So it was our check-in day @summer house and was excited to have a great stay and service mentioned while booking but it turned off the impression of a 5 star hotel.
Firstly, nobody was cautious due to the COVID situation & they didn't checked the temperature. ITs a BASIC thing.
Secondly, I've booked a deluxe room with a balcony
But they have provided a room without balcony (ground floor room).
Note: Ground floor room is not called balcony room in any hospitality industry.
After I called to MakeMyTrip support team they have also not helped post which they connect me to Hotel general manager Mr. Samarth Singhal- he was obnoxious in treating and greeting guests, his snooty attitude degraded the image of the hotel and staff members.
I have traveled 350km far for this trip and after a binge discussion with Samarth and the team- who were not helpful at all, they have given me room w/o balcony.
After entering, the setup box was not recharged, I called reception multiple times but there was a delay to it not fixed,
Coming onto food, non-veg was not available and while ordering it was told that it will be available next day in lunch, however, it wasn't.
Whomsoever we ask for food or room or anything they come up with one statement " I don't know, I am new here ".
Room service is too slow,
An exception is everywhere and It was a non-satisfactory stay, a plethora of things were not acceptable. They should maintain the dignity of the hotel by keeping the above points in place.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
