I'd purchased ticket but cancelled from your end as detailed below :

Dear Sagolshem Sukumar,

We regret to inform you that your flight booking NF[protected] has failed. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please be informed that we have initiated the refund of INR 9136 and you will receive the same as per your bank's processing policies.

Further I've not received till today any refund. Pl look into the matter & do the needful without delay.

    My Name is Pramod Singh, I have booked Bus Ticket from MakeMyTrip Mobile Application Booking ID NU[protected] Reference PNR 26V8CTZ3 for Journey from Mumbai to Pune, I have booked Bus ticket from Mumbai to Pune in Shivshaahi AC bus from Mumbai Maitri park to Yervada, Pune. I paid 300₹ online, but without any intimation Bus got changed, and now I am traveling in Non-AC ST Bus of Maharashtra State . So requesting you to please refund my balance amount which I have paid extra for AC bus ticket booking.

      On 21 january we booked tickets for 5 passenger from udaipur to raipurthorugh make my trip indigo flights. The amount of rs 29105.00 has been deducted from our bank account but we havent recieved ticket confirmation or pnr. there has been no reply from make my trip also no customer care service is available or giving required information.

        I booked a round trip from Ahemdabad to Chennai from MMT last march month. Due to corona flight didn't take off. I entitled to a refund but MMT just delaying my refund for one year. (Booking ID : NF[protected]). As per the customer executive every time they raised a refund request and proceed. But I never get my money in my account.
        More than 25 times complained at various platform like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and customer executive.

          I was booking a flight from Mumbai to Chandigarh. I finalized the flight, travellers as well as the seats. After payment, I received the tickets from MMT which were for a different flight. I want full refund as this is a mistake made by MMT.

              I have booked a flight ticket through MMT App from Bangalore to Mumbai for 07.01.2021 and then I had rescheduled it for 08.01.2021.

              While Rescheduling the flight I have paid Rescheduling charges on MakeMyTrip App. I (I have shared a screenshot of payment for your reference).

              But when I was checking-in at Airport, GoAir representative told me that payment from MakeMyTrip was not reflecting in their system and you have to pay the Rescheduling charges.

              I had called MakeMyTrip support team and asked for assistance on the above issue and MMT Rep. told me to pay the Rescheduling charges to GoAir and then MMT will refund your amount.

              I have also attached a payment receipt of GoAir with this mail.

              And I have also mentioned the ticket id generated during my call with MMT Rep. for your reference.

              Please initiate my refund request at the earliest.

                I had purchased two return ticket through Makemytrip in Air India flight for my parents in law from Kolkata to Madrid on 15th February 2020 with the return flight on 28th April 2020. They had travelled to Madrid on 15th February but due to COVID-19 caused lockdown, air India cancelled the return ticket from Madrid to Kolkata on 28th April.

                I had raised a refund request on Makemytrip on 19th August and received a response that my refund application (RA) vide reference number [protected] / [protected] has been raised with the airline and I will get the refund within 45-60 days. However I have not received any refund till now and when I tried to call to Makemytrip customer care, it always gives an automated response only. Please process my refund request as soon as possible.

                  I have been trying to get in touch with make my trips customer care for a while but to no avail.

                  We booked flight tickets for my husband, child and me in Feb for April, but the lockdown was imposed. Hence the flights were not operational. Then we had to put more money and make another booking for July which again was not operational due to lockdown. Overall I have spent about1.5 lakhs. Please understand this is not throw away money. I know make my trip didn't call the lockdown, but they did take the bookings, twice. Since April I've been asking for my money. It is a huge loss to me and is hard earned. In August, I surprisingly got in touch with an agent over the phone who guaranteed that my money will be refunded in 20-25 days. In November they sent me an email saying that they will refund after a penalty even though flights did not take off. However I didn’t get the money back.

                  Now I asked to reissue our tickets as we got our visa extension. But again they are not reissuing and saying that the airlines which is Air Canada is working on it. Please help to reissue otherwise our visa’s will expire again.

                  I’m not asking for refund now. Just reissue my tickets, I’m also willing to pay difference if any. I have limited time only before my visa expires again. Please help.

                  I have already shared details of flight that I’d like to rebook on the 13th of January via email with one of their employees. This is the details shared:

                  Flight: Air India(AI 191 | 788), Air Canada (AC 7649 | E75) Via Newark
                  Flight time: 1:35 AM
                  Number of Passengers : 3
                  Passenger 1: male 36 years
                  Passenger 2: female 32 years
                  Passenger 3: male 2 years

                  I have also notified them via the same email that I’m flexible with the dates by 3-4 days as well as flights.

                  I have been in daily correspondence with the said employee who says that she had notified Air Canada and that Air Canada is flooded with queries and needs more time. However she’s not sharing any turn around time to have this resolved. I am in a rush because our visa’s have a limited validity. Please can you resolve this. I just need this to be reissued.
                  Not heard from Makemytrip trip yet about options, I’m highly frustrated and stressed. I’m only asking for the service for which they’ve taken the money. Why so much mental torture and harassment to get the service that I paid for. When will they reply?
                  When will the tickets be reissued. My visa validity is of limited period only. After my visa expires I have no need for the tickets and then if they give me the tickets it will be useless. Please expedite and resolve this. I cannot proceed with any other arrangements since tickets are not issued. Please help.

                    As per MakeMyTrip website, the refund was completed on 18th Dec. but the amount has not yet been credited to my account as of 21st Jan.
                    There hasnt been any reply from MakeMyTrip on my repeated attempts to contact them. Their 24X7 hotline is not responsive and there is no support person available to talk to me.

                    What do I need to do?

                          Ticket booking not allowed by make my Trip

                          I have booked 2 tickets on 27 feb 2020 for journey on 6th may 2020 bearing booking id Booking ID - NF[protected] and NF[protected] from Delhi to Srinagar by SPICE JET SG 957 through Make my trip.Due to cancellation of all flights for Covid 19 .Now i trying to book ticket of same passengers from Delhi to Srinagar since last 2 days but the Make my trip displayed a condition as "Restrictions on New Bookings

Upon checking with my bank they told me that they hav not received any refund amount from MMT as they credited the ticket amount to their Merchant's bank not to customer's bank. I am really fed up of running back an forth between MMT and my bank. Please have courtest to reply and please resolved this asap. There shouldn't be delay now as airline already refunded my ticket in october.

                                    I was booked on wrong flight through make my trip travel agent on 10 Jan BA 138 Bom - LHR, BA 285 LHR - SFO . PNR UXXRFP . when there was travel ban for pax travelling from UK or Europe to USA due to covid - 19 why did agent Mr. Navi Hussain booked the ticket through UK sector, why did agent gave me wrong ticket when he was asked about flight are pax travelling to USA on tourist visa he has given confirmation that yes he is taking the bookings and pax is travelling on tourist visa to USA . As per airline it was told that they are not accepting pax for USA tourist visa via UK and Europe, as per airline make trip have cheated me and they are cheaters. still i am suffering now it is 10 days my issue is not solved . and i wanted to go on emergency basis .

                                    staff Mr. sameer khan sent an email that after 24- 48 hours i will get the confirmation but still there is no reply . then there was manager MS paromita chakraborty she also gave 2 days time, i had emailed her but there is no reply from her side .

                                    If your staff has done the mistake why will pax suffer, you have to arrange ticket for me for next available flight through your staff who has done the mistake why make my trip is not getting involved in the pax situation and problem, some head of the department should look in to the concern why are you making pax wait for your staff mistake .

                                    make my trip should refund or give pax next available flight .
                                    make my trip should reply on the situation? make my trip does'nt know what is emergency of a pax in emergency situation also you treat pax in such a way that you don't reply . there is no reply call or message from the agent Mr. Navi Hussain who has made wrong bookings and who has put the pax in trouble in emergency situation.

                                    As per above screen shots when this was the case if it was restriction for travel through UK or Europe due to covid - 19 situations why i was booked on the wrong flight . why still i am not getting my refund or next available flight . even in emergency situation no one from make my trip is replying and when calling them they put the call on hold . who will address the issue ?
                                    This is the screen shot which i have shared as per latest news when it was not allowed to travel via UK or Europe why i was booked on wrong flight on my emergency situation still pax can't travel to USA as its restricted entry via UK or Europe. the restriction will be lifted after 26th Jan .
                                    still now i have not got any reply from make my trip or the agent who has booked my ticket . no refund or next available flight allocated .

                                      I am yet to get refund for my booking umber NF[protected] even though the same has been cancelled during the lockdown period. Makemytrip has been promising a refund since then and have not done the same. The flight was 2 way from Ahmedabad to Kochi for self, wife and Two kids.
