    Dear sir /madam

    i am writing this letter to enquire about the refund status of indigo flight .( NN[protected] and NN[protected]. the flight was canceled by airlines on 6th may 2021 and 13 may 2021.i talked with the indigo airline customer care and hence the cancellation was confirmed and the initiation of refund process was started on the same day .however, i have not yet received the amount(23, 462 for NN[protected] and 2, 381 for NF[protected] ) on my m.m.t wallet . it shows 0 money. i contacted customer care and they have said to contact you as they have already refunded the amount to you .i have been trying to contact make my trip for more than one month. but they don't show any response towards my mail and call. multiple attempts to register complain with customer care all is waste. make my trip has given 3rd class service. highly disappointed with @make my trip for doing this .if this situation continues, then i will not be able to continue further. solved my problems and call me in this no. [protected].
    i have attached documents for reference. so kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    shame on you gys .aap log abhi tak mere wallet me refund ammount nahi transfer kie hai .mujhe complain kie 5 days ho chuke hai .agr baat 1 k ki hoti to samjh ata hai but tumne to mere pure 23, 462 rupee ek booking ka or another amount is 2381rupee .kha liye hai esa kon karta hai bhai .hamne itne trust ke sath hamesha apke site se hi sab booking ka kaam karte hai but aap logo ko to koi mtlb hi nahi hai cutomer se .kisi rahul tripathi ka mmt ke site sebas ek mail ata hai ki hamne apka complain accept kar lia hai .for further process need ur number but no. dene ke baad bhi koi reply nahi ata hai .kya hai yaar ye aap log bas sabhiko bas cheat karke hi paise earn karte hai .so disappointed from u.

        I had booked a cab from Kolkata to Bolpur on 19th June 2021, booking id:
        NC[protected]

        The cab driver was very rude in his behavior and denied that he represents MMT. He said that he is only representing his company ( some local car vendor).. Immediately on boarding he asked me to pay toll charges of Rs. 270/- although the actual toll ( one way) is Rs. 170/- only. I had to get dropped in between on the way and my family was to travel to teh last destination. He said that I have to pay Rs. 150/- extra just from dropping on the way . When I asked him to show document that specifies such demand, he could not show anything. He threatened to stop the car and not move further till I agreed and paid what he was demanding. I had paid 100% in advance and had my family with me - so I had no option but to agree to his unjustified demands. When I asked him for a receipt for the cash paid by me, he denied.

        I am sure these demands are not as per MMT guidelines but these local vendors are just forcing passengers to agree to their terms. This is creating a very bad name for MMT with no option to do anything under such circumstances.

        I hope this will be addressed so that necessary message is passed on to the travel vendor who sent the car to me and they are taken to task for such illegal actions.

          Hello,

          I had chosen Manali package of worth of 37K win last year i.e. March 2020 but due to Pandemic situation trip got cancelled. So as per policy I had 2 option 1. Postponed plan for 2021 2. Refund with some deduction.

          Considering overall situation I selected second option. Now Go-India Flight has returned amount to MMT but MMT is not returning to me even after multiple follow-ups and I have proof from GO-India that they have transferred amount to MMT account.

            I booked two air tickets from Delhi to Bagdogra on Indigo Airlines flight 6E-5023 from MMT on 26.06.2021. On 29.06.2021, Indigo Airlines cancelled the flight and the same caused me a lots of trouble as well as financial loss. Then on the same day I contacted MMT Customer support agent for refund and I was clearly informed that I will get full refund including MMT Convenience Fee as flight has been cancelled by the airline. But I got the message that the refund amount is Rs. 8959. But it should be Rs. 9587. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                Hi team
                I tried booking a bus from Delhi to Manali (Laxmi Holidays) through MakeMyTrip. The payment was done through ICICI Net Banking. An amount of 3257.9 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked.

                    Sir/Madam,

                    I am using your website Make My Trip to book a flight ticket with my registered email ID [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]. While making a reservation Bagdogra to Vishakapatnam using my internet banking amounting to Rs. 9731 for which payment was successfully debited and reference number IGALKNRPE6 was generated on 19.06.2021. the ticket I was trying to book was for tomorrow that is 30.06.2021. But it’s been more than 2 hours and haven't received a booking confirmation or nor amount is credited into my account.

                    I request you check the transaction and confirm the details for this transaction at the earliest as it's an urgent flight to catch and if the booking has not been done then I would request you to refund back my money.

                    I also have an account statement and confirmation from the bank regarding the same.

                      Booking ID - NC[protected]

                      Cab booking scheduled for 6AM changed time to 7AM automatically after payment. Confirmed time multiple times before payment but still changed to 7AM after payment.

                      Opening manage bookings tab to cancel the trip on makemytrip website shows 'Sorry, we could not fetch the details!!' error. Tried on different devices and different internet connections but still encountering the same error.

                      Please cancel my booking and refund the amount to my account.

                        I had booking from Pune to Delhi PNR: NF[protected] and Delhi to SFO PNR: NN[protected] dated June 26 2021. Because domestic flight got impacted due unknown reason the international flight was also needed me to cancel. Hence I request you to provide full refund towards the cancelation of both the flights. I have attached herewith the flight booking details for your reference.after calling multiple times no response & update about refund.

                            I have made a booking for Sofitel Mumbai through MakeMyTrip on June 10th, 2021 . An amount of 10, 080 INR was debited twice from my account during the booking . I have raised a complaint regarding the same multiple times . I have tried contacting MMT customer service several times through mail and phone, but the response wasn’t helping me at all . My booking id . NH[protected]. It’s been more than 15 days since I first raised the complaint, I have also shared my bank statement as proof, but I see no progress in the Refund status, I request the concerned officer to look into the matter and find a solution .

                              I have booked my flight from Mumbai to chandigarh on 27 April .which was cancelled by airline and refund of rs 4371 given by goair to make my trip on 27 may .which was not still updated into my account and today instead of 4371 they have initiated a refund of 3071 rs .1200 discount was given to me by HDFC credit card and make my trip deduced this amount from refund saying that it was instant discount.i told that that this is refund by hdfc card and they have not given this refund.the fellow told me that we will refund full amount .but nothing done.make my trip is duping people of their hard earned money useless service.i am elite member .and they are doing this useless behavior.my pnr no is GFM3PR.

                                  Hi Mr. Kalra,
                                  This is with ref. to my recent bus booking with ID NU[protected]. As you can see from the screenshot and obviously your record is that the booking was towards travelling by an AC Volvo semi-sleeper bus with an assigned seat. However, what actually came from my travel was a tempo traveller???? I was in rude shock!!!

                                  This completely ruined my travel for various reasons:
                                  - Firstly, I book a bus for any sort of night travel because it permits me to sleep during the travel saving me a day. But I could not sleep even for a minute
                                  - The roads are so bad that the drive was very choppy - it would have been convenient in a bus
                                  - My luggage was kept next to me as the tempo traveller had no provision to keep my bag in the boot.
                                  - The driver was smoking-up with some co-passengers. and more so, he was talking loudly shameless that he has alcohol bottles here next to him to a co-passenger
                                  -The tempo traveller offered me a seat right behind the driver. there was a light on full night on my headThe driver was getting irritated if me and my co-passenger fell asleep because it probably disrupts his driving.I mean really????
                                  - On asking questions of where will I get bus or will I get a bus or not, the driver would respond rudely - i understand this has nothing to do with MMT but I was already annoyed on mis-management.
                                  - the tempo traveller was so cramped that any sort of social distancing norms could not have been followed
                                  - the windows were kept shut at most times as it was raining. there was no AC. leading to suffocation
                                  - there was a strong stench making it extremely unbearable
                                  - Of all the travellers in the tempo, only 4 o[censored]s were transferred to a bus 30km from Chandigarh.

                                  I did not receive any notification of any sort from MakeMyTrip that there won't be a bus coming for my travel.

                                  My boarding time was 10:20pm and I did not receive bus details even before one hour before my scheduled departure. I kept frantically calling the bus operator who answered my call at 10:10pm and only on insistence gave me the driver's number. I called the driver almost five times which is when he answered and said he would reach in 5-10 min. Who is supposed to tell me (1) it's a tempo traveller? (2) vehicle details? (3) where exactly to be available? (4) ETA?

                                  Is MakeMyTrip on a trip to fool its travellers? Isn't it MMT's responsibility to be aware of any travel regulations? Why did you open bus bookings if bus weren't allowed to ply? Why was I issued ticket for Volvo AC bus?
                                  I expect a written response to my complaint.

                                  I have been a MMT loyalist all this while but now I am going to spread this to everyone.

                                    I booked Air Asia flight No I5-729 with Booking ID: NF[protected] from Pune to Delhi having PNR No-H5WLFN which was departed on 23 March 2020 and due to Pandemic COVID-19, I cancelled on 22 March 2020 at 21.52 hrs. I raised refund request and also I mailed to make my trip team but they still did not give any response and without any information or any resolution my refund request was closed. You are requested to look in this matter.

                                      I had booked 2 return air tickets from Manchester to Bombay on Etihad Airways via MMT. Travel dates were departure from MAN 7/5/2020 arriving at BOM on 8/5/2020 and return from BOM on 25/5/2020 arriving at MAN on 25/5/2020.
                                      These flights were obviously cancelled due to COVID.
                                      I have tried several times to procure refund/vouchers/open tickets for the same but have received no response from MMT.
                                      Moreover, the first leg of the trip is not showing on my MMT app any longer.
                                      I am based in England and have tried calling customer services but no one answers the line. I have requested family members in Mumbai to contact local MMT numbers but again no response.
                                      I have paid a substantial amount of money and am feeling cheated by MMT.
                                      I would like my refund ASAP!!

                                        I understand that MMT is trying to uplift the standard of customer care service however the way currently you are handling your customer, it not upto the mark. Please think about it as customer should be able to reach your customer care executives. Currently, only customer can listen to your machines.
