I have made refund request to my bank ( the original payment mode) on last 01 Feb 2021 from my make my trip wallet. As given dead line 08 Feb 2021 is over till my amount is not crediited in my account. As I spoken to customer service of make my trip, they tell refund can not be initiated in original pay method (Amazon Pay) as it has been more than 6 months. However MMT Apps shows that refund has been processed in Amazon pay method. I again called customer support and they tell refund will be credited in your bank account and share your detls and i share the requisite detls accordingly. However, despite lapse of several days my refund not credited in my bank statement. In this all screenshot is attached for your information and necessary action please.

    I got email from MMT ON 6th January. A refund of 10, 434 has been processed. But until now I didn't get any refund. Sent so many mails to MMT but not responding. Called so many times, but not giving a proper reply. My booking ID: NN[protected]. I am going to complaint MMT legally.

      I had booked flight from Hyd to Male, it was connecting flight via Mumbai. The Flights got cancelled by the airline itself not us. For refund we had to follow up 4 months but did not get any single response over mails. Customer call number is waste it never connects. We had to raise complain in Fegal forum where we lost amount 6000 for the Fee. We got the refund finally but after dedcuting 2400/- convienice fee which they told they will refund after the whole refund process gets completed. And after that noone is responding over mail over call no where . Flights were cancelled by Airlines, we struggled to get refund of 80K amount for 3-4 months and they deducted 2400 for single booking . Never going to make anyy booking from this site. Just Pathetic!

        I booked online flight ticket using MMT aap on 24th March, 2021. Ticket booked for the flight for a round trip for one person from New Hyderabad to Bangalore through HDFC debit card option. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank.

        The total amount got deducted from my account was Rs. 6807 (Transaction Id MAKEMYTR4771630 ).

        After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the booking page it showed transaction failed. But the amount got deducted from my account.

        I have not received any ticket, no booking ID nothing as it simply redirected me to the home page instead of ticket page.

        Please look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my amount without any further
        delay.

          For a cancelled booking, MMT requested a NEFT to transfer the amount to my Citibank account. I have sent them the Bank statement as well that I have not received such amount.
          Citibank asked me to provide the Source bank details, UTR, ARN Number but MMT is not helping me with that and not responding to the mails. The refund is for more than 13000 and is not a small amount. They are providing no service to me when I book all m travels through MMT.

                i booked last year ahmedabad to cochin go air lines flight ticket through make my trip but in corona issues not cancelled this thicket now i received one mail for go airlines to give refund full amount for makemy trip. they already explain before 7 days you receive refund for my account now already finish that date also, but unfortunately i not receive that refund for your side i add flight details and go airlinece mail copy also.check this mail and kindly provide my refund immediately

                  Amount of 8100.00 rs has been debited from my bank on[protected] which is paid to make my trip for a hotel booking and where booking is not made and the amount is also not been refunded by bank or either make my trip.

                    M feeling very upset to book the ticket from make my trip. I had booked a bus ticket from patna to ranchi for 6th March. the bus was scheduled to depart at 8:30 pm and when i reached the bus stand and called the bus operator i was very surprised to know that the bus was cancelled for that night.for this i hadnt received any call from Make My trip nor the bus operator and in the middle of the night i was left no where to go and to my good luck i got a single ticket for the last bus from patna.The journey was not comfortable at all.
                    When I called the customer care of Make my trip everytime auto reply was on and call was getting disconnected.

                    Since the journey was not done on the booked bus hence pls return the ticket fare asap.
                    Had written mail on 8th but till now have got no revert either written or telephonic till date.

                      My flight is cancelled by airline due to operational reason on last year 23 march from Delhi to Kullu.
                      I have booked my flight from Make My Trip.

                      and I have raised my refund request through make my trip around 6 months before but they still now not raised to Air India.

                          I’ve tried to book bus tickets from mmt .. i was booking the ticket without logging into the account on my desktop .. everything was fine but during the payment it shown some error and my money has been deducted..and i tried contacting the customer care so many times .. there is no response at all and no number is working.. here i uploaded my bank statement too

                            This in reference to the previous complaint made on your forum, the complain no is id: 2823612.
                            [i booked an online ticket using makemytrip site on 1 march 2021. The ticket was booked in the train 05043 / ljn kgm spl (Lucknow to kathgodam), i used my sbi debit card to make the payment. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total amount of rs. 699.93 got deducted from my account.
                            I have not received any confirmation from make my trip regarding my booking. No ticket, no booking id as after the entire transaction it simply redirected to the home page and not to the ticket page. The company has an automated system and asks for a booking id which i did not receive since i did not get any ticket.
                            Please look into the matter and refund the amount.]
                            Later i received a mail from make my trip on the 4th march saying that i'd get my refund within the next 3 working days, which i have still not got. This slackness in dealing with the issue from make my trip has completely disappointed me. Kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my refund.

                            1) i have attached a snapshot of my bank passbook which clearly shows that the amount was transferred to make my trip.

                              I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to London on Oman Air via Makemytrip on 4th Feb 2020. Thanks to the COVID situation, the flights were not operational. I was advised by MMT to await a full year before processing a refund so that I could avail a complete refund. I accordingly processed the request on Feb 4th 2021. The Airline has directly confirmed to me that the request has been processed on 6th March 2021 and that I should connect with the Agent, in this case, Makemytrip.

                              While I appreciate that during covid, they may have scaled down their services
                              1) Their numbers insist you pick one of 3 (irrelevant options from an IVR. The person who answers is helpless because they are in railways team and not International flights. Yes, the 3 options I am getting are all totally disconnected rail booking options! Emails to [protected]@makemytrip are not being responded to. Tweets are asking for 48 hours to revert. Even that 48 hour window expired on 18th March at 13.35hrs. Really really need some hlep with getting my hard earned money back. MMT seems to be generating interest in my name.

                                Transfer my wallet amount to bank account

                                We booked the ticket via Makemytrip using my credit card. My credit card has expired and I am not getting a new card.The ticket was canceled and the amount was credited to my wallet. I have only one option: transfer my wallet amount to original payment mode. So I am not able to transfer the amount from the Makemytrip wallet to my bank account. Can you please tell me if there any other possibilities to send my money to my bank account....

                                On 20th March 2021, at 1:23 am made a booking for the bus travel from bangalore to Goa. Had opted for paying using gpay. The money was debited from gpay however no booking was made on makemy trip and nor I received any booking details from makemy trip. I received the debited message only from my bank.

                                Would like to know who can I get in touch with to retrieve the debited amount back.

                                  Dear Fraud company,

                                  I'm tired of you. I've read even on Google how many people you have looted. I found no link to contact you through app, your customer care number is useless. I made a room booking today and paid through my hdfc card and the money got deducted but the room was not booked and so I wasn't provided any booking id. My transaction number is [protected]. Amount deducted is 2, 031 INR. In future I'm never making any advance payment at MMT.

                                    As mentioned in subject, Makemytrip is not refunding remaining amount. The worst part is there is not way to connect to their customer support. Only way is through app and in that also its says amount refunded as shown in image attached. So provide a way to contact their support i.e., human beings instead of chatbots to solve this issue.

                                      I booked a ticket on 11th February no ticket booked but money deducted. 4770 deducted from account and 1560 from wallet. After continous complain they refunded 4770 on my account. On asking for money deducted from wallet they keep seeking time. I want a call back but they never called.
