount .
I don't know who is at fault but I haven't received my Rs. 7792

There are so many people with similar problem. The only common thing is Makemytrip. I think the company is making crores of money by duping customers like us
Please resolve my problem

MyCash of Rs 4054 which has been refunded due to flight cancellation in my makemytrip wallet and has been deducted on 1st April 2021without my consent. The amount received through flight cancellation should not get expired as mentioned in make my trip app.

I recently used Make my trip to make a flight booking from Mumbai to Jaipur via AirIndia and I made a payment of 4255 using MobiKwik but as soon as the payment was complete, the transaction page on makemytrip was redirected to home page and there was no booking made. I was trying to connect to anyone at Makemytrip using the service numbers but your service is so pathetic that I could nit contact anyone. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment that I just completed so that even you guys get to know about it and definitely your service is pathetic completely. The booking was made using my phone number: [protected] and mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com.

I have cancelled flight two weeks back and the refund amount is not yet credited into my account. Customer care is nt responding. Pls help

For booking NN[protected], amount of 36491 should be refunded. All approval from airlines is done. As per MMT status, refund was going to be credited on 5 Apr. But still refund is not credited. I also ask them to renew those gift card which are expired in which refund will come. Now status of booking is refund delayed due to technical problem but there is no update when this is going to be fix. I have constantly following on mails but there is no response. Also I do not see that booking in my trip now. Please help

This is regarding refund of fare o[censored]navailed Air India flight that was scheduled to be conducted on 02/04/020 from Sanfrancisco (USA) to New Delhi (India) and thereof New Delhi (India) to Kolkata on account of cancellation of flight due to lockdown declared by the Govt of India. The tickets were purchased through MakeMyTrip.

I have already claimed for the refund of the unavailed flight fare for two passengers under RA [protected] and RA [protected] dated 13/10/2020 from MakeMyTrip. However, MakeMyTrip has NOT refunded the money yet. For the last few months I was told refund would be completed by 13th April, 2021. But it has not be completed yet. Paromita Chakraborty mentioned last week within a couple of days they will get back, but no response afterwards even after many contacts.

Recently, I have received a refund of ₹12396 in MakeMy Trip wallet. However, when I try to transfer the amount to my original pay mode — It shows that MakeMyTrip is not able to refund it to my original pay mode.
When I try to contact the Customer Care - I could only hear the IVRs and not able to talk to any executive. The screenshots are also enclosed for your ready reference.

The worse kind of service from mmt india as they are unable to update basic things like email or phone no. #mmtindia i have a refund in my ac and due to not updation of my mmt ac my rmn is not change from long time and i am unable to change my no.

We had booked a ticket for an AirIndia flight via MakeMyTrip for Feb 6, 2021, from Kolkata to Chennai, for three passengers.
The PNR for the flight is K6FVMD and the booking ID is NF[protected].

The airline canceled the flight and we demanded a refund from them. They told us that MakeMyTrip, the agent is responsible for providing the refund. MakeMyTrip gave us a timeline of 180 days to refund the money.

The total amount spent was 13583 INR for three tickets. But yesterday, they messaged us saying that they will refund money only for two tickets, i.e., 8104 INR.

Despite messaging them on Facebook, they have not taken any action and are not returning our full amount. They provided a link on their Facebook Messenger saying that it is their customer service link, but when we clicked on it, no customer service page came up. It took us to their app home page. They have disabled all customer service numbers and removed the Help and Support sections from their app. Upon bringing this to their notice, they kept repeating like robots that we should use the link. I told them that the link isn't working, but they are not replying, and not doing anything to return our full refund. Please help us get our money.
