Updated by Frost7404 I read your comments TODAY on makemytrip app. THIS IS A LIE.
Firstly, as I said in my complaint yesterday, I cancelled on 4th March and next day Indigo Airlines confirmed me that they have already issued the refund to Makemytrip. They also told me that Makemytrip will be able to see the refund by 6th or 7th of March.
Still, from past 1 month including today, I often kept following up with Indigo to check if they have refunded and they said the same all the time that they have already issued the refund next day to Makemytrip after I cancelled the flight and that Makemytrip would be able to see the refund on 6th or 7th of March .
YOUR COMMENTS THAT REFUND IS UNDER PROCESS AND NOT ISSUED BY AIRLINES DUE TO COVID IS A CLEAR LIE!
Secondly, in the comments it says that it was last updated on 29th March. In fact, the comments were actually updated today on 3rd of April. Check my complaint yesterday where I have attached the screen shots and there these comments were not there. If you had updated in 29th of March then why weren't the comments there in the screen shots yesterday?!
LIES UPON LIES! SHAME ON YOU AND NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM MAKEMYTRIP!
ONCE AGAIN, AIRLINE HAS ALREADY ISSUED MY REFUND NEXT DAY AFTER I CANCELLED. SO STOP LYING THAT THE AIRLINE DID NOT REFUND GIVING LAME EXCUSES ABOUT COVID. AND STOP LYING ABOUT THE LAST UPDATE DATE.
PLEASE REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY.

Updated by Frost7404 In continuation to my previous email, I also want to provide the Refund Reference number from Indigo that they have initiated both the refund of 5th of March to Makmytrip.

And you lied that the Indigo Airline shave not issued the refund to Makemytrip due to Covid. This shows how much you scam the customers
