      My Flight booking ID NF[protected] was cancelled by the Airline on 26/3/2021 and I have received a message from Make my trip the refund has been processed on 28/3/2021 and the refund of Rs 2345/- has been transferred to wallet . But I could not find this amount in the MMT wallet.

      I had a booked a hotel and after a reason i cancelled the booking before the cancelled time period and then i got a msg from makemytrip that is.. Your refund send your payment account between 29/03/2021 to 01/04/2021 but they don't refund yet.

        Hi, My booking ID is NF[protected]. I have booked flight from Coimbatore to Mumbai via Hyderbad (Indigo) and Mumbai to Coimbatore (Spice Jet) both in the same itinerary. Both up and down tickets for 2 passengers.

        Spice Jet had cancelled the flight from Mumbai to Coimbatore due to non operational reason. I submitted the cancelation form from Makemytrip app and recieved a refund.

        Then I cancelled the flight from Coimbatore to Mumbai via Hyderabad (Indigo) directly from the airline on 4th of March for 2 passengers. After that I cannot see the cancellation button and the cancelation form in the Makemytrip app. Its is still showing that my Indigo flight is active. 2 days later I called the Makemytrip customer care and they canceled the flight from their side.

        After the makemytrip customer care cancelled, in the app it showed that I will recieve a refund on 29th March and the status showed as "Refund under process" and "We are constantly following up with the airline on the refund and will process it as soon as we recieve from the airline".

        After cancelling directly from the airline (Indigo), I called the airline the next day and they said that they have already processed the refund and given it to Makemytrip and also said that maximum by 6th or 7th of March Makrmytrip can see the refund.

        Today is 2nd of April and still the status in makemytrip app is showing as Refund under process" and "We are constantly following up with the airline on the refund and will process it as soon as we recieve from the airline". Makemytrip has already recieved the refund from the airline almost a month back but they are still holding it and not refunding me to my account.

        If I call the customer care, I am unable to connect to the Domestic airline customer care of Makemytrip, the email I send gets rejected saying it's "no reply email". I don't have any option to contact Makemytrip too.

        Makemytrip has already received the refund from the airline but now they are not refunding me and intentionally blocked my phone number from getting connected to domestic airline. It stops with the IVR recording and disconnects.

        Please note that the cancellation and cancellation form is unavailable in my makemytrip app. The customer care agent has already cancelled and submitted the form from his side on March 4th.

        Please refund me the amount immediately and make no delays for Coimbatore to Mumbai via Hyderbad (Indigo) cancelled flight for 2 passengers.

        I read your comments TODAY on makemytrip app. THIS IS A LIE.

        Firstly, as I said in my complaint yesterday, I cancelled on 4th March and next day Indigo Airlines confirmed me that they have already issued the refund to Makemytrip. They also told me that Makemytrip will be able to see the refund by 6th or 7th of March.

        Still, from past 1 month including today, I often kept following up with Indigo to check if they have refunded and they said the same all the time that they have already issued the refund next day to Makemytrip after I cancelled the flight and that Makemytrip would be able to see the refund on 6th or 7th of March .

        YOUR COMMENTS THAT REFUND IS UNDER PROCESS AND NOT ISSUED BY AIRLINES DUE TO COVID IS A CLEAR LIE!

        Secondly, in the comments it says that it was last updated on 29th March. In fact, the comments were actually updated today on 3rd of April. Check my complaint yesterday where I have attached the screen shots and there these comments were not there. If you had updated in 29th of March then why weren't the comments there in the screen shots yesterday?!

        LIES UPON LIES! SHAME ON YOU AND NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM MAKEMYTRIP!

        ONCE AGAIN, AIRLINE HAS ALREADY ISSUED MY REFUND NEXT DAY AFTER I CANCELLED. SO STOP LYING THAT THE AIRLINE DID NOT REFUND GIVING LAME EXCUSES ABOUT COVID. AND STOP LYING ABOUT THE LAST UPDATE DATE.

        PLEASE REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY.

        In continuation to my previous email, I also want to provide the Refund Reference number from Indigo that they have initiated both the refund of 5th of March to Makmytrip.

        (2) Indigo Airlines Refund Reference #[protected] = Rs. 5, 806

        And you lied that the Indigo Airline shave not issued the refund to Makemytrip due to Covid. This shows how much you scam the customers

          I try to book a ticket for my trip from Hyderabad to goa on the date 10 April 2021 through the Make my trip India website I have paid money 8328 ( eight thousand three twenty-eight rupees )has been debited but a ticket is not booked, i didn't receive any SMS and Mail confirmation, please let us know how i will get that money refund.

            Booked for flights reservation in Indigo Airlines for travel from Delhi to Dehradun and return vide PNRs:HKRD6D & OGT3US.
            Due to flights cancellation the airlines have initiated refund of booking amount in the form of credit shell for future availing of reservation against the amount in credit.
            When contacted the airlines today (01.04.2021) to know the status of credit shell balance, airlines said they have refunded the booking amount against the PNRs stated above to the booking agency account. Amounts involved are Rs.5512 and Rs.5974 at the time of booking.
            Now I expect the total of above amount with interest payable to date from MakeMyTrip to my bank account immediately.
            Please arrange the refund claim and confirm.

                    Gift card refund and validity for the gift card

                    My gift card of 10, 000 worth was valid till 31st of march 2021, and while booking my hotel from the gift card, the transaction failed two times, on 31st march 2021,
                    i get messages of that due to technical glitch my transaction failed and the amount will be refunded to my card, within 12-15 days,
                    but how am i suppose to use it as my card validity has expired.

                    I had booked a hotel package from mmt for Maldives. My booking included two nights in beach villa and two nights in water villa. However, when I checked into the hotel I was informed that all my four nights are in the beach villa and I should check with my agent. Please note, hotel does not deal with MMT but they deal with Agoda. So agoda is the intermediary between mmt and hotel. Now mmt does not have a email or chat option. There is only a customer care number which is very difficult to get through. Since I did not have network, I asked my friend in indiar to connect with mmt and check the issue. I assumed it might be a small miscommunication and should be rectified soon. The first day went by with mmt not giving any substantial reply. After admitting there has been a mistake somewhere, they kept telling my friend that they will get back soon. The day ended but mmt never called back. I started bashing them on twitter and other social media but their twitter support also stopped replying.
                    Day 2, they accepted now that the mistake is on mmt side and not agoda and they need to pay the hotel more money for the upgraded water villa. So I was like pay it because it is your mistake. I have already made my payment. MMT said they are working on it but asked me to block the room since they payment will take an hour and they don't want the room to be sold out. After an hour they said that the hotel is saying rooms are sold out and water villa is not available. Mind you I'm in Maldives. I walk up to the reception to check and guess what. They rooms are very much available. Their lie was caught. I could even book the same room through their own site and it showed available. I lost it there and asked the guy to explain. Now he accepted he lied and here comes the settlement offer.
                    He started off with ₹5000 as a refund. Imagine a ₹5000 refund for a room that costed ₹50000 for two nights. When I refused, he begged me to agree to just one night in the water villa. I refused and threatened severe action. Finally at 7pm he upgraded my room. First I thought this was a genuine mistake and they just wanted to bear minimum losses for their mistake but then I found a female on Insta who had the exact same issue with MMT at the exact same hotel. Only difference is that she got to know about it in advance while she was in India (trip was after a week). I am convinced mmt offers heavy discounts to lure naive customers. Most do not fight back unlike me and that's where they make a huge profit by charging customers higher rates for lower standard rooms.

                      I booked a ticket from Sangli to Pune via the Makemytrip website, after processing my payment they showed that the payment had failed but the amount was deducted form my bank account.
                      I have screenshots as a proof.
                      I tried to contact the company but to no avail, they have nearly made it impossible for me to contact them.
                      I tried calling several numbers, no response.
                      The customer service number is useless as they do not have an option regarding payment issues and they don't redirect you to a human attendee.
                      The customer service has truly gone down hill.
                      Horrible.

                        As per above subject my ticket was booked on 09/10/2019 which was cancelled on 18/06/2020 due to Covid 19 via make my trip, from 18/06/2020 to till date I have been mailing to several people on several mails for my refund
                        ([protected]@makemytrip.com, [protected]@makemytrip.com, [protected]@makemytrip.com, [protected]@makemytrip.com, and many more) but till date there is no proper reply from your end for my refund.
                        As per talk with your executives they said that we had already made refund for my application No. [protected] to Air India on 21/06/2020, but as per Air India people they have not received any kind of RA till date.
                        I have been suffering for my refund since June 2020 to till date I haven't received any refund.

                            Too many follow ups with zero action. P lease find attached

                            Now, I'm a loyal MMT customer, who runs a tour business. I made 39 Indigo flight bookings during the covid time period (May 2020) through MMT. due to unfortunate time the flights got automatically cancelled and the airline (Indigo) settled all the money by Nov-2020. I stayed patient till Feb 2021 end of month and I started following it up for my refund with MMT since 01-March 2021 with no luck, what was hurting was everytime I call customer support I get different answers and the same has been logged. I have tried all the options but still my refund of (INR 33000 & 22000) is struck with MMT. We are from a typical middle class family and this money is huge for us. Please help us

                              I had booked Jet Airways flight in April 2019. However after Jet Airways shut down the flight was cancelled. Till today I have not received the refund for the flight. Not sure whom to ask or complaint.
                              The flight details are no more available in MMT for me to followup or check. Also I do not see any activity or action from MMT for last 1 year in trying to get the refund or work upon it.

                                I am writing this mail to check as to what was the issue with regards to my reimbursement of my tickets money. I had booked my flight tickets on 23 Mar 21 erroneously for 29 Mar 21. The total booking amount was Rs 12570.00. After lot of efforts i got in touch with MMT customer care and was able to speak to Mr vishal. He told me to cancel the tickets and re-book the tickets for 24 mar 21 afresh. I was told me that i would be refunded the entire amount except Rs. 150. On his directive I cancelled the tickets and booked fresh tickets for travel on 24 Mar 21. As I serve in Indian navy, I was to go sailing the next day and hence could not check the refund status. I had an emergency at home, wherein I lost my grandmother and hence my wife also could not check the refund status. post return from deployment i checked my account and found that only 4500 rs have been refunded to me. I am not able to get in touch with customer care and also have to go for deployment again from 30 mar 21. Will be only able to be back on 03 apr 21. In the interim I request you to please check my case and initiate refund of the balance amount. looking forward to a positive reply from your esteemed company.                                   Failed booking but money charged from credit card

                                  I tried an international hotel booking through the make my trip app on[protected]. Their app said transaction has been cancelled from bank side and didn't give any transaction number. The funny thing is there is no way of filing a complaint in the makemytrip site in such situations.
                                  The bank SMS said payment has been processed with (Ref is MAKEMYTR4771630 on 27-3-21 at 00:58:06).

                                  I got a flight booking (from Delhi to Pune Booking ID NF[protected], booking email- [protected]@gmail.com) canceled due to the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020 and got a refund in my wallet against it. Due to the ongoing situations of Covid-19, I didn't get a chance to do any booking by the amount that I had in my wallet and it is written that it will expire on the 31st of March 2021. The option of taking the wallet balance back to the original payment mode is displayed on the canceled booking page but no legit option regarding this is available on the wallet page. It is my humble request that my complaint should be resolved before I bear the loss of my wallet balance.
