Makemytrip website has informed by your app/website that the refund has been processed on 26th March, and amount credited to the account on 29th March, However even after TWO weeks (15th April 2021) the money is still not credited to my account, ICICI bank has informed me the that the UTR number provided by makemytrip DOES NOT EXIST in the system, and they cant trace it at all.
I have raised a complaint with my bank and asked them to provide the transaction trace.as per them the money was either transferred and the UTR number provided does not exist.
I have also received another mail from goair the airline i booked the tickets for that the balance amount of Rs 8113 also, The aforementioned refund was only partial and for Rs 10, 000 Only. Please advise me on the balance amount as well.
Please advise my ON the status of BOTH the amounts, as writing to [protected]@makemytrip.com given an automated response of checking the app. The APP has no way of raising a complaint., Calling the call center takes us to an automated response, and finally asks you check the app.
SO basically its a dead end, hence there is NO Mechanism to reach makemytrip and raise a complaint, hence the only options that would be left to me is to escalate to the appropriate authority/ministry of transportation ect to resolve
