Spice jet has claimed that they have credit the cancellation amount in my credit shell account, but that cannot be used on spice jet website because the booking was made through Make my trip. But I do not see any option on make my trip to use my credit...

I tried to book a flight ticket in Make Mytrip website. The payment has been done but ticket booking was failed. I contacted my bank for the above transaction. They confirmed the settlement of the same transaction. Moreover, I couldn't contact any customer care of the Make My trip for the past 2 months. Please register the complaint against Make Mytrip. I have booked Air India Flight AI-469 from Delhi to Nagpur on 31st Oct 2020. Airline PNR is 098-[protected].

Basically, I was traveling from Wuhan (China) to Delhi by Vande Bharat Mission Flight number AI-1315 dated 30th Oct 2020. Then I have connected the flight to Nagpur. The flight from Wuhan delayed departure and reached late to Delhi on 31st Oct 2020 morning....

I had done following three bookings and subsequently airlines had cancelled these flights due to lockdown. Have not received the credit so far. When I contacted Airlines, they asked me to check with Makemytrip:

However due to Covid this booking (done in Jan'20) got cancelled and the refund has been issued in Jan'21. However in the meanwhile my wallet money became liable to expire but coz I didn't had the opportunity to utilise the same wallet money as it was pending for reversal hence this shouldn't be shown as expired. I booked a round trip between Indian and Ukraine on 6-2-2020 which was to fly on[protected] but got cancelled by the airline (AIR ASTANA) itself due to COVID and I have been waiting for the refund for so long now. The amount is approximately 42000INR and i need the money urgently now....

I'm unable to use 'Credit Shell' amount for a booking done through MakeMyTrip on the Spicejet airlines.

I had made flight booking from Mumbai to London via Air Andia on MakeMyTrip. The flight was cancelled by AirIndia and MakeMyTrip initiated refund to me. The refund calculation was incorrect and on reaching out to MakeMyTrip they confirmed the same and informed me via mail that amount of Rs. 3360 was remaining to be refunded and it will be refunded after 30 days. I have booked a flight ticket through MMT App from Bangalore to Mumbai for 07.01.2021 and then I had rescheduled it for 08.01.2021.

I have been trying to get in touch with make my trips customer care for a while but to no avail.

We booked flight tickets for my husband, child and me in Feb for April, but the lockdown was imposed. Hence the flights were not operational. Then we had to put more money and make another booking for July which again was not operational due to lockdown. Overall...

As per MakeMyTrip website, the refund was completed on 18th Dec. but the amount has not yet been credited to my account as of 21st Jan.
There hasnt been any reply from MakeMyTrip on my repeated attempts to contact them. Their 24X7 hotline is not responsive and there is no support person available to talk to me.

What do I need to do?

Refund amount not recived since October 2020 airline alreadybrefund the ticket. As per my bank MMT refunded the ticket to ther merchank bank not to customer's bank. Kindly look into it asap without further delay . Hoping for a quick response....
